A+++ Absolutely flawless install! Paul and his team kept me up to date on his ETA and gave me plenty of notice when they were running a little behind schedule because of prior appointment. When they arrived they covered their shoes to protect the floors and treated my property as if it was their own. No eyeballing here, they used lasers, tape measurements etc.. TV mounting is perfect. I had such a great experience with the Marvel Audio team and Paule himself, it was only apt to give them the recognition they deserve. The team installed flush-mount in-ceiling speakers, wall-mounted our television, and calibrated a newly procured receiver, creating an immersive and much-needed ambiance in our living room. They did a fantastic job.  To dig deeper, I first discovered Paule's business 6 months prior to the installation. It was when the chip shortage was at its height due to the COVID-19 induced semiconductor supply chain disruption. Paule perpetually maintained contact, providing informative and helpful updates, while suggesting alternative design solutions to his detriment. I not once had to follow up with him, which is very uncommon today with contractors.  Furthermore, we retrofitted our entire ceiling's electrical circuitry with lights and supporting switches. Paule coordinated all the various disciplines together for a seamless rough-in, between his speakers and the lights. His propensity is to go above and beyond. We had an appointment but I had purchased the wrong mount causing Paule and the guys to have to reschedule (a few times I believe through no fault of their own). I've always dreamed of having an audiophile-grade sound system, and finally I was in a place to make that dream come true. Paulle and his team were responsive, friendly and did an outstanding job at a great value. I bought a home recently and, well, it was a total mess on the network side of things, having several problems with older cables behind walls. Paulle and his team determined what the problems were and resolved all of them, replacing old, damaged connections, replacing cabling (in some really cramped, difficult to reach attic spaces) and setting up new network port locations we needed to have. He even ran extra cables in the tough to access places to allow for easy future network expansions. They straightened out the network closet - which had been an entirely unlabeled tangle of random coax and CAT5 cables and got the house set up on a new switch. Every port in the house is maxing out my ISPs speed of 1GB, and the WiFi throughout the house is insane. If you need networking done, Paulle is the guy to go to, you won't regret it, the work is impeccable. I called this company talk to the owner and I was having problems with an HDMI switch 4K. I had bought several and they just weren't working. I thought maybe it could've been the HDMI cord but I tried several, and I spent hours on this in the last six months trying to figure it out. I managed Best Buy stores for over 13 years and I know a lot about audio but I talk to him for a few seconds and he told me that there isn't any switches that will work with 4K it's just too much information to handle, You have to buy a matrix. A matrix looks like a heavier duty switch, but I bought one and it works perfectly. I would've never got this fixed without finding the knowledge from somebody. Thank you very much. We purchased a Samsung Frame TV 55 inch and I looked for somebody to install the TV in our living room on Yelp.
