Warning: Although the store says Verizon and it has the same Verizon interior set up it is not a real Verizon store. They are the so called "authorized" or "indirect" store meaning that for every service they will charge you a ridiculous premium over a " real" Verizon store. I wanted to buy a pre-paid SIM card for $40 and they wanted to charge me a $20 set up fee. I ended up calling Verizon and to confirm and they advised me to avoid these guys and go to a real Verizon store a few blocks down the road. Long time verizon customer with 4 lines.. Bought my iPhone here and a glass screen protector. Screen protector failed so I brought it back for a new one 4 days later. Manager approved a new one for me even though I had pulled the old protector off. If you buy the pure-gear protector and it fails, don't take it off. All in all, this went from a not so good situation to a very satisfactory experience. The manager took care of me, which is what I look for when doing business with anyone. If you have any issues here, speak with the manager, he understands customer service and represents Verizon well. read more

I took it back to this shop where I purchased it, explained to Arjan my situation, and he immediately helped me without any hassles. And believe me when I say I had prepared myself to be hassled. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst Verizon store, kiosks are better. This is not a corporate Verizon store and it shows. I ordered a phone (Paid for it) to be picked up on Friday the 5th of June. Was told by the store Manager to come by and pick it up as it was ready to be picked up. Went to the store, waited an hour only to be told they messed up and processed the wrong phone and I'd need to wait longer, about 20 mins more . I couldn't wait any longer, so I asked Edy, the store manager to call me when it's ready. At around 530, 2 hours later, I called the store as I had not heard back, Edy had left for the day. Another rep had no clue how or what to do and told me Edy would call me Saturday. As of Sunday morning, I didn't hear anything, called the store and spoke to Edy, asked him what the status was and why I didn't hear back, he said he needed to get his corporate involved, basic excuses, asked him why he didn't call me like he said he would do to keep me updated. He said he has been busy! . No one is too busy to take 2 mins to call a customer back who bought and paid for a phone and spent over 1 hour at your damn store! Is his time worth more than mine?... The 1 hour I spent in the store, There was 1 other customer, the whole time. Edy spent more time in the back speaking with the others employees or with a freind that dropped by to hang out. Sounds like the freind was an ex employee of that store. Reading the other reviews, seems like this is a recurring issue of the employees not giving a shit. After speaking with Verizon corporate for 30 mins, they explained that they were told the store had a "glitch" and messed the order up and i can't place a new order for a new phone until this current order is canceled by that store! Unreal! I cant even spend $1400 for a new phone! Do yourself a favor, stay away from Victra owned stores. Go straight to corporate. Visited this store this morning and was at first greeted happily by one of the retailers there. However, when he learned we had already pre-ordered new iphones, his interest and customer service took a turn down hill. We came in with our new iphones to get them activated and Armin "helped" us. He broke my husband's new phone sim card tray trying to get it open. This phone was BRAND NEW, just opened up out of the FedEx package 5 minutes before. He was rude and continued to carelessly handle the brand new phone. When we noticed it was broken, he denied having broke it, even though we clearly saw him struggling to get the sim card out. Bottom line is that this guy was a jackass who had no interest except for making a sale, and since we were not buying, his attitude and customer service skills suffered. And now I know why it was only my husband and I in this particular store the second day new iphones come out. No one wants to deal with shitty customer service either. read more

I walked in only planning to upgrade my iPhone after the horrific update that turned into Satan's phone. Anyhoo, when all was said and done and after going to get my husband and coming back to the store -- we both walked out with new phones, a new tablet for junior & a 5 piece accessory bundle! Now that's a sales man! The process was fun & non stressful! I really felt taken care of. Someone needs a promotion & a raise! This is seriously the best customer service I've ever received at any cell phone store ever! And I'm no spring chicken if you catch my drift! Oh, and Andy helped too! Too bad I can't give negative stars. Horrible customer service from the manager. I went in to upgrade one of my phones and was greeted by an employee. He was by himself assisting two other customers then after about 10 minutes, his manager came out from the back and started assisting the other customer. The employee was very courteous and checked up on me a few times to let me know he was almost done. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I needed to charge my phone. I asked him if I can charge my phone while I waited so he plugged in a cord by the side counter but the cord wasn't long enough for me to reach so I asked him if I can go on the other side to use my phone while it was charging. He said it was OK so I was there for about 10 minutes. Then the manager YELLS across the room telling me that I couldn't be on that side of the counter. The employee told him that he gave me permission to be there while I waited but the manager just talked down to him in front of the other customers. My patience ran out by that time so I just walked out. Wasted 45 minutes of my day. read more

I was able to make a call, and it would ring the other side; yet, I could not hear anything. I demonstrated it to Juan, and he fixed it in 2 min! He reset the unit. If I could give zero stars, I would. My family bought four phones and there was a bogo promotion. I was still charged tax for the full price on the four phones. Then the representative charged me $20 per phone for setup when he only did one after complaining he didnt eat all day when we came in at 6. Then he offered a discount and bundle deals for $80 for three accessories for two of the phones. Asked for a receipt after leaving only to find out the accessory packages I got charged for was $140 because he included the $60 discount for the three setups he didn't do. He then charged me full tax for the discounts he did give so I got taxed at $260 for six accessories which adds up to another $20. When I tried to return the accessories, he said he couldn't take the phone screen because it was taken out of the box, but he was the one that had rip open the package after saying that they have a 14 day return policy. Extremely crap service and understanding. Dont go there or listen to them. read more

Don't go to this store!!!!! They are very unethical. We got scammed. Hani was the sales rep. Told us we could get the loyalty plan which would be 2 mb data storage. Instead he put us on everyday plan with only 1/2 mb of data storage instead of 2. We had switched from sprint to two year plan at Verizon plus bought new iPhones so we got scammed. Went back to store to talk to Kash the manager a few times. He kept saying he would talk to his manager but did nothing. It is all a stall tactic. There is no customer service what so ever. Management condones this unethical practices. We are telling everyone we know not to do business with Verizon. As soon as we can get out of this plan we will go to another carrier! read more

Do not go to this location! I was totally scammed by none other than the manager Misha. Was signed up for things I did not want, without being told. I was told I was getting a jet pack for free. When looking at my receipt found I was charged for it anyway. When attempting to rectify I was told he went over everything with me. Which he did not. My adult daughters were with me at the time and also knew he never told me of opening another line, an activation fee, and a monthly charge. So I will never go there again. read more

This store is a complete scam!!! I went to the store in December trying to upgrade my daughter's phone. They offered me a Samsung Tablet that they said was absolutely free with no strings attached. I asked MULTIPLE times if accepting this tablet extended my contract and they told me NO!! Well, a month later I go back to find out that it did indeed extend my contracts for another two years. They lied to my face and now I am wondering if that "free" case and screen protector also cost me. Calling Verizon today to complain. This used to be an official Verizon store but Victra is now the owner and is stealing money from Verizon customers. They also put 3 different insurance plans on 3 devices. Do NOT shop at this store! They did the same thing to me as they did to michelle a. They signed me up for things I did not want or needed by lying to me. Their sales people Grace and Nicholas Ashworth lied to me to sell me a jet pack that I didn't need. They told me that because I was such a good customer and because I've been with Verizon for such a long time, Verizon wants to appreciate me being such a good customer by giving me a jet pack which will not cost me anything and I don't have to pay any monthly fees. 18 days later I receive a letter in mail that says otherwise. I call Verizon only to find out that this store is not a Verizon "corporate" store and Verizon told me that I have to contact the store directly. So I call and talk to the store "manager" Misha who said because I have called them back after 18 days instead of the 14 days, he has to call his manager to get approval for me to return the device without having to pay for the early termination fee . He calls back several hours later and leaves a message that his manager "Art" told him that I can return the jet pack but will be responsible for paying the early termination fee of $175. These people lack integrity and don't deal honestly and will not be in business for much longer because of the way they lie to cheat honest people out of their hard earned money. I'm disappointed in Verizon because they should do a better job investigating their agents. I dealt with these people because I thought they were Verizon agents. Do NOT shop here. I was promised a one year renewal of my $39.99 rate for high speed internet with Verizon in the Long Beach,CA service area. This promise was made by several people on different calls including supervisors over a 3 month period ( I have names). Each month, I get a new bill with a $79.98 charge! Keep in mind that this is dog-slow speed account of 15/15! When I would call, I would get a credit to make up the difference. They would tell me the problem is solved, then I get the higher rate bill again the next month! On the last call I made to a supervisor, all I could get was "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do. You were misinformed - this lower rate is no longer available." I call this fraud. Stay away if you have a choice! read more

Had a great experience tonight with Juan Rojas! I had a screen protector for a year and half, and, over time, it shattered in several places. Took my phone in, Juan swapped the protector out in 5 mins, no hassles, no need for me to bring the original receipt or packaging. First of all this is NOT a True Verizon store. It IS an vendor that can help you with Verizon accounts and sell you overpriced merchandise. I was told my trade in was worth $300.00. It should be a credit to my account. I was then given several items of their merchandise and told it was free plus I still keep my credit $300.00 I repeated back to Jacob what he told me 3or more times. He confirmed each time. I wasn't told the trade in credit was for store merchandise only!!! I was ALSo told I couldn't use the trade in credit towards new phone either!! I returned the next morning to pick up phone. Gerald (manager) actually ( asst mananger) was getting yelled at for his poor non helping attitude... I felt bad he was getting yelled at. I told him" don't let that ruin your day! " I'll give you a yelp review hopefully that will help. At this point I felt both Jacob and Gerald really helped me out. Gerald gave me my phone I had to leave. He Reid used to listen that I needed to leave until after several attempts trying to login into my yelp... he wrote out his own review on my behalf... without my say so! Didn't bother to show my how my phone works as it was new phone for me. I was given all items and phone with no receipt or copy of form I signed. My previous review if FAKE!! After purchasing two GizmoPals for the grandkids (which they love) Mark told me about the new iPhone SE. I had heard about it and checked it out. It sounded perfect for me as an upgrade from my iPhone 5s, it has all the upgrades of the 6s but in the smaller size that I prefer. Also it has the new "Live Photo" which is really cool and will be great for taking pictures of the grandkids, plus it has the new 12 megapixel camera and 4k video. Well Mark called me to let me know they were coming in and I became one of those guys that come in on the very first day and bought one. I got the 64 gig version and ended up only paying a couple dollars more a month more than I was paying for my 16 gig 5s phone. Mark and everyone there were great to deal with. The purchase was simple and pretty quick, way quicker then when I got my last phone at Costco. I highly recommend this store and Verizon to all! Thanks Mark, Kaz and Verizon! read more

The guys that work there are great! I was assisted by Sean Wiseman the day I was in. I just happened to be strolling by and asked if they had any inexpensive phones that I could get for my kids. He looked at my account and found that the kids did not have smart phones and that if I wanted them he could give them to me as a free upgrade. Then he set me up with IPhones and handled all of the transfers and registering the phones. He was kind, patient and willing to help me. I felt like he went out of his way to make me happy even though it took a while to set up. His service was outstanding! I ended up going back and felt bad about it after all the work he did but one of the phones wasn't working properly. I then worked with the manager, Cash who was also fantastic! He reordered the same phone for me and called me when it was in. The process was fairly easy but a little time consuming. If you ever dread going into a phone store, go here...it is worth the wait for the service they deliver! read more

Trevor Smith helped me out and was able to address my problem and get it fixed while I was there. It was an issue that took some time to resolve but Trevor was very diligent in getting a resolution that would get me up and running again in the shortest time possible. I had the worst service at this store from Jason Durant. Ever since a mandatory update I cannot see missed calls, texts coming in and the volume on my ringer turns off by itself about 20 times a day. Jason was defensive and said it wasn't his fault or the fault of Verizon it was Samsung. Even though I called Verizon and they told me I had to do the update. I am held hostage by my contract for a service that now does not work. HORRIBLE. The way Jason handled it was terrible. All he kept suggesting was that I buy a new phone. There is nothing wrong with my phone and I take very good care of it so that I do not have to buy a new one. Thank god my contract will be up in a month and I can look elsewhere. Jason had the worst attitude of any employee I have ever had to deal with let alone a store manager. Yikes this place is in trouble if he is running the place. I think some training is in order. read more
