From my initial kit getting "lost" to waiting around for longer than expected times for my mobile appointment and lack of transparency. During my initial appointment my headlights were not fixed properly at no fault of Talha but was advised he would return the next day as he had a fix that would resolve the error. At no point was it discussed that there would be an extra fee for labor or parts. No issues with paying for extra if it's needed and advised ahead of time. I was invoiced after the fact advising I still had a balance for the extra part after it was said I it would be left as is. I would not return as a customer as too many inconveniences and lack of transparency.
