Totally and shockingly unprofessional. Have been here twice in the past week, both times the store was not opened at designated hours. The first time it didn't open until 20 minutes after advertised time. The staff needs a major lesson in customer service. They have rotten and entitled attitudes with seemingly zero desire to help. They are rude, abrasive, and confrontational. What happened to hiring people with manners, who at least try to help those that are giving them their business. No one needs to see an eye roll when asking basic questions or help. Not worth it to come here - go elsewhere. read more

This store does not even deserve a one star. My mom went in to replace my handicapped uncles phone. (she made this clear and made it clear how important it was that he has a phone) The "Manager" Josh, I believe is his name, did something to make her process "quicker" and she paid for the activation and for him to set up the phone. She left and he said it was all good to go. They did not transfer the contacts- which they said they couldn't but another store did. So I went to help add all the contact to his phone- the phone did not work and was not activated. (even though this was supposed all set to use) I went back to the store and Josh was still there along with two other guys- not one of them could figure out how to "activate" or make the phone work. After sitting there for an hour, I had to leave. I said keep the phone and I will come back in the morning to get it. He said ok, I will get it all set, have it wrapped for you and call you when it is ready. I did not get a call. I got off work went back in and absolutely nothing had been done with the phone. Josh was now working at another store. Not one worker tried to help the situation of the mess up that Josh did. They attempted again and nothing. I returned everything, got a refund and left to go to an actual corporate Verizon. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY VERIZON STORE. Side note: while I was there another person was there yelling at them for refund/money/collection reasons. This is a terrible place, and the workers have no idea what they are doing. read more

This is a terrible store with unprofessional employees. I went to the store panicking due to a manufacture erase happened to my phone. I searched online and it gives a set of instructions on how to restore your data. I decided to go to this store to seek help. Ashley, just looked into my phone and said, well this is an old phone, you need a new one! I said, can a new one restore my data, she said no, but at least it doesn't happen again! I asked her can you retrieve my data? She responded, "I am sorry, no I can't". The whole conversation was about 2 minutes and I was out the door. This place was right in my neighborhood and I just needed a replacement part for my Verizon phone. Even though I saw the negative reviews, I figured it might just be people upset about their phone bills. I popped in on a Saturday afternoon and got approached immediately by one of the clerks. I thought good on me for trying it out. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended right there when the clerk asked me for my phone number and pin for my account, I tried to explain I just wanted to see if they had the replacement part, I wasn't interested in trying to discuss anything about my account. He proceeded to tell me (not explain) that I couldn't be helped without my account being up. I explained I had no idea what my pin would be and asked if there might be another way to verify like through a payment method or my DL. They kept saying that they needed the pin. Through trial and error, I remembered and at the end of all that they said they don't have the part but I could pay to upgrade my phone. I just went to Amazon and for future Verizon support, I'll probably head to the Spectrum store. read more

Incredible service. I had FUN being in the store! I was going to get my phone at Best Buy because i wasn't looking forward to going back to Verizon as the stores are usually an incredible headache. It's been about 5 years since I've been with Verizon and thank you to Cash (i believe that's his name), my impression of dealing with Verizon stores has totally changed! Professional, yet fun. I had an issue with my Gmail linking and the manager came in earlier just to help! The associates have a team player mentality, which is rare in a sales environment. They all attempted to help or kept me entertained while my salesperson worked tirelessly to take care of me. Even as other "sales" came in the door, the level of care never changed. Unfortunately this place is not very trustworthy. I just signed up coming over from sprint and was not aware this was not a Verizon store. It is an authorized retailer. My girlfriend and I feel very violated after looking at our bill. A bundle which we were told was $100 was in fact not $100 and on top of that they messed up the new set up of our account so bad that Verizon is doing what they can to fix the issue that the employees here have created. Currently waiting on a promotion fix that was not given to me as a trade in...it has been two days now and still no update. It is very sad and unfortunate that there has been no ownership of the mistake made by anybody at that location. Hoping that the area manager makes right to the situation that the store employees have wrongfully done. Watch out for Verizon. And if you walk into any of their stores trying to fix an account with a mistaken extra charge, get ready to hear their favorite line, "We can't help you. Call the 800 number." So when you call the 800 number, you can spend a LONG time on hold. That was after waiting our turn at the store. Family members have been encouraging us for a while to leave Verizon. And now we get it. When they make a mistake on their billing, and they overcharge us, they DON'T want to fix it. They set up roadblocks. Save your $$$ and time by going elsewhere. read more

I was very impressed with how he made sure that the phone that I was interested in was really the product that best suited my needs and preference. I visited this store to change my plan to unlimited data, and was kindly greeted by Gerson, who was very helpful with the process. I was not expecting to walk out with a brand new Red IPhone 7 Plus!! It was a very pleasant surprise! Gerson evaluated my plan, and made sure to let me know that if I only paid $100, I could upgrade my phone, and my monthly payments would actually DECREASE! Usually I dread my visits to Verizon, but he did an amazing job of making sure I felt taken care of, and satisfied. Verizon is by far the best cell phone service in Orange County. I've been using them for 10+ years (I think). People write about bad service or good service at certain Verizon retailers, but what it really comes down to is are you happy with that phone in your pocket 1. What you are paying 2.
