Lot is a tad small, especially on sale days. I've never had any rude employees, I'm not sure how the last person ended up with a wrong vape strain, but that is not the incorrect labeling goes back to the processor, not the dispensary. I know at 420 carpenter I've had to return carts that did not function. No one was rude taking it back to that store. I'm sorry to Adrian you were treated unfair and poorly, I am fairly sure the male manager who was rude to you is no longer working there. The female manager at 420 capitol is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Maybe you could try again and have a good experience? I love the crew at both of the 420 capitol/carpenter, I've only experienced nice, intelligent people at both stores.
