After having a horrible experience at the Tracy Best Buy my husband and I went to this store. There was no wait. Customer service was excellent. The salesperson was excellent. He listened and was helpful. He was able to provide my husband and myself with the phones we wanted, set them up, provide us with accessories and useful information. He was also able to assist us in lowering our bill. All this happened in a fair amount of time. I recommend this Verizon store to anyone who is looking for excellent selection and service. Went in for help and they made me call 1-800 number without trying to troubleshoot my phone. I was hung up on while at store and they gave me yet another 1-800 number. After several tries I had to have the CEO of my company who is the account holder call in for technical support and they were able to help. How absolutely inconvenient. Turns out at the store they could have pressed a couple buttons to troubleshoot my phone but chose not to for whatever reason. read more

Never come back on this location,we have a bad experience.The girl who represent the Verizon should be Fired because she don't respect customers,bad attitude.She was talking with us regarding the phones and account we switch from AT &T to Verizon and suddenly she ask us to call her father.I ask her if she knows other location of Verizon In Tracy and she referral to them as scammers and told us a lot of people come back to her,but in the store was only us nobody else and later we visit Verizon on 11 -th Street and was busy and their customer service is excellent.She don't have in stock a black Iphone 6 S plus she said she can order and takes 1 day or 2 and then I told my husband to try in other location to find his color,when she heard that she call me rude,I was in sock and she lost us as customers for ever ! read more

The service here is horrible. After waiting for 15 minutes... An employee took someone else ahead of me. Even after explaining that I was first, he still helped the other guy first. So, after 30 minutes of waiting I was finally helped. I was exchanging the cable cords that weren't working to charge my phone. It thankfully has a lifetime warranty that I have had to use in the past with no problem. This time I was told that they will exchange the cords for me since I had to wait, but next time I will have to go directly thru the company. Really?!? That's not what I have done in the past, or what I have been told. Why is it changed now? Also, the cords I did receive (3ft) were shorter than the ones I was returning (6ft). The associate that helped me did not know what he was doing. He took my SIM card out of my phone, dropped it and picked it up and put it back in then my phone was not working. The rude store manager told me I had to pay 10$ for a new SIM card since it was not working, then she looked it up and told me that the SIM card in my phone wasn't the right one so they basically said I put a random card in my phone. I told them to look on the floor where be dropped it and they said their store isn't dirty and they don't just have SIM cards on the floor but lord and behold it was there on the floor and they put it in my phone and said bye. The store manager is supposed to be a model for her associates and for her to be rude and to talk about me when I went to my car to get my purse (I read her lips) is disrespectful. Multiple times I have came in this store and the store manager is rude and acts like she is too good to help you and just walks away, won't even make eye contact. There is only 2 people who are actually good and have great customer service. Me and my family will never go back to this store, we have given them too many chances. Even when you call them they say they are too busy to answer your questions, just rude. read more

I accidently flushed my ol' flip phone down the toilet. Went to see Mike at Verizon. He had the patience to help me. He didn't "oversell", sold me a wonderful iphone. I left very happy and satisfied. Thanks to the staff and Mike. There was one new staff member starting that day from another store. Mike welcomed him while helping me. Great team! read more

long story short i come in to add a line &' the manager herself , Linda R, decides to "bundle me" without my knowledge of payment saying my fees are for the phone itself &' account charges . she makes it seem like i'm getting these for free because the new added line "qualifies" ; her way of intentionally INDIRECTLY screwing me . husband brings to my knowledge that this is the way they "make their numbers" . we return to the store for a $80 refund of the accessories &' she plays like she did nothing wrong but has no problem refunding the money . she even had audacity to say "welcome back" in a smart alec tone . as soon as we say we're waiting to hear back from someone WAY higher than her she then proceeds to let us keep 2 of the 3 accessories . i have a decade of sales experience but i never catch my customers on their blind sides . i get it you want to make your numbers for the month but at least LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR . she wouldn't give us her last name nor was she wearing her name tag . save yourself the time &' don't go to a third party store ; i didn't even realize i had until i walked out with a "go wireless" bag . read more

First, we added a new phone to our line in Feb. The phone we added came with a $100.00 credit. The credit would be posted to your account within 2-3 billing cycles (mind you they didn't tell me that, found out later when I questioned why I hadn't received it yet). So I wanted the 3 cycles, then I was told it had to be 3 full cycles because we added the phone mid cycle. So again waited another billing cycle, still no credit. Then went into the store and started to receive the run around. Had to go in on 4 different occasions to always be told "Yesenia" the manager would take care of it. They even called her multiple times while I was in the store and she stated she would handle. Of course she didn't. Even the staff in the store said she was difficult to work with. Finally got tired of all the run arounds so I called Verizon directly. Told them the situation (plus they could see all the notes in my account). The called the store and received the same run around and also advised the store was useless. The put the credit through manually right away. Such an easy solution but the store didn't seem to give a shit. I feel sorry for the workers at that store as they have to deal with Yesenia. She is useless. read more
