After my last two purchases via amazon, I was ready to test out a product in a showroom before buying. I did my research for an upright exercise bike ahead of time on their website and clicked on showroom pieces, so I could actually be sure the bike I want was at the store. I ultimately chose the Horizon U Comfort, which was on sale. I knew this was the bike I wanted. It felt great and was perfect for our needs. Delivery and set up added $150 to the price, and we had our piece in one week (it was in stock). The delivery people can be reached by phone or email (you're given that information upon purchase), but they phone you and set up a day and two-hour window. They came when they said they would and did a great job setting up my bike and cleaning up afterward. At the showroom, they seem to be laid back with their selling -- there's no high pressure sales tactics. But don't think that they're ignoring you because they let you walk around alone shopping. If you have questions, just speak up and then the associate never leaves your side as long as you need assistance.

I paid for extra insurance- i called and had a pleasant but extremely long 30 minute convo during my work day to walk the employee through. I read him serial numbers off the machine he told me hed be in touch ASAP. 3 months later still havent heard back- ive been swamped finally i get a chance to call back on my work lunch its the same guy- he vaguely remembered- he said o a ticket was never put in- then went on to tell me its buyers neglect they cannot pay - re asked me for serial infromation so i had to go back down and reread him info- so frustrating - terrible customer service. The clerk had to handwrite a receipt. 15-20 years ago that was the normal procedure. This reflects how little the ownership truly invests in this business. Ownership, you can do better. I've been waiting for weights to come in for over 4 months now. When I went into the store to…read morepurchase the weights back in the June, the store rep told me I should have my weights in the next week. After talking to Michelle the following week she told me that due to all their order of weights, that the estimated time to receive the weights would take longer, but that I should call back Thursday or Saturdays as thats when they typically receive their shipments. She also told me that despite initially being told the store would call me when the weights were ready, I should call because they did not have enough time to call people to tell them their orders were ready. Each time I had been into the store, the same guy at the front desk was always playing on his cell phone, so how are they too busy to pick up the phone to call customers if the people who work there are dilly dallying. I just think they need to be more truthful when telling people dates or say we will get back to you. Most recently I called to find out about my weights, and the guy on the phone said that they should have these weights in the next shipment next week. This is the same line I've been told every Thursday/ Saturday that I call. He said they had a metal weights in stock for the weights that I had purchased, however he continued on to say he had to make sure they weren't reserved. Why would you tell a customer that you have something but then you have to make sure they aren't reserved, that makes NO sense. Also they said they would check into something for me and then call me back, but they did not do that, which doesn't surprise me and they still did not have the answer to my question. Some say I let this go on too long before doing anything, but its COVID so I was a little more lenient with it. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this store as their customer service has been unreliable and unprofessional.
