He was able to remove it and knew exactly where to take it for a diagnostic check to see IF it could be repaired. Luckily it was repairable:) There was extra work connecting it to my newer devices. He protected the cabinet where all the devices are located and there is not a lot of room to work with. He has a professional work ethic and I highly recommend Matt!

Excellent installers…read more This review is a little late since the install was about 3 years ago. But I've had no issues and so I decided to give a review. I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

While I appreciated his input during the design phase and his work ethics, the mess on a couple of camera installs has left a completely bad taste. When the pre-wiring was done for the security camera, I don't know why the pre-wire had to be right next to the light. Jacob apparently thought that it was going be a sconce - but communication is important. Don't assume - if not sure, ask. So his pre-wiring would be fine if it was a sconce but definitely not OK for the flood light. Even after that happened, I knew that there is no way the camera would fit. And I told him that it would be OK to have the wire come down and then mount the camera below the light. I was really surprised when he told me that he was able to fit the camera and the light. When I checked later, I was shocked at what was done. Not only the floodlight jammed into the camera doesn't look nice, it also cuts off all the light to that side of the house. When I mentioned this issue, he offered to fix it but at this point I don't know how one fixes this since there are additional holes drilled into the siding and the rock that would be visible to make the thing even worst. I certainly did not expect this level of goof up when you pay a professional to do a job. One other thing to add is that when the pre-wiring was done, he kept talking about using toning to figure out the location. Fortunately, I had taken pictures to help with that - otherwise I think he would be spending a lot more time to figure out the speaker locations. This was my time getting a home built - so I did not know what to expect but I would that a professional would know to take some good pictures/measurements so that the finish phase is easier.

I texted his business phone number explaining my need for a durable lock on one of my inside home doors. He not only responded quickly but sent 5 or 6 photos showing different door lock possibilities. I was amazed at his organized approach to answering my inquiry. Each photo listed where it could be purchased, a description, and a price. Impressssssive!!! I scrolled thru the photos and found the perfect lock-type in a beautiful, modern style/color that matched the theme in my house. It was perfect! I texted Eli with my selection, and not 15 minutes later, he responded. By the way...this was definitely after work hours. I had no expectations of hearing back until the next day. He also had given me the option of buying the door handle lock or having him purchase it. The great customer service just keeps on coming! On the day of installation, Eli arrived on time, with a brand spanking new, in the original, unopened package, door handle with lock. He had the old door handle out and the new one installed in no time at all. He provided instructions and gave me all the package inserts for my files. The lock can be used with a key or by using the numbers (see photo). And he even asked if I wanted another key cut, so I would have two just in case. I can not say enough good things about Eli and his work ethic. He is definitely knowledgeable, reliable, affordable, and just plain awesome. No wonder he has ALL 5 Star Yelp reviews AND is numero uno on the Locksmith Yelp site. Thank you, Eli, for being the Pro you are! It is so nice to know you are out there.

More than 10 years ago, Mike installed a new receptacle, and a light fixture and switch. He did an…read moreexcellent job, so when we again needed electrical work done, we thought of him first. I left a voice mail message after hours on a Monday, and I got a return call Wed morning. I was told Mike could come for an estimate either Wed or Thu. A few hours later, another call said he'd be here in 20 minutes (he was, to the minute). My husband and I explained the three jobs to Mike (one big, one smallish, one small). He gave us his thoughts, and said he'd email an estimate that night. He did that, about 5 hours later. The quote seemed reasonable, so we set an appointment a week later, to do one part of the job that we needed done quickly. He came as scheduled, and did a great job changing a duplex receptacle under our sink to a quad. This required cutting the cabinet (and, I assume, the drywall) to fit the larger box & receptacle. But there was no trace of debris at all. I'll update this review once the rest of the work is completed (no rush for these, so it'll be a while). In the meantime, I highly recommend Mike for any electrical work you need done.

The team wired and installed multiple scones, moved and added recess lighting, added multiple pendant lights, wired for vanity lighted mirror and installed plugs for 2 smart toilets. Here's just a few points on what made this company stand out: 1. Quick response, great communication and best quote. I requested quotes from 3 other companies and Briar was quick to respond with a thorough quote breaking down all the work which I really appreciated. Other companies just gave the overall price or didn't even respond. 2. Great at managing their resources and very service oriented. TNT did all the prep and was one of the first trades to complete their work on schedule. The vanities were installed but needed modifications which caused 2 of the scones not to line up. One call to Briar and he had his guy out to quickly make the modifications before the tile guys came to tile the walls keeping us on schedule which I really appreciated. 3. Able to manage last minute changes. I had a few last minute modifications I wanted to add and Briar was able to make all modifications with no issues. 4. Came back at no extra charge to install all lighting. Once the remodel was completed and we were ready to install the lighting, Noah came out at no extra charge and did a wonderful job making sure everything was properly installed. Some of my pendant lights had heavy crystals and he replaced and installed a heavy duty light box to make sure all lights were secure at no extra cost. He added dimmer switches on several lights too. The other companies I quoted did not offer this service or wanted to charge me extra. In summary, I would highly recommend TNT Electric for all your electrical needs. Great people and awesome service.
