About a month later the screen was cracked again, even after using a newer more protective case and screen protector. He gave a discount to replace it again and in less than 2 weeks, it was broken on the inside of the screen, with a brown line down the side but no cracks. He told me "no other customers have issues" and only offered me a discount again to get yet another cheap-quality screen. I am not going to get another flimsy screen and continue to pay over and over for a poor-quality product. My mistake for not going to a more reputable screen repair place from the beginning.

I was a bit hesitant at first because the cost seemed high, but I agreed to it. After getting my phone fixed here, there were so many things that went wrong: 1. The brightness was set at max at all times, even when I tried to turn it down 2. My phone began dying at 30% and couldn't hold a charge I took it back a month later to address the brightness issue. This was slightly fixed when he reseated the display, but still wouldn't dim as much as it normally should. This was within warranty so I was not charged for this service. I came back soon after (within 3 months) to get my battery fixed and they refused to help me replace it stating that I had no receipt (which they never provided at the time of transaction, but have my bank statement). They also said that I had to pay for a new battery if I wanted it to be replaced. Even with my inflated battery, I did not have the issue of it holding a charge or dying before it hit 5%. I am very unsatisfied with my service at this repair shop. I did not believe people when they said I should just get my phone fixed at Apple, but after this experience I will definitely not return.

I forget what problem I was having but when I went to their website to look them up, I found that they were 3 miles away from my home and came here. I was blown away by the store and the customer service. Everyone is just so helpful and so personable. They are more than happy to help take care of any issue that might arise. You can see touch and feel their products so that you can be sure that they will work for you. Such high-quality products it's amazing. I'm a quadriplegic and I sometimes drop my phone and it's no worse for the wear. I've even rolled it over with my wheelchair and it still looks beautiful. I was told that first responders are their biggest fans. A couple times when I was here, I saw firefighters and paramedics. As I'm sitting here writing this in front of the shop, a fire truck just pulled up and four firefighters jumped out. There ring is quite possibly the best part of this case. Other rings I have purchased just end up flopping around after a couple uses. This one is so rigid and doesn't give away at all. I cannot recommend more highly about their products. I was up in LA one time and a bicycle zoomed by me. His phone fell off of him.
