    they seem to be doing better. down time is less and customer service picks up the phone, prices came down. not to bad of service now.

    110 dollars for 8 mb because you were the only show in town and we had no other choice. Now we do and I am so glad i switched to unwire.

I rescheduled our install at least 2 times and she was more than happy to work with me each time. Speed? Well above advertised. Dual band (5/2.4) router they supply works great for my dinosaur laptop (2.4) and our phones (5). They have an interface for each network that allows you to monitor your usage and see what is connected to your network. Zoom acting up? You have immediate diagnostic capability with every network they set up. It told me my laptop had awful signal on WiFi. $16 for a 50' Ethernet at best buy fixed the issue. Call them. Google advertising won't tell you about them but your neighbors will.

I had a problem with my internet connection, I called them. They did all the normal remote support you would expect, and then they asked if they could get back to me with possible fixes. I'm thinking, yeah right, but I said fine. I then texted with the support person and did the remote things I was asked. No long holds, no silly trying to sell me something, it was great. Then they earned that last star. They asked if I wanted to try the upgraded service for 24 hours to see if that was part of the problem. No hard sell, no extra charges, just like you would to a friend, here, try it out and let me know. Great service, great people, overall a great experience.

I just had a few questions about their plans, coverage and cost. So I go to the website and fill out their "check for service" form. A week later, no one has gotten back to me. So I decide to call. I call the number on their website, and press 1 for sales. The automated system tells me there are zero callers ahead of me, yet I wait for 15 minutes before someone answers and says "hello?"....I'm like, is this remotely located? He's says yeah lol. So I proceed to ask a couple questions about their plans and the employee doesn't say anything. I ask if he's still there and he says yeah give me a second. I'm like ok. 5 minutes of silence. I say what's taking so long? He says he has to pull up a system that he only has partial access to. I'm like ok I'm just asking questions about your plans. He says I need to speak to billing?? While we're on the call, I get another call from remotely located, which I missed because I was on the phone with them already. I ask the employee if I should hang up and call the number back and he says yes (I'm sure he was very happy to not have to deal with my two questions lol). So I call the number back, only to be routed through the same automated system, and press 1 for sales again. This time I get a different employee with the same silent, confused attitude. I then just start asking what is going on, is this sales? She says no, it's technical support. I tell her I pressed one for sales. She is silent. I ask if she is still there. She says yes. I said ok you can't answer my questions, fine, can you please just have someone get back to me who can? And to please not call me from the automated system number because I just get sent to people who seem like they have never even heard of remotely located but for some reason don't want to tell me that. We will see what happens next lol hopefully someone will just call me and answer some basic questions about what they offer. Update: got a weird message from a person with an accent so heavy, I could not understand him. He called me from the same call center number, so when I called back, I was again routed to the "sales" department and spoke to another confused employee who told me the "billing manager" would call me.....a billing manager needs to call me just to answer some questions about their coverage area? This is wild, I don't know why this company is so secretive, and why have a sales department if they can't tell you anything? Also, I asked about whether they have a physical location and was told, "you can see the website right?" Lololol sooo they don't even know their own company's location? I wanted to do business here, but hell no. Satellite it is!

We are paying for 6 to 10 megs of download speeds and we are getting only 250kbs. We called in over 2 weeks ago and was told by there service department that there is a problem and someone would call us on Monday. Three Mondays later same slow internet and no phone call. When dail up internet is faster then what I pay 100.00 bucks for with the worst service ever.
