I called to see if they had started work on my ipad yet.. and they had already. I asked if I could come pick it up all taken apart to take it to the other place that quoted me less.. and instead of me having to pick it up, they beat the price. I left it with them on Friday, and it was finished Monday. Very quick service. I met the manager finally, and was nervous due to all the bad reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. He was nothing like the bad reviews had sais. He was very professional.
