When I saw this Target I was actually really surprised by how huge it is. It is clearly a super Target not a normal one which is why it was so big and had nearly everything in it. It had a deli, a bakery, a snack area, a Starbucks, a ton of aisles, and everything. It's one of the best and biggest Target's I have been to in my life. There were no complaints when it comes to service as the employees were not shouting at us when we went to self checkout or thinking we were causing problems. And the values of the items here are what you'd expect. Of course Target tends to cost more than Walmart, but at least Target has overall always had a better atmosphere than Walmart. The service tends to be better, the inside of the store is very clean, and that is what i'd expect at Target. Whenever I am in Queen Creek again, I will be sure to visit this Target again because I loved the huge size and that this location has just about everything you could ask or wish for. read more

Teenagers have completely taken over. The management here is a joke and should be replaced. The "security guards" dont do their jobs. They're usually seen socializing instead. When you report an issue they look like a lazy deer in headlights. The "16 after 6" rule, isn't taken seriously by Target or these feral parents. We have seen drones of minor children dropped off by their parents as if Target is a free babysitter. Said children are constantly causing issues and creating messes. Recently these kids threw water balloons at a group of customers from their parent's vehicle. All these e-bike riding kids at night- along with all the minor children's parents, need to be charged with negligence. How are parent's not afraid their kids will get into trouble, hurt, or kidnapped? These parents these days, and Target management, are a very special kind of stupid, lazy, and negligent. read more

Hi everybody. I just want to say I really like going to the Target store in the Queen Creek Marketplace to do shopping because I can find a lot of toys for my grandson there. I also get some of the other parts they have there to fix things around my house and to buy things for my house. On one visit there, I asked the young lady working there to help me find a toy for my grandson. She even went as far as to go into the back of the store and see if they had one. Absolutely Disgusted - Bald Security Guard Has No Respect If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I came in for a quick shopping trip and ended up getting treated like garbage by a bald, bitter security guard who clearly thinks a flashlight and a badge make him king of the store. He was incredibly rude, condescending, and acted like I was doing something wrong just by EXISTING. I've never in my life been treated with such disrespect. Was in QC for a couple other things and needed last-minute Easter candy, so I came to this Target. What an easily accessible store, with wide aisles and easy access to everything and all departments! I was able to get in and out with ease, especially at a moment's notice. The ONLY drawback is getting in and out of the parking lot and the entire shopping center. I repurchased my shower curtain liner via drive up pick up through this QC Target and the product was completely different. I asked to exchange and Target had me keep the item but they resent me via mail a new item, I explained in the notes what happened and to please make sure it was the white checkered fabric item, not cheap plastic. Checking out the amenities in what will be our new neighborhood. Pulled in to parking lot and was impressed by wide space. Some other stores try to cram in all the little Daewoos they can! Entering store, made a pit stop and found the restroom to be immaculate. I'm impressed already. Bought a few groceries, produce looked pretty good. Found grapefruit 3 @ $1. We shop at this Target regularly so writing a negative review is difficult. They were offering a limited time offer of "spend $50 and save $10 on Christmas trees and decorations" so we loaded up with the designated items but when we got to check out, the clerk said we had to apply for a Red Card and because we didn't apply we didn't qualify for the $10 savings. So upon reading the offer online at home we found that the clerk was not correct and there is no way for us to recover because of the rule that says "offer not applicable to previous purchases". Please train your people! I understand it's the "holiday staff" but every penny counts these days. read more

OMG! This Target is BEAUTIFUL! I actually stopped shopping at Target stores about 5 years ago because I just can't stand how dirty and unorganized they are. Stopped here because I was in this shopping center and needed to pick up a few things. Walked in and was amazed at how clean this Target store was! There was not one dirty spot on the floor! Items were actually on the shelves and not falling on the floor! The shelving was clean and not full of stains and chewed up gum wads! The kids section and toy section was huge! The cleaning and household product section was well stocked and items were organized! The self checkouts were well stocked with bags and no Target employee was screaming at me at the self checkout! I am still amazed by this Target store and will definitely return. read more

This store seems to be the most upscale Target I've ever been to. It's so fresh and clean with roomy isles that let you move effortlessly around the store. This store is huge, so thankfully it has great signage and large dedicated areas for each section. I was impressed by the store itself, but it still had the regular Target pricing we're all used to. I love the clearance section at this Target. I ALWAYS find something useful. Always! It's almost like people don't bother looking at the clearance items because there's always so many cool things. I visited Target in Queen Creek today and there was a sign saying face masks are required so I put mine on. The two people in front of me did not have them on. I saw all employees with them on, however about 50% of customers did not. If it is mandatory why don't you enforce it? If a customer does not have a mask, then offer them one. This Target use to be so nice... but I really don't know what target's cooperate management is thinking. Most people I have talked to in the area don't like the new layout and ambiance... - the lighting is painful, with neon fluorescent LED lights and spotlights that practically blind you (not relaxing at all and it makes me want to get in and out). - the floors are this hard, bare concrete that absolutely kill your feet and your back if you stand and browse in one place too long. - the seating in both Starbucks and seating area are hard metal or wooden seats with no cushion or back support. I know target is trying to be all trendy but this is not very considerate to your customers (especially elderly or people with nagging physical issues like migraines, back issues, etc). Not to mention everything is so overpriced and clearance items are very limited here. I use to enjoy shopping at target - it was like a fun little escape....and now it is pretty pain-inducing and frustrating. I hope to God they don't all change like this. read more

Props to this location and the Target brand for taking the necessary precautions early on in the pandemic to make shoppers feel more at ease to visit them. They controlled the number of patrons in/out, created some linear pathing for shoppers to navigate through the store, wiped down the checkout stations after every purchase. All employees were wearing masks and gloves early on, before I saw any other major stores doing the same. Maybe a couple weeks afterwards I began seeing similar approaches at other big box retailers (Walmart, Safeway). Employees were super helpful and patient with the situation. The store had issues, like may other retailers did, keeping certain products in stock BUT they were smart and set limitations on specific types of items pretty early on, which helped control hoarding. The store is always clean when Ive visited. Having the Sbux on site is nice. Their pharmacy has been helpful a few times, which is always appreciated. Never had attitudes from the staff- the layout has changed from a traditional layout and I remember shoppers panicking over finding certain sections and workers were super friendly and helpful! Very typical Target experience but I have been very impressed with how this location dealt with Covid-19. Better safe than sorry and yet you can still get out to shop and feel comfortable knowing Target is doing their best to mitigate spread. Used my RED card and saved 5%! read more

Target is a retail giant - and generally a respectable community member. Clean stores , nice people treating people respectfully . Good merchandise and good return policies . However, as an industry leader like Walmart and Costco - they have a duty to protect us and go above and beyond - and enforce government mandates. We were in the store yesterday - nicely posted sign mandating masks in the store HOWEVER no enforcement . So many people in the store with no masks flagrantly violating the government and the store rule. Target - unlike Walmart and Costco and nearby Sprouts - won't enforce the facemask rule. Okay came here to shop early for Xmas, and as I walked thru this target, it was an absolute disaster! This store was an absolute mess! There is obviously a management problem at this store and the district manager probably should be fired. We have shopped at this Target quite often and this trip was so disappointing. The shelves were completely empty in many areas and the store was extremely dirty. My husband used the restroom and it was not marked clean from 9:30 in the morning and showed it. The entrance areas looked like they had not been cleaned in hours and many areas of the floor represented the same. I have worked retail for over 20 years and the bounce back after holiday is so important. This Target clearly does not take it to heart. While the town of Queen Creek is second to none. Small, safe, wholesome living... The Queen Creek Target is a dump! I will say the employees are always helpful and always kind (pretty much expected in this town of kindness). The store lacks products and is messy. I'm always shocked at how the merchandise is not tidy and "brand" to Target expectations. I worked for Target years ago and they prided themselves in a tidy store, where merchandise looked desirable and put one in the mode to fill their cart. Also, not sure if this Target plays overhead music. I don't recall hearing any music. I think the music creates a shopping experience that also keeps one in a happy mode to want to shop the entire store. I prefer the Gilbert store.
