The spvsr kept hanging up on me when I've asked her their policy of moving equipment. They expected my wife to bring down the washing machine & dryer down a whole flight of stairs when there's two big men there. It's a Liability issue she stated. After 15 years of service paying off one item after another, my wife went there today for a small purchase of just a twin mattress and box spring. This untrained and rude staff gave her the most horrible shopping experience we ever had. Apparently there was a management change, and it seems that they taught this staff to be disorganized and full of nasty attitude. After this purchase is done, I will take my business elsewhere. We are looking at another fridge and livingroom set. RENT-A-CENTER may be seeing us real soon. read more

I was a loyal customer to this establishment for many years. On this particular rental I needed a radio. I was offered a radio that was on the sales floor that worked, but had broken and missing buttons. I agreed to take the radio at the moment (because I had a party the next day) and that a new radio would be ordered and delivered to my home by the end of the week. By the end of the week I received a phone call and was told that I needed to make my first payment, I was shocked because the special they had going on was no payments for 1 month. When I explained this to her, she was not even aware of any other radio having been ordered for me. They would look into it. Now 4 weeks into owning this radio again I am being called for my payment that is due. Again I question about the new radio that was promised to me and again the sales representative knew nothing about it. I was transferred to another store rep who claimed to have called me to tell me that the radio had arrived 2 weeks ago and that it was sitting on the store sales floor. I never received a call nor was any attempt made to deliver it to me. After going back and forth on the phone with the store rep, she transfers me to Mike the store manager who is extremely rude and disrespectful. He tells me that he will come pick up radio the next day and proceeds to hang up on me. Here it is a week later and still no one has picked up the radio but instead I get another phone saying my account is past due now. How convenient. Now they refuse to pick up the unit and are demanding me to make a full payment on this broken unit. read more

this place and the costumer service has to be the worst of them all they know how to call you for the payments but when you need something they forget your number and never reach out back to you im so done with Aarons right now and when im done with my payments then no more Aarons for me and please be sure to look at your lease cause they like to add extra months on there for you to pay I know how many months I owe but they telling me something different and this battle has just begun read more
