Dave, the owner came over as well to chat and turns out I worked with him way back, we had been great friends back then. I'm so happy he got this shop up and running and is doing great. Lot is a tad small, especially on sale days. I've never had any rude employees, I'm not sure how the last person ended up with a wrong vape strain, but that is not the incorrect labeling goes back to the processor, not the dispensary. I know at 420 carpenter I've had to return carts that did not function. No one was rude taking it back to that store. I'm sorry to Adrian you were treated unfair and poorly, I am fairly sure the male manager who was rude to you is no longer working there. The female manager at 420 capitol is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Maybe you could try again and have a good experience? I love the crew at both of the 420 capitol/carpenter, I've only experienced nice, intelligent people at both stores.

I was trying to find the email when a male worker took me to the section of where the brand I was looking for was. Admittedly, I am a little unfamiliar with green ladys deals, so I mentioned that I was there for a specific deal and they took me to a section I wasn't looking for. And when I corrected which section I wanted, they proceeded to mansplain to me how everything works when I am a pretty regular smoker. The whole interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I am for sure hesitant to even return to this location if that's how they treat their customers. it left me feeling flustered, stupid, and belittled. I would not recommend this location for new smokers, or those that are presenting more feminine until this behavior changes
