    This store is completely POINTLESS!…read more I don't recommend coming here. All of the employees are extremely rude and lazy!!! When you come into this store they do not try to help you diagnosis any problems or explain your account to you. They only want to upsell you and earn commission off of you. Everyone is super young and clueless. Even the manager was staring at my underage daughter's body while I was trying to discuss the extra unauthorized charges I found on my account!     #UPDATE After a little over a week of use. The caveats below…read morestill persist. One thing I've also been noticing is my screen will sometimes lag heavily. This goes for watching a video as well. Video will be choppy/laggy and this never happened to my original screen. Sometimes if I charge my phone and play music and use Apple Maps, the screen will also lag heavily I'll. Again this never happened with original screen. I've also noticed greatly that my battery % is being drained a lot faster. Even if it's regular use like how I did with my original Apple screen. I suspect it's the aftermarket screen. However, the 4 star review will still stay. Just an update. Will probably buy a new phone soon but this is still decent for $85. Great customer service. Fast service. I replaced my iPhone 15pro screen due to cracked screen. The only downside that resulted in 4/5 star is the aftermarket screen. It's great for a quick on the go if you don't want to spend $180+ for an original screen. The lighting on the aftermarket screen does have a light blue led color to it and it is not as vibrant as an orignal Apple screen. This you can tell. I don't mind this as my eyes will get adjusted to it. However, my biggest gripe to where I can tell a big difference on is the lag input on swiping. Just swiping the Home Screen to the next screen, the apps become blurry and it isn't a smooth transition. Another, big issue is the touch screen. I did put another screen protector layer on top of the new after market seal (the seal is part of a warranty depending on if it breaks or not). So I decided to try and protect my screen further. Upon doing so, I can tell a big difference in typing my letters especially the letters to the side of the screen "A a S P L & backspace". I now have to press my screen ALOT harder to register the letter I want. I find myself having to backspace and retype my words a lot more as pressing the letters do not register sometimes. Sometimes swiping from bottom screen up to close an app also does not work and I would have to press my screen hard to swipe up. Overall, this is a good purchase for a quick $85 on the go. If you do not mind the caveats I have listed here (maybe it's just my screen) then $85 is great. Other than that, you may want to spend more and get an original Apple screen.

    The service here was excellent--fast, professional, and very accommodating. I had completely…read morecracked the front screen of my new iPhone, with streaks of light running down the center. They quickly ordered the correct replacement screen for my model and had me back in just two days later to complete the repair. After the fix, my phone did show a notification stating: "Unknown Part: The display for this iPhone is not recognized. An Apple Authorized Service Provider can repair or replace the display to restore full functionality." Personally, I see this more as Apple's way of limiting repair options rather than a reflection on the quality of the work. The shop was able to work around the notification/issue, and restored my phone so that it was fully functional again. Of course, if you have the budget to go directly through Apple, that will always ensure an original part and complete manufacturer support. But for those of us who can't afford to replace a device every time life happens, this repair was a reliable, cost-effective solution.

I just had a few questions about their plans, coverage and cost. So I go to the website and fill out their "check for service" form. A week later, no one has gotten back to me. So I decide to call. I call the number on their website, and press 1 for sales. The automated system tells me there are zero callers ahead of me, yet I wait for 15 minutes before someone answers and says "hello?"....I'm like, is this remotely located? He's says yeah lol. So I proceed to ask a couple questions about their plans and the employee doesn't say anything. I ask if he's still there and he says yeah give me a second. I'm like ok. 5 minutes of silence. I say what's taking so long? He says he has to pull up a system that he only has partial access to. I'm like ok I'm just asking questions about your plans. He says I need to speak to billing?? While we're on the call, I get another call from remotely located, which I missed because I was on the phone with them already. I ask the employee if I should hang up and call the number back and he says yes (I'm sure he was very happy to not have to deal with my two questions lol). So I call the number back, only to be routed through the same automated system, and press 1 for sales again. This time I get a different employee with the same silent, confused attitude. I then just start asking what is going on, is this sales? She says no, it's technical support. I tell her I pressed one for sales. She is silent. I ask if she is still there. She says yes. I said ok you can't answer my questions, fine, can you please just have someone get back to me who can? And to please not call me from the automated system number because I just get sent to people who seem like they have never even heard of remotely located but for some reason don't want to tell me that. We will see what happens next lol hopefully someone will just call me and answer some basic questions about what they offer. Update: got a weird message from a person with an accent so heavy, I could not understand him. He called me from the same call center number, so when I called back, I was again routed to the "sales" department and spoke to another confused employee who told me the "billing manager" would call me.....a billing manager needs to call me just to answer some questions about their coverage area? This is wild, I don't know why this company is so secretive, and why have a sales department if they can't tell you anything? Also, I asked about whether they have a physical location and was told, "you can see the website right?" Lololol sooo they don't even know their own company's location? I wanted to do business here, but hell no. Satellite it is!

    We have only had there service for about 6 months and the internet started off good until they…read moreslowed our speeds down. We are paying for 6 to 10 megs of download speeds and we are getting only 250kbs. We called in over 2 weeks ago and was told by there service department that there is a problem and someone would call us on Monday. Three Mondays later same slow internet and no phone call. When dail up internet is faster then what I pay 100.00 bucks for with the worst service ever.
