    We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

    I was going on vacation and needed a cell phone portable power charger. I procrastinated and then…read moreforget to buy one. Bu the time I remembered, I was in a time crunch. I needed to buy one ASAP. I hate paying full retail for items. But for this particular item, I needed something reliable. I did some online research for price comparisons and checked out my local Verizon store's inventory. The inventory they had had good review ratings. Plus the prices were competitive. They had items in stock, so off I go. The staff were wearing masks even though at this particular date of time, they weren't required by the County. They were taking extra safety precautions, which I appreciated. Plus they had partitioned plexiglass at the tables. Anyway, when I stepped into the store, I was greeted quickly and assisted. I cut to the chase with the associate with what I needed. He provided me with several options in different price ranges. He explained the features and the differences between each portable charger. He provided his recommendation which happened to be the lowest priced. He didn't push any other products. He rung me up and I was out the door. Wonderful. 3 months later. The charger is still working like a champ.

After waiting for 10 minutes another customer and his kid with an ice cream cone comes walking in blowing by me in the line and starts demanding help, one of the employees sitting behind the counter advises him that I'm next in line and he is going to have to wait his turn, but then another employee decides to help him first instead of me, completely ignored the fact that I was next in line. After waiting another 20 minutes, someone finally helps me, I was at this location for a pickup for my new phone. He asks for the name it's under and goes into the back. Comes out about another 8 minutes later and asks me for the name again with the phone in his hand, told him I'm on the account and that my mother was the one who ordered it and I'm there picking it up. He tells me I'm not on the account manager setting and to call customer service (even though he's an employee for Verizon and should be able to help me on the spot) though on the website it said I was, I told him I'll call my mother to put me on it through the app since I guess their website and Apps aren't linked. He returns to the back once more. After 5 minutes I got it linked on the app but he was no where to be found. He then proceeded to come out of the back, and sits down at the back counter with one of his employees and a lady that was already being helped by an employee. I stood for another 15 minutes until finally a nice employee came to check on me and helped me finish my reason for being at this terrible location. Besides that one employee who had a great demeanor, attitude, and was nice, everyone else had this depressing attitude and obviously none of them wanted to be there.

I will tell you that Temo was very, very patient and understanding in all the questions and inquiries we had, and he answered ALL. This job and service was very important to us so we wanted to get it right. Thank you Temo. As far as the installation and the service we now receive, I want to laud and praise Mitchell for his great skills, attitude and just simply ensuring that the "customer is truly happy" with their install and service they get. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and truly takes pride in all that he does.
