Thorough and quick service. We came right when they opened Sunday morning. No problems with a warranty replacement for my iPhone 5.

AT&T Store - Quote for selling our phones

They were talking and looking at us. I felt uncomfortable and almost walked out. He came over and found the cord. My husband gave him our debit card and he ran it, asking if we wanted the receipt emailed. We said yes, he fiddled with the handheld, finally said he sent it. He never asked our name or looked up our account. 2 days later, we were charged double and no receipt was sent. We tried to call, but they won't pick up the phone. I had our bank reverse the charge.

When we walked into the store we were not greeted by anyone we sat at a table expecting 1 of the 4 employees to come greet us that never happened. The manager and 2 employees were to occupied with what ever he had on his laptop the 4th employee was with a customer. When I decided to leave I walked over to them and asked if there was another store that could help me since they were ignoring me and instead of asking what I needed they told me where another store was. I have been a customer of att since 1992 and have spent a lot of money on your products to be treated the way we were. I will be canceling all of my lines thru your company and will go to a company that values there customers. The staff at the Olympia store are absolutely garbage.i would not recommend anyone to go to that store take your business elsewhere.

Best Buy - waiting for my curbside pickup!

After spending…read morenearly two hours on the phone and speaking with eight different representatives, I was ultimately told the TV was never actually in inventory. Because it was an open-box item, Best Buy declined to honor the purchase price on a new unit or offer a comparable replacement. The employees I spoke with were consistently kind, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. My frustration is not with them. They seemed limited by the systems and policies they had to work within. The process itself was incredibly frustrating. I received conflicting information from multiple representatives, was told my surround sound system and wall mount couldn't be canceled, yet I was able to submit a cancellation request myself through the app. I was also directed to replacement inventory that turned out to be located in Iowa and Minnesota rather than anywhere near me. Inventory mistakes happen. What left a bad impression was the lack of a practical solution after the purchase had already been completed. From a customer perspective, it felt like I was being pushed away from the deal I had legitimately purchased and toward paying significantly more for the same TV. I was prepared to spend several thousand dollars at Best Buy, but after this experience I chose to take my business elsewhere. The employees deserved better tools to help customers, and customers deserve a smoother process when something goes wrong.

1/5 Stars -- Absolutely Unacceptable Geek Squad Experience!…read more I have NEVER experienced such incompetent, dismissive customer service as I did at Geek Squad inside Best Buy on Black Lake Boulevard in Olympia. I scheduled a 3:40 PM appointment because my iPhone stopped recognizing its battery. Despite having AppleCare, an employee named Rodney quoted me $50 for a battery replacement. He then instructed me to factory reset my phone, INCLUDING deleting my eSIM, despite knowing this was my ONLY Apple device. He never warned me that doing so could leave me without cellular service or access to my Apple account. I followed his instructions and ended up completely locked out of my phone! I returned for a second appointment at 6:40 PM with my two toddlers. Rodney told me there was nothing he could do and that I needed to call Apple. WITH WHAT PHONE?! When I explained that I had no other device, he suggested borrowing a friend's phone. I had just moved to Olympia and was trying to navigate this nightmare with two young children. After requesting management, I was finally allowed to use the store's phone to contact Apple. Apple explained that I would need to visit an Apple Store to resolve the authentication issue. Then things got even worse. Supervisor Isaac told me they had reviewed security footage and that I had NEVER handed over my phone. EXCUSE ME?! I physically walked him over to where I had handed Rodney my phone and pointed it out SITTING BEHIND THEIR COUNTER NEXT TO THEIR KEYBOARD! The very phone they claimed I had never handed over! When I requested Isaac's supervisor, he handed me a customer service phone number. AGAIN, HOW EXACTLY AM I SUPPOSED TO CALL WHEN I DON'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING PHONE?! I left that store shaking angry, without cellular service, access to my phone, GPS, or the battery repair I originally came in for. The following day, I attempted to navigate to the Apple Store in Tacoma without GPS. When that proved unsuccessful, I drove to the Apple Store in Tukwila because I knew the area well enough to navigate without my phone. And here's the kicker: Apple confirmed that the battery repair Geek Squad wanted to charge me $50 for was COVERED UNDER MY APPLECARE! Apple resolved my issues in approximately TWO HOURS. Let me summarize: TWO Geek Squad appointments. Multiple employees. THREE supervisors. Hours of frustration. ZERO resolution. Meanwhile, Apple handled everything in two hours. I understand Geek Squad cannot bypass Apple's security requirements. But competent troubleshooting, accurate information about AppleCare coverage, accountability, and basic customer service should not be unreasonable expectations. I came in with a battery issue. I left without a usable phone, without GPS, without a completed repair, and with a customer service number I couldn't even call. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and accountability at this location was ASTOUNDING. I will NEVER return to this Best Buy for my technology needs. If you have AppleCare, save yourself the frustration and go directly to Apple.

I guess I'll be the exception and give this Xfinity store a good review for the service received when we stopped in to add a couple services to a basic account. We dropped in sort of mid-day on a weekday and had a minimal 10'ish minute wait before being called on. Very special kudos to Dave, the customer service rep who took care of us. His service is what this review is really about. He was well informed on the Comcast products, including a rather obscure one we were adding, & fluid in navigating their order system. He was genuinely friendly, engaging, and fun. His personality kept the process of taking care of business light and easy. His service was solid 5 star level!! He was super comprehensive & clear informing us what our added service should look like at home. He gave us the needed boxes & cables to install, since we wanted to avoid a technician visit fee. The install was pretty simple & straightforward for an old I.T. guy like me. One demerit for Xfinity back end glitch, that's not this store's fault, that fubarred the service after equipment hookup. Eva at Xfinity customer service call center was patient & proficient at eventually clearing the issue remotely in about half an hour on the phone. She too was friendly, courteous, and proficient.

Tried calling, that is a total waste of time and effort. I work from home so no internet means no work. It has been going down almost daily for 2 weeks. I will be finding another internet service.
