Post customer service is a 1-2 at best so they are just a 3. My son dropped a piece of the rower into my machine- i need it fixed. I paid for extra insurance- i called and had a pleasant but extremely long 30 minute convo during my work day to walk the employee through. I read him serial numbers off the machine he told me hed be in touch ASAP. 3 months later still havent heard back- ive been swamped finally i get a chance to call back on my work lunch its the same guy- he vaguely remembered- he said o a ticket was never put in- then went on to tell me its buyers neglect they cannot pay - re asked me for serial infromation so i had to go back down and reread him info- so frustrating - terrible customer service. Last Wednesday, I went in there and bought 2 - 25 pound dumbbells and a 35 pound kettle bell. I paid approximately $1.50 a pound. I spoke to someone yesterday and they told me that they would be getting a shipment in there today around 2 PM. So I called a few times today and they said "the truck wasn't there yet" "truck wasn't there yet" and then finally that the truck had arrived at 5 PM and to get there for 6 PM. When I got there, I waited like an hour while being completely ignored. While I was sitting there, I noticed that they had put a price on a wall of $2 a pound... When I walked up to the gentleman and asked him about the 4 - 25 pound dumbbells and the two 2 - 35 pound dumbbells that I was waiting for, he turned around to me and told me that he didn't even have any and when I mentioned the fact of the price he said well "it's supply and demand... ". I'm sorry, that's price gouging. Plus, they probably shouldn't even be open anyway because they are nonessential.... Word-of-mouth is key and they have officially lost a customer.

I found Chris online, we spoke for nearly an hour about my machine and when we were done he said, "I know what's wrong with your treadmill"...I was impressed but skeptical. Chris came out to my home and repaired my treadmill in less than 10 minutes. He is a treadmill god..before he left he educated us on properly using the machine, keeping it lubricated and making sure its turned off during a storm to protect it from a surge. I am very disappointed in the AES Fitness follow-up. They did a nice repair job on an elliptical…read morethat was squeaking. A few months later, the squeaking resumed. While AES was very responsive in discussing and performing the initial repair, they suddenly disappeared when I attempted to repeatedly contact them about needing follow-up service. Their lack of response to my repeated emails is extremely disappointing. Servicing of equipment is all well and good but service without standing behind their work is not the way to do business.
