    Verizon owes me $398. I don't know what else to do. I've called support and talked to 3 departments. I went in to the corporate store and they're telling me to call again because there is nothing they can do. They said when they pull up the account, it shows that a $398 credit was applied but when i show them my account and bank charges that lists it never came in and was never deducted from the bill.. they say they don't know what's going on. So who does? UPDATE!!! They are calling support for me. Stay tuned!!!

    On hold to speak to a supervisor,  never got one. ..I had to hang up after 50 min.

    I signed up for Verizon service through this third-party retail location after being clearly told…read moremy monthly bill would be $99. Since September 11, 2024, I have been charged an average of $399 per month instead. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this through Verizon customer service, I have received no meaningful help and have even had calls disconnected. At this point, the issue appears to be either gross misrepresentation or deceptive sales practices by this retail location. I was never informed of any plan terms that would justify charges this high, nor did I consent to them. This has caused significant financial stress and wasted countless hours trying to fix something that never should have happened. I am now pursuing formal escalation and filing complaints with Verizon corporate, the FCC, and consumer protection agencies. I would strongly caution others to get everything in writing and verify all plan details directly with Verizon corporate before signing up at this location.

When I arrived I was shown the phone it looked brand new!!! They did a great job and I'm very happy with the customer service. It however does get costly for some phones. But it's easier and cheaper than going through the insurance for me.

I brought my iPod in for microsoldering repair after damaging it while replacing the hard drive. The technician quoted me $50-100 for the repairs and a timeframe of about a week. Three weeks go by, and it's finally ready. Then I was handed my iPod, haphazardly half assembled, with a verbal warning to handle it carefully. This cursory state was disconcerting, but I accepted it, paying the $150 in full. I carefully and promptly close it up to avoid any further damage, then power it on to test it. I am met with an error screen and a bricked device. Keep in mind that the device functioned fully before their "repair" at the disconnected ribbon connector port. I emailed them to see what could be done to resolve this, and they responded with a deflection, saying they don't know about mods for these devices. However, the problem has nothing to do with the device, which functioned fully, and everything to do with their so-called repair. I replied to their email voicing my concerns, and have received no response.

    They do a decent job diagnosing issues with computers. I have taken two desk tops up there, my…read moredaughters and my neighbors. Although they can diagnose issues, when they found a virus on my daughters they couldn't clean it off because they didn't have a program to do it. On my neighbors computer, she said she only used it for basic tasks but while they couldn't anything wrong with it beyond being slow because it was old, the guy there helping us said they could build her a custom one from scratch for about fifteen hundred bucks which would be great for gaming. She was there with me at the time and said she's in her seventies and doesn't game, so she doesn't need anything more than being able to pay bills online. He said but it's a deal because she can upgrade it as needed. I suggested she just get a basic laptop from Costco for a quarter the cost. Update: The local district manager reached out to me after I wrote my review this morning. He expressed concern over my review and we discussed the particulars of my visit so that he could discuss them with his team to ensure misunderstandings between store employees and customers are addressed appropriately in the future. It was nice that he reached out and didn't just ignore a complaint but actually treated me like a human being and listened to what I had to say, which isn't something you get a lot of anymore.

The guy who gave me the computers was extremely rude after i recommended they change thier opening times on line. His quote was "I am not apologizing for working my hours" I did not need to be treated so rudely so that is it for me. Their are plenty of techs out there who maybe have some ppl skills.
