    The moment you entered the store, a welcoming atmosphere will follow. Very friendly staffs & are very accommodating as well. We ran to a several Verizon store before here & there is always a problem that can't be solve regarding our plan. Such a frustrating errand to comply. Hiding fees that aren't showed & discuss to us before we decide to switch Verizon. Every month we got this bill that doesn't make sense at all & they can't give us straight answers on what is going to our plan. So goodness we came up to here. We look for a corporate location & we found one closer to where we live. Super convenient! We should have gone in here at the very beginning! Anyhow, I'm super satisfied for the service. Fix the billing problem, & got our right bill the next month. It's not easy though but the customer representative (whom I forgot the name) is so patient & knowledgeable enough to keep everything in control. The store is bigger too. Cleaned & smells good by far. The interior design is a typical service provider business store. And at the time of our visit, they had enough staff to attend their customers. Lesson learned: Go to a corporate store the next time you do transaction, esp. if you got business account. Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow yelpers!

I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

I prefer to get my pocket wifi before leaving for my trip so I dont have to worry about it once landing. I usually book online and get a phone confirmation. Pick up is a day before your trip at their Waikiki location. The only hard part is their pick up location, but if you bring a friend with you to wait in the car, it should be fine - or you could grab a bite in the Waikiki shopping plaza since you're already driving there! The wifi itself is easy to use. They explain to you when you pick up, but its all pretty self explanatory. The battery lasted pretty much the whole day if fully charged and is small enough to carry around with you all day without adding extra weight. You can return the wifi when you get back to Hawaii on the departures floor after getting your luggage. Would highly recommend booking for your next Japan trip!

We booked another pocket wifi…read morefor our trip to Japan earlier this year and we appreciate how we were able to booked without placing a down payment for a reservation. The pocket WiFi was different from what we used before. It was newer, thinner, and lighter. The only downside was that there's no indication on how much battery is left. You need to scan the QR code sticker on the back of the pocket WiFi and the status will be shown on your phone. It is a little inconvenient and the website to show the status was pretty wonky and in Japanese. Regardless, the WiFi was good. The signal was great when we were visiting major cities such at Tokyo and Osaka. There was an issue with connecting when we first arrived but we reset the WiFi using the paper clip pin provided in the bag. The bag included instructions, paper clip, and charger. Overall, the WiFi signal is not perfect but it is good enough to last your whole trip in Japan without any major issues. It lasted about little over 10 hours on a full charge. The pocket WiFi is convenient and pretty affordable to share among 5 people without having slow data.

    About halfway through our trip, my friend told me about some phone issues in calling a friend at…read morehome. We tried calling each other and got an error message. The next morning, I Yelped T Mobile and found this to be the nearest store. Parked at Long's, we were unaware of the store location so I went to the information kiosk to ask. It was a bit of a trek, especially since the store was near where we originally parked. With one set of escalators out of service, it took a little under ten minutes to make our way here. When we arrived, all of the staff were busy with customers. One gentleman greeted me and told me that I would be next despite seeing two people sitting at opposite ends of the entrance. It turned out both were waiting for their friend or relative who were already being helped. A few minutes later, Dante introduced himself and asked me what I needed. Describing the situation and my friend's phone information, he started working on the phone. A few minutes later, he asked me to call the number and the problem persisted as it went directly to voicemail. We tried again unsuccessfully tinkering with the phone. He excused himself and walked to his work station. When he returned, we tried again and this time it worked. We tried it again once more to confirm there were no more issues. Thanks to T Mobile for having store locations and Dante and our greeter in making our visit fruitful and seamless.

I don't know what my husband did, but his service did not transfer over. We came to this location to see if they could help us. It was around 7pm and there were quite a few people inside. The guy taking names by the door said that they close in an hour and probably won't get to us. My husband pressed a few buttons on his phone and got it to transfer over. We're still not sure what happened, but at least both of our new phones are now working.
