Let's start this review off with saying Chris Jr. was straight up rude and a liar. We ordered our gear months prior to when we knew we would really need it and everything came in way off of the time frame. We were told it would be in quickly multiple times and it never actually came in. 18 year old seniors were in charge of the orders and seemed to carey everything out properly on their end. On the other hand Chris Jr. had no desire to help out the team when he knew their season was nearly over and the apparel would be useless. Keep in mind the apparel was ordered months prior and a reasonable time frame before the season. In the same phone call he refused to talk to the seniors and requested a coach. He told the coaches that the SENIORS were completely lying and he had our gear all along which was not relayed to the seniors; in fact, contradicting information was given to the seniors. This is completely embarrassing and disrespectful! In no scenario would this be an appropriate business practice. We will never be purchasing anything from here again. Don't listen to Chris Jr. he is an antagonistic lying fraud. read more

Did a test run to see how it would go from beginning to end. I currently run a 3 team baseball organization, soon to be more than 5. We ordered a small amount of gear to check quality. Was told multiple times we we would have it before our tournament. Will not arrive before our tournament. Will be choosing another supplier for our teams. read more

Sneakers Plus of Flemington is a great business. Quality inventory and awesome service. Most recently I had a an issue with shirts I had ordered from another business and needed replacements ASAP. I didn't know SP did printed shirts on site and same day but they do! Christopher took my order, made the shirts within 2 hours and reached back out to let me know things were ready. All the print info was shared via email so I didn't even have to go in until the shirts were done- and the end product was excellent! As a busy mom of 3, I'm always running around trying to get my kiddos what they need for sports. Sneakers Plus just gained a life long customer by doing me such a huge favor. I knew their products were top notch when I came in the fall for xc shoes for my oldest. Tonight, in between errands for my kids I stopped over here to get much needed shoes for my kids. The gentleman helping me acted as if there was no rush despite me keeping him open and helped me to find the sneakers I needed for my children. He was kind, extremely helpful and personable --even asking about the sports my kids played and where they played. I had a really good experience here! I explained I needed a shoe that would be good for standing on my feet and walking a lot, but couldn't use bright colors because I needed it to look quasi professional on the manufacturing floor. The associate asked me about my current shoes and then suggested that she could select several shoes and bring them to me all at once. I thought this was a great idea, because it prevented a lot of back and forth. I went through the 5 pairs she brought - 1 was a solid pick, 2 were great picks, and 1 was an excellent pick- and the one I eventually bought. As a nice plus, she attentively made sure I had everything I needed as I was trying and re-trying the shoes on. I really had a great experience and I really value the effort the associate put in because it made something I don't like doing - shoe shopping - into a positive experience. I am an avid runner, and went here to check out their selection (a year or so ago) thinking since there is no other running stores in the area, they'd have a great selection of both running shoes and apperal. I was disappointed...they seem more like a general sport stores with just a little bit of everything and terrible selection of running shoes. Our family has shopped at SP on and off again for approx. 10 years, mainly with our children in mind. We have always found everyone there to be very helpful and accommodating. We have bought everything from Soffe shorts to track spikes, basketball shoes to spirit wear. But I have to share our amazing experience with Sneakers Plus while recently designing and ordering our daughter's varsity jacket. Our daughter is a freshman who happens to play a fall sport. She made the varsity team, they enjoyed a great season, so we arrived at SP in mid-late October rather doe-eyed with letters and numbers not knowing what to do. We received personalized attention, including suggestions for how to make the bright yellow varsity letters blend well with the more subdued tone of the yellow leather of the jacket. I actually received a follow-up phone call asking about the numbers 21, which were to be sewn on the jacket. Was 21 her jersey/team number? Nope. It's the year in which she will graduate. In the same phone call, other custom details were confirmed and I knew we were in good hands. The jacket was customized and completed as promised, right on time. When we picked up her jacket, our Freshman beamed while the lovely woman whose hands customized the jacket reminded her to thank her parents. Well played! BOTTOM LINE: Sneakers Plus is a great place to shop for your active/athletic family. I highly recommend them for Varsity Jacket orders and spirit wear available for most local school districts. read more
