They didn't just mount the TV -- they handled all the moving parts: getting the Samsung and Xfinity remotes working correctly, restoring soundbar volume control, troubleshooting connection issues, and reconnecting my Apple TV. Eric's communication was excellent throughout the day and the whole experience was beyond my expectations. Afterward, I looked at their website and realized how many different services they offer -- and that's their edge. You're not hiring "two guys who can hang a TV." I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

While I appreciated his input during the design phase and his work ethics, the mess on a couple of camera installs has left a completely bad taste. When the pre-wiring was done for the security camera, I don't know why the pre-wire had to be right next to the light. Jacob apparently thought that it was going be a sconce - but communication is important. Don't assume - if not sure, ask. So his pre-wiring would be fine if it was a sconce but definitely not OK for the flood light. Even after that happened, I knew that there is no way the camera would fit. And I told him that it would be OK to have the wire come down and then mount the camera below the light. I was really surprised when he told me that he was able to fit the camera and the light. When I checked later, I was shocked at what was done. Not only the floodlight jammed into the camera doesn't look nice, it also cuts off all the light to that side of the house. When I mentioned this issue, he offered to fix it but at this point I don't know how one fixes this since there are additional holes drilled into the siding and the rock that would be visible to make the thing even worst. I certainly did not expect this level of goof up when you pay a professional to do a job. One other thing to add is that when the pre-wiring was done, he kept talking about using toning to figure out the location. Fortunately, I had taken pictures to help with that - otherwise I think he would be spending a lot more time to figure out the speaker locations. This was my time getting a home built - so I did not know what to expect but I would that a professional would know to take some good pictures/measurements so that the finish phase is easier.

Unfortunately, less than a year after installation, one of our main cameras became disconnected…read more After troubleshooting and inspecting everything ourselves, we discovered the wire was being damaged every time the garage door opened and closed. I reached out to Allen for assistance, and getting any response or action taken has been extremely frustrating. It took 10 days just for him to come look at the issue. He then decided the entire camera needed to be replaced. After waiting weeks for the replacement, he installed the new camera using the same damaged wiring and the camera still does not work. Since then, I've reached out multiple times trying to get this resolved properly, but I've either been ignored or told that he has "bigger projects" to handle. I repeatedly asked to simply be added to the schedule so the issue could finally be fixed, but there has been no accountability or follow through. Very disappointing experience, especially considering this issue appears to stem from improper installation in the first place.
