I know at 420 carpenter I've had to return carts that did not function. No one was rude taking it back to that store. I purchased the product that was suggested last week - although today a couple of other suggestions were made. In that apparently these products cannot be opened - no one has tried them - or is aware of the contents. One has only the words on the package - and the package is not available to the customer until you pay. After paying, I left the store. Once in my car, I opened the box and opened the jar. The product was NOT lotion - it was SALVE. Salve and lotion are NOT the same thing. In that this did not make me happy - I returned to the store to show them what I had purchased. I was actually trying to be helpful. Voices were raised as I was trying to explain my situation - and ultimately was told to leave. I am a 78 year old female Oregonian looking for some relief. I wanted lotion. I have salve instead. I was trying to be helpful and informative to the staff. The conversation turned unfriendly quickly - and rude. If I were the owner/manager - I would probably terminate the female clerk - and make certain my staff knew the products they were selling. If you can't open them in the store, go to the parking lot. All we have are words to communicate - sales people should know their products - and customers need to be treated respectfully.. Would I return ? i would probably go across the street to Thunder!

Lucid still has the best selection, and the recent remodel has only improved the buying experience. I love the new edibles location as well as the expanded space behind the counter allowing for more customers to be served at once. One thing I would love to see is a recommendation board with budtender's personal picks. Ricky is still my go-to-guy and definite MVP at Lucid Lacey I try to always go in when he is working. Can't say enough good things :) Here is where Lucid-Lacey really gets it's 5th star back for me. I really like almost all of the current budtenders. There have been a couple really stellar new additions. My favorite is Tyler. He is friendly without being invasive at all. (Rare with new budtenders) Learned my tastes really quickly. He also tries a lot of different flower and concentrates so I always end up picking up a couple things I didn't plan on when I see him. Eager to learn in the areas where he has less experience, and never pretentious. I was super happy to see him when I came in at a less then usual early morning trip on Friday but I really hope it doesn't mean he is off nights because I would miss his Indica recommendations on the nightshift. I have also sent some of my older friends and family to him when Ricky was on vacation and they all commented on how patient he was compared to their experiences with other budtenders. Really happy to have Lucid Lacey in my neighborhood, but if it wasn't I would gladly drive past the competition to have the best product and best people behind the counter :)
