I brought my IPad into Livit Mobile after I dropped it and it wasn't working right. Seth got right on it and quoted me $30.00 to diagnose the problem. He opened it up and found that the battery wasn't secured and was improperly installed by a company that I previously brought it too, of which did a terrible job installing. 1 Star - Don't Waste Your Time or Money If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Took my phone in for what should've been a simple screen replacement. Not only did they take THREE days longer than promised, but when I finally got it back, the screen was popping out and the touch sensitivity was worse than before. But the best part? I paid extra for their so-called "premium warranty" and when I went back to have them fix their own sloppy work, they told me the warranty doesn't cover "post-repair complications." Excuse me?! I have been a loyal customer of Livit for years. My whole family has gone there and I have recommended it to everyone I know. I am done with this store for good after today's experience. I stopped in today to get my glass protector screen replaced as I have done twice in the past several years for my current phone. I paid $35.00 for a lifetime guarantee on the glass protector. I have also paid for this service and warranty for for 4-5 additional phones over the course of several years for me and my family. When I initially purchased the protector I was told I would have lifetime replacements should the glass protector crack. I haven't abused this policy and today I went into get a new one and was told that it would cost $5.00. I was surprised by this as I had never been charged before or told that there was a charge (even when purchasing). I can obviously afford 5.00 but it is the principal of the matter that bothers me. When I told the young man I had never been charged before he said, "I can't help it if you have been getting free product in the past but the people who gave it to you are no longer employed here". What the hell? As if I am on some organized retail glass protector scam?? He was very rude and condescending. He then looks at my account and says, "yeah I see you have been getting the last two for free, but it is 5.00 today". Listen, LIVIT is OVERPRICED!!! But it is a brick and mortar store so I have used it because they are convenient and know how to put the screen protectors on so there are no bubbles. I can get the same thing they are selling online or in 3 different places in the mall for half price. I can go to any mobile store and have them put a protector on for me if I bring it to them, and they cost WAY less anywhere else. Cases are way overpriced here as are the screen protectors. I paid the high prices in exchanged for good service here. When I am paying high prices for something I can get cheaper somewhere else, I want good service. The guy then says, "well, at least you are getting the replacement screen for free". UMMMM - NO, you just said it was 5.00 AND I paid 35.00 for the service (when we all know the screens they use can be purchased on amazon or ebay for .99 cents). $5.00 is NOT free. Congrats. You just lost a loyal customer over 5.00. read more

This other place charged 330 and it was never fixed. I went into Livit and Seth help me out. He had it fixed In maybe 10 minutes and for half the price. He even gave my son a new phone case. I went here to get a car vent holder for my new smart phone. While looking at devices, a young man with some form of disability came in and "cut" in front of me. No big deal, I'm retired and have time. This is to compliment the store clerk (I wish I knew his name) who waited on this man. He was so patient, respectful and extremely kind to the man. There was no trying to rush the guy out the door even when he was asking questions about how to use his new phone (he was looking for a drop proof case). Livit is a greedy company with 0 interest in you as a person, or even their employees. They penalize employees for being honest, and only push to make a much money as possible through as many lies as they can squeeze in. I came in years ago because they claimed to be selling "military grade" screen protectors, only to find that at that time there was only one company capable of making that claim to the public and Livit was NOT carrying that brand. When confronted, despite signs all around there store clearly stating that the glass was, indeed, military grade, we were told it was LIKE military grade. Few of the replacements have actually fit my phone, all but one employee has managed to get glue into my buttons (Galaxy Note 10+, or an LG G3/5, BTW), my screen has been damaged through the protectors on EVERY phone, and not a single bit of accountability on Livit's part. Lifetime guarantee for screen repair if your screen is damaged while using one of THEIR screen protectors? I have NEVER been able to claim this offer, despite paying for it for years. Praying for a different company to be able to handle my phone related needs! One SINGLE employee was honest, up-front, and all-around awesome. Started here, I think went to Lynnwood's Livit, and don't know where he's gone after that. Wonderful guy, but one employee is not worth the lies the other employees perpetuate. Employees will ALWAYS look for a way to blame you, the customer, for ANYTHING that goes wrong, regardless of their claimed guarantee. Livit "replaced" my partner's screen (Samsung s5) with a screen not made for his phone, attached with tape (not glue, as it should to be), and when the phone inevitably stopped interacting with its digitizer, turning on its screen, etc., the employee we were working with claimed it was water damaged (which voided our Sprint warranty), but it was only water damaged because the tape they used to adhere the new screen couldn't seal, therefore wasn't waterproof, but they wouldn't acknowledge that, and quoted 250$ for another screen. read more

Stay away! The owner was nice and was very informative, but the quality of product is terrible! I drove to the Outlet Mall location a few days after I originally purchased the defective charger, and received no help. I was told they could give me 10% off if I wanted to buy a different one. They were able to replace my screen on my 8S for $200...however, the screen they replaced it with was not compatible with the most recent IOS update- they called (luckily I was able to answer before my phone started not responding to anything) and told me of the issue, they offered to replace it with a correct screen free of charge. I thought that it was nice they notified their customers of the issue- hence the three stars.... but, it's week one of the new screen and it's so cheap/thin that it's already cracked from me placing it face down on a table (I know...). Yeahhhh was not pleased with this place. We took my husband's tablet in because the screen was broken. They said it would take a week for the part to arrive and then they could replace it that day. We left the tablet there with them and they said they would call us when it was finished. Two weeks later we hadn't heard from them. My husband called and they said the part had just gotten in that day and we could come whenever. Their customer service was good and their prices weren't bad, and if the repair had only taken a week like they said, I would probably give them four stars. I also appreciated the Service Technician, Emilio's work. I brought in my IPhone 5 to see about replacing the glass face which was cracked horribly and was amazed he was able to replace the glass face AND straighten out the phone frame which got bent when dropped. His work was complete in only 25 minutes and my phone now looks brand spanking new! He also put on a protection screen that if my phone gets dropped again, which is "given", then it will break only the protector which is inexpensive to replace . I believe only $5! I came in to get my glass replaced two days ago. I was helped by the manager, who was professional and helpful. Two days later, my glass is cracked. I went in asking if they could fix it, as it was only TWO days. The two employees on shift were unhelpful, and basically said the glass cracked because i put my phone in my purse. Everyone puts their phone in their purse. I paid $50 for the original and $10 per replacement. The repair technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, the repair was unsuccessful. They said there was a 2 month guarantee, but we've been waiting 2 weeks for a part to come in, and there still is no ETA. Ronin answered today at 6:52, said there have been delays but it shouldn't take longer than a week. He said if we brought in our own part they could install it, but then he said he didn't have time to look up the part number for us. So I asked if someone else could, and Ronin said that no one could right now. So I asked if that person could call me tomorrow, and he literally said he had no way to write down my name. When pressed, he said he just didn't have time to write down my name because he was supposed to be closing the store. Not impressed with Ronin's customer service and haven't had a working phone since Christmas Eve. Very frustrated. read more

We recently went into Livit Mobile to get a case for my daughters new IPHONE. It was recommended to me by the manager, Jospeh, to get a shatter proof plexi cover (lifetime guarantee) - this would protect the phone screen from damage. I also purchased an Otter Box case. - I had no idea how very valuable that sale would be - my daughters phone was knocked out of her hand and the "screen" shattered - brought it in, it was the plexi cover that shattered (it had done it's job), the main screen was perfect - they replaced and sent us on our way. I've gone to this place a few times and didn't have a problem until recently. I got a brand new phone and it fell off my car (whoops) so I came in to get the screen replaced and it went smoothly, they said if somethings wrong within the first 30 days to bring it back and they'll replace it for free, not too long after getting my phone back I realized that it would "phantom type", without me even touching the phone it would type out letters and what not, I kept taking the phone in to get it replaced again and kept being told the wait was always 2+ hours (which is understandable they are located in a mall that can get busy) so I decided to call in the day before ahead of time, I explained everything that was going on, they let me know they had a long line at the moment but we agreed I would come in the next morning and wouldn't need to wait and they'd have my phone screen waiting with my name on it, I arrived the next morning less than an hour after opening and was still told I would have to wait two hours, it didn't get fixed that day, the problem only got worse, the phantom touching disabled my iPhone for nearly an entire day, so I finally went in as soon as they opened and was told the tech wouldn't be there for another hour and a half, I left and came back, the tech fixed my screen but then said that she spoke to her supervisor (I believe, a higher up I know that) and he told her that it was the third time replacing the screen and after this it could just be the phone. When I told her that it was only the second time she's replaced the screen she told me I was wrong, it was a brand new phone, a different employee replaced the original screen with the defective one and I was just having her replace the defective one (I don't know if defective is the right word I think it was just put on wrong?) that's only two screen changed and the first one was replaced because the screen was shattered and I never had phantom touching before taking my phone to LivIt. I don't know if they told me I was wrong because they didn't want to have to fix it if it didn't come out right again or not, but I'll definitely never be back. read more

This place claims they will replace your case if it is broken just took it in I've only had the case for Two weeks I'm on my second case with this company and again it broke. The guy smiles and says no sorry only if the case won't stay on and the little outside pieces break off. First that is not what he said when HE sold me my case a couple weeks ago. So far I've bought two cases and a car charger from this place which they all claim have a warranty when you go to take it back they won't do anything. Took my iphone 5 for screen repair, and in the process they broke one of the pins from motherboard which then cannot be repair.
