CHP impounded my Audi on aug 21st 2024 They called kilroys to come and retrieve my vehicle from a parking space in front of holiday market grocery store. The audi was released to us from kilroys on aug 22nd 2024 after having to pay just under $900 to get it out of impound Here's the kicker. A bunch of my stuff was missing from my purse and toiletry bags inside the audi. These items were inside of my purse and toiletry bags which were inside the audi when kilroys came to pick it up. Items lost/STOLEN: a BOATLOAD of SEPHORA & ULTA BEAUTY products, creams, lotions, seeums, makeup, facial sorays, mists, setting sprays Also, my 2010 FORD F150 keys (value: $300) were no longer in my purse which was inside the audi for the duration of its 24 hour stay at Kilroys BEWARE don't leave any valuables in your car if its to be towed to kilroys for impound because they are NOT going to be in your car anymore when you pick it back up. Customer service 5.0…read more When you're in need for a battery replacement this should be your 1st and only stop! I needed to replace the back up battery on my house alarm. Walked in showed the representative the battery and walked out with a new replacement. Funny thing: I hooked up the battery and my alarm didn't register there was a battery, so I waited to see it would register...nothing . So back I went to the store to see if I got my original battery back by accident. Other rep tested the battery I brought back in, then pulled and tested my old battery from the back to ensure that they indeed issued a new battery. Yup they sold me a new battery, but the sales rep pulled another new battery from the shelf and said hopefully this one will work for you. After hooking up again a new battery this one registered after half an hour. Bottom line is that they never questioned if I was wrong and focused on a solution for my needs! I recommend Batteries Plus for any battery replacement. **BTW I have had two watch batteries replaced here that have lifetime replacement.
