I was waiting for my email to pick up my new phone I ordered online. After three hours went by. I finally called because it still said pending and the guy told me oh it's pending. We just have to wait for it to be complete and then you can come get it. Which I thought was weird because I don't understand why it takes so long to get a phone from the back for me to go pick up. I called back again 30 minutes before closing and another girl answered and told me oh it was sold to someone else so we don't have it for you. We have to cancel your order. Not only was I waiting this entire time to go pick up my phone now I'm having difficulty trading in my old device because it was originally on that order for trade-in. They've caused me nothing but a headache and sold my device just so they could probably get commission. Horrible business read more

If you want to be overlooked when you walk in ("Woah, did you come in when i was in the back room?" No, you were too busy singing along with the music...) sit on a wood bench, listen to reggae songs about weed ( with staff singing along, no less), this is the place! However, I was there to take care of some business, not to chill out, bro. I arrived 10:40am Saturday June 26 2021, it quickly became obvious the 2 staff were completely overwhelmed by 3 people waiting, I left at 11:10, thinking WTF? I got a text at 11:48 saying "Verizon Msg: Thanks for waiting. My name is Victor and I'm ready to assist. Please come into the store for assistance." Er... I left 40 minutes ago? I'm sorry, I can't take this location seriously. Is this a wireless store or a hookah lounge? I realize it's hard to get staff, but this place needs some management support, IMO. I called the location a couple of days earlier and explained what I wanted to accomplish (swap out a failed device), was told to bring my device in and that's what I did. This location is EXTREMELY SLOW every time we go in there's only one employee wait time is 25+minutes. They always seem to have the "Now Hiring" sign out. Owners should really rethink their staffing situation here. I always try to come in and try to get assistance when I am in the area but really I aw officially writing this place off for good. Terrible service from David , before I was able to explain what I needed he was already claiming he couldn't help me. .This store is located in a busy shopping center with lots of customers unfortunately the staff (DAVID) should not be servicing customers with that TERRIBLE ATTITUDE of his. Really a minor situation. It's only money. But we needed a Verizon store to hash out a couple of issues. Like for instance, uploading way too many photos for Yelp, causing me to crash and burn on my data plan this month. So, I want to thank you, Alex, for your sage advice and really friendly customer service. Probably not the most popular answer as far as Corporate Verizon was concerned, but he told us that we had signed up under a very special promotional plan, one they could not duplicate anymore. We were getting twice as much data on our plan than they could give us today. So he said, don't change a thing, go ahead and rack it up, if we must. A one time surcharge would still be equal or less than what they charged now and we would be stuck with it on a monthly basis. And then he explained that I needed to take advantage of free Wifi connections for data uploads/downloads. (Probably everyone else in the world already knew this, but I was a little unsure exactly how that worked.) So, now I know....and can go confidently forward, slamming all my Yelp friends with my copious number of pics, watching YouTube if I want, and keeping my Pandora account streaming if I so choose. Somebody better give that man a raise! And expect an avalanche of photos to appear, folks. As if I didn't have enough already. read more

I won't be coming here again . I ordered a phone cover and unfortunately it still hasn't arrived after ordering it over a month ago . I kindly asked the manager if he could order a replacement item. Most likely it was lost because USPS isn't guaranteeing they have it either . The manager said it was out of his control because he fulfilled his part in making sure it shipped. Lousy customer service. Customer service is about doing everything possible to solve the customer's issues. The manager was very unhelpful. They should have a better relations and communication with the shipping partner because I have ordered from other places such as Target , had similar issues and the company was able to either provide me with a refund or send a replacement item. I honestly wish I didn't go this store. The gentleman that helped me was nice but he lied about many things in which I found out after purchasing 3 phones. I first asked if the store is an actual Verizon store and not 3rd party and he said yes they are Verizon and outside says Verizon and doesn't show any sign of wireless plus so of course I believed him, then he says I can upgrade 2 of my lines and get 1000 off each phone with trade in for new Samsung 24 ultra plus getting another new line and get a phone free google pixel8. For the trade in, he said our phones are a hazard for Verizon as they cause fire issues and thats why Verizon is especially giving us 1000 off eqch phone and all I have to do is pay sales tax. Then he says that they don't come with charger but not to worry about it because our cases, chargers, liquid protector come with the promotions. Well who would pass this deal up right. He then told me that i can get a galaxy watch and tablet and just pay taxes so i said why not. So I decide to do process but Before I pay I ask him why the total is so high which it was almost $1000, he then proceeds to say it's taxes so I believe him especially thinking well im being taxed on 3 phones, 1 tablet and 1 galaxy watch, then I asked for receipt and he says it will be emailed. I wqited a few days and never got email for receipt and then I go into store and they said it is emailed and I'm thinking shouldn't they be able to give to me and keep in mind it's the same gentleman that helped me. So I go home and check email and nothing. I then call the actual Verizon store and they don't see a receipt then I ask for sales tax amount and what I paid and they said it is too much that it should only be $50-$70 sales tax on each item. I got worried and went to store and I spoke with a lady and asked for receipt, she printed receipt and the receipt was 5ft long, I'm not kidding. I asked her to please break it down for me and she said she couldn't and I have to speak with original person who helped me and I told her but why couldn't she help and why am I being charged for all accessories that was free and setup fees that the gentleman didn't mention? She said that she doesn't know that maybe because I got the bundle I got 1000 off or it would have been $850 off each phone then I said what's the cost for bundle and she said I have to talk to the gentlemen that helped me because she doesn't know and I told her that I wasn't informed of that at all and I need to return everything, she had an attitude with me and people were looking and she didn't care to check and then she said sales tax was 9.75% when it was 8.75%. I walked out and called actual Verizon, they informed me that they don't see promotion for upgrade phones only for Google pixel 8 and that I should be paying 5 dollars for each upgraded line and it is written on her notes, plus she said I could get my money back on all accessories and cancel contract as I was wrong informed and she wrote even wrote it on Verizon notes and she told me that someone called in asking for financing and I told her that wasn't me sonI don't know if guy at store calledim the back while we were in the front.when I saw my receipt, I ended up pay $700 of set up fees and accessories and it didn't include tablet taxes or galaxy watch taxes. That is ridiculous!! I asked before I paid why so high and gentleman lied to me. If this was the deal I wouldn't have taken it as I'm paying 700 dollars to cover actual remaining cost of each phone if I were to get it at 850 dollar off, I would just rejected all. I was lied to from the start and I had chargers already at home so I didn't need them and I didn't need cases or protectors as I can get them elsewhere cheaper so there was no need to get them but since gentleman said it's part of the promotions and its free, we'll of course I would have it, but I would have never paid if he would have mentioned to me when I asked him about my $985 dollars I paid. This is deceiving and I have never had to deal with something like this. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years and I told Verizon lady on phone that I want to cancel and going to let Verizon Corp about this and Wireless Plus corp as this is beyond bad. Paying for 3 setup fees,3 chargers,3 liquid protectors,3 cases for $700 seem like a good deal to you? And then not even getting 1000 off the 2 phones but $850 only. I had an extremely simple problem to fix. I just did not know how to do it. The wait outside for my turn to go inside was about 12 minutes at 4 pm.. If they only took appointments, I would have been out of luck. Nobody likes to wait for anything these days. It's just the reality of consumerism. The fix took him less than 5 seconds and I was on my way! As I understand it, there are stores that will make appointments. But I, for one, am glad that I found one that accepts walk ins! Just want to say to this store thanks for nothing. We came in to upgrade phones. They asked a few questions, we decided to switch to a business plan. This is where everything went bad. I told them no to the add on of $150 a phone for crap we don't need. He had to get special approval from a Manager lol what ever. They agreed so we moved forward. In the process of switching everything to the business side they screwed something up and got our account locked. After about 3 hours the guy finds out our account is on a 24 hour lock. At this point he tells us we have to wait until the next day to finish the transaction. He tells us he won't t be there but assured us that the person working will be informed of the situation. So next day 24 hours later we go back and nobody knows what the hell we are talking about. So we explain everything to another guy and he starts working on it,he calls and they tell him it's on hold and nothing we can do yet. So he gives us his number and tells us to text him the next day. After several attempts by myself and my wife we get no reply back from this associate. So we went to a different store and 45 minutes later we were done 3 phones 3 phone cases and two blocks. Now this guy had to work also to figure out the problem but he did it and got us everything. Now one week later and still no call from your store. Seriously how much money are you willing to loose because of worthless employees. read more

The manager Alex lacks education and is operating illegally. They are not selling iPhones to customers unless a customer agrees to buy a tablet or him device with a 2 year contract. Per the FCC and PBU, and Verizon Corporate, it is absolutely illegal. I asked Alex if he was aware of this and he said that it's the owners rule, and that he can't do anything and that he can't do anything for me. I respectfully educated him, being that I am a tech investor and have bought and sold tech companies and aware of all telecommunication company compliance in the state of CA. He began to become unprofessional and defensive with sarcastic and ignorant remarks. He insinuated that I was arguing and began to talk over me. I clarified many times that I wasn't arguing, in fact that I was holding him accountable as the manager of the store and wanted to educated him on the laws in the state. I urged him to research this so that he has accurate information for consumers and so that they don't waste a call or drive to the store. I asked him who I could speak to. He refused to give me any information, he refused to have the owner call me, he told me to take it up with Verizon corporate. I let him know that I just got off the phone with Verizon corporate who made it clear that multiple authorized retailers in the area have been reported and reprimanded for operating this way. I also have him the stores name and management to contact for verification. He was very defensive. I explained to him that I wasn't trying to insult or offend him, but instead to work with him and educate him. He raised his voice and threatened to hang up on me. I told him I would gladly go to the store to discuss this face to face if he hung up. He told me he would turn me away if it wasn't about business. I stated that this is indeed about business ethics and that now he would be recorded per the California Digital Recording Act Penal Code S632 and that I would release the call to the general public as this is corporate extortion. He disconnected the call on me. I called back and explained that he hung up on me and said "you're screwed now". He made some aggressive comments back insinuating threats and then hung up on me again. He told me to never call him back again. The end. We'll be taking this up with the FCC, PBU, Local Press, PR and more. He has no idea what he just did. read more

I appreciated that the store took precautions for Covid, not just masks but also with a wait time so there wouldn't be too many people in the store at once. We were overstated the amount of time we would have to wait on purpose so that we could plan our time around the worst-possible case, which I appreciated, and we ended up being able to go in within half that time. They were super nice and helped with ordering me a new phone because they didn't have it in stock, and answered questions and pointed out anything helpful that was necessary. Very professional and patient! I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me, but he was great. He was patient with my dad's sour attitude and answered all of his questions. My recent visit to this authorized Verizon retailer stands out as being one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I can recall. I entered the store with a fully functional iPhone in need of an updated SIM card in order for MMS messages to be received properly, and left with a non-working SIM and no ability to make or receive phone calls. In between, the following happened: Right away, the salesperson (who was, to his credit, very courteous) told me that there would be a $10 charge for a new SIM card. No problem, as I'd rather buy the SIM there than spend more time driving to the nearest corporate Verizon store. He grabbed a SIM, inserted it, and made an effort to activate the SIM card over the phone. This didn't work, and the phone kept reading "No Service", while it worked perfectly fine when we walked in the store. Then the following happened: 1) The salesperson told me that the phone's hardware was defective and that it could not read SIM cards properly. The salesperson proceeded to tell me that my best option for getting set up with a working phone again was to buy a new iPhone X. I mentioned it was working fine before and that I would just go to the Verizon corporate store to have them try to fix it. I was told that I'd be wasting my time since the phone was bad. 2) Then, the salesperson told me that I would be charged $10 for the non-working SIM card. Never in my life have I been charged for a product that did not work or a service that left me in a worse situation than I was beforehand, but I guess there's a first for everything. When I told him that I wasn't paying for a non-working product, he balked and charged me anyway. It's not much money, but it's the principle of it that is so frustrating. I'm tempted to dispute the credit card charge. Right after leaving this farce of an authorized retailer, I went to Verizon's Riverside corporate store where they inserted and activated a new SIM card in my old iPhone within five minutes and at no cost. If you are considering stopping here for the convenience, just don't do it. Spare yourself the aggravation that comes from dealing with such unscrupulous people. It's no wonder they have so many other unfavorable reviews. read more

I came in today to move 2 existing Verizon lines to my Verizon plan. Brandon Wilson exceeded my expectations. He was very patient with my elderly grandmother and spent many hours assisting with the line switch as Verizon was having a technical issue. He helped set up all our new devices and was exceedingly helpful even though in all everything took about 4 hours to complete. He also offered my grandmother to come back in with her new phone and tablet if she needed any help. I really appreciated that since I live a distance away and can't help her daily with her new devices. People like Brandon are a dying breed I hope they know what a good employee they have in him! Only think to complain about is the awful chairs, they are ripping and falling apart, hopefully they can get new ones! read more

Beware this store will charge you $40 to transfer your contacts from old phone to new phone . It was free when I went to the corporate office on canyon springs road. I was also trying to get a screen protector for my iPhone 13 and the manager insisted it was okay to put on one made for iPhone 12. I felt like they were just wanting to get rid of their old stock. I made a mistake of ordering the screen protector through them. They had it mailed to me and when I tried to return it unopened there are no refunds period. How hard can this be. Go to to a corporate Verizon, avoid this store if you can! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst Verizon experience ever in my 20 history with Verizon. Recommendation from Verizon corporate is do not purchase your phones from authorized retailers! My 75 year old mother went into the store to upgrade her iPhone 8 and get an iPhone 9 ( which they do not make) she did not know this. The store set her up with aN ANDROID Samsung Galaxy 9 instead of the requested iPhone. Her last four phones were iPhone. My mom called me to help teach her how to use the new "iPhone" when I went to her house to teach her I realized they sold her a Samsung galaxy 9. We went back to the store to Exchange the galaxy nine for an iPhone. They said we can do this but it will be a $60 restocking fee. I was not happy about it but we accepted and moved on. Three days had elapsed from the original purchase, my mom had thrown the box away and was picked up by the sanitation department and could not be retrieved. Being we did not have the original box we were unable to return the phone and there's nothing we can do about it. IT IS A 100% MUST THAT YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN. I wish they had made that abundantly clear at the time of purchase that you have 14 days and must must must have the original box if you wish to exchange or return. It was never mentioned or noted on the receipt of purchase. I called corporate to let them know of the mishaps and if there's anything we can do they said unfortunately we cannot because it is an authorized retail store. If it was a corporate franchise store they could return it with no problem. So my 75-year-old mother is stuck with an android which confuses her to no end. Several attempts and talking to four representatives from Verizon lead to nothing two of them our conversation was disconnected and neither of them called me back although they had my personal phone number. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Since we had to keep the phone we asked if they could at least return our $60 restocking fee since we never returned the phone they said it was too late that there is a no refund policy on returns. I told them we never returned the phone they were led to believe that we were going to return it with the box so they charged us, again I called the 1-800 Verizon customer service and they again said we cannot help you because it is an authorized retailer, again DO NOT USE AN Authorized retailer they play by a different set of rules. Sadly my 75-year-old mother had to purchase another iPhone out right. Darn shame that an innocent situation turns against the customer. Do not come here looking to open an account with one line. They will accuse you of fraud. Came here with my father who wanted to open up a new account. He was with Verizon previously for 15 yrs. He switched to consumer cellular to save money, but service sucks so back to Verizon he went. We were meet by a tall Caucasian man (forgot to get his name.) We told him what we wanted and he said, opening up one line was frowned upon and fraud. They don't do that ,but maybe they would try because it's on a person to person basis. I get you might have a high theft rate. We wanted to pay for the cheapest iPhone in full. Not finance the most expensive one. But here you were already accusing us of fraud! Someone who makes 5x the amount of money that you do in one month. Save yourself the trouble and visit elsewhere. Took me 5 mins to add a new line to my account (I'm also a Verizon customer) and pick up at a Verizon store. Which was also an option, but Mr. Theft control did not even let us get that far when explaining what we wanted. Hire someone who has better customer service skills. Just wanted to thank David for helping me. Him and his employees were able to help me multiple times with my phones and watches with upgrading them and transferring everything on them... I got the iPhone 11 Mac Pro and you can't just change the SIM card like the older phones. So a lot of help from them got to where I was able to back up my content to my laptop and then transfer to my phone easily. Will definitely be going back to them and dealing with my purchases and tech support through them!! read more

Unless you like being scammed out of $49.99 per line setup fee disguised as "Loyalty Program", which was not disclosed or included in my quote, essentially for turning off "Find My iPhone" and loading your backup from iCloud to your new phone. This business is NOT a "Verizon" Store and will try an oversell and sneak in charges that you should not pay for. I was not provided a final itemized quote or in store receipt, and was misled in multiple ways for what I was charged in store. I contacted Verizon Wireless and they told me they'll file an incident report against the store. Go to BEST BUY, APPLE, or VERIZON WIRELESS Corporate stores if you want your phone setup for free and don't want to be scammed out of $$$.
