I went today to look at their smart phones and service plans. My experience with the sale staff was not helpful. Not only did they hover the entire time I was looking at the phones but they were not aware of all the service options. My suggestion is, if you use this location, know exactly what you want. Do not let up sale you because they are purely operating from a corporate script, and little knowledge of their products or services. read more

I had Verizon service on my iPhone for over 5 years ....then moved to the mainland and am traveling in an Airstream, throughout the US. I purchased a new iPhone from Verizon....and a Jet Pack, first with 3GB, then up to "unlimited." After...the upgrade to unlimited, I could no longer use my iPhone or iPad, consistently, Verizon said, "WE DON'T BLOCK PHONES OR iPADS FROM USE"....THEREFORE, after several hours on the phone and in their stores....they gave me a "NEW" PHONE! ...NO, it was rebuilt and lasted less than a week! I paid over, $650. for the phone in January....rebuild ...did not work....twice! However, before picking up the "NEW" phone I took my phone to a Verizon store in Santa Rosa, Ca. and the young man there was able to 'UNBLOCK' the phone within 15 min. But....VERIZON DOESN'T BLOCK PHONES!!!!! Now, I purchased a Jet Pack-went with the "UNLIMITED'...now they say, they slowed my 10G to 3G, because it's the end of the month and "I'VE USED TOO MUCH"! Excuse me! NO ONE...when I purchased the unlimited, told me it WASN'T UNLIMITED....WITH 10GB FOR THE MONTH! SO, draw your own conclusions. After the second "NEW" PHONE, didn't work....I went to the executive office of Verizon and she was wonderful! I did receive a new phone! My father who is in his early 60's needed a new phone and we decided to get him his first iPhone. Osmar was extremely helpful and more importantly PATIENT with my dad who isn't tech savvy. He set up my dads phone in Spanish, and made the text bigger so he could easily read his messages. We were extremely thankful for all his help. My dad is enjoying his new iPhone and still thanks Osmar for making the font bigger and giving him a tutorial on how to navigate his phone. He will definitely be our Verizon go to guy! read more

By far the worse experience I have had at a Verizon store! I been with Verizon for 3 months now I ported over from att. I went in for a simple warranty exchange because one of my devices had failed agter 3 months and the service I recieved from the manger Tony/Antonio/Anthony was horrible!! Instead of listening to reason I guess maybe because it wasn't a sale all he did was literally push me away even after I said if you cant help me I will call customer service to get this resolved he continued to put me down.. So I said I would call customer service to resolve the issue which I did and Verizon literally with open arms took care of my situation and replaced my device which I'm grateful for by the way I asked him if I could make a payment since his paystation was not accepting cash he still pushes me away and says that somebody was in front of me even though he was literally doing nothing just standing around on his phone... how this guy has become a manger for Verizon is beyond me! Just curious why attempt to help me and push me away if somebody is ahead of me for service! 1st and last time I go to this store unless this so called manager gets replaced!! read more

Before I walked in here I had Tmobile and they were charging me a lot for bad service and slow Internet speeds. I had many friends who had verizon but for some reason I was under the impression that it would be a lot more. So I walked in this store while shopping in the area and the store Manager Jose C. Introduced himself and told me he could help me set up a family plan that would save me money and get my the iPhone I've always wanted. At first I was completely in denial that he could save me money being that verizon has always seemed to be expensive. Crazy enough he was able to save me $35 a month and get me and my wife 2 new IPHONE 6 plus for a great deal. Over all I have contacted Jose probably 8 to 10 times after this purchase and he has been nothing but kind. The staff there was also nice and offered my son a bottle of water. I would recommend you ask to deal with Jose. 5 Star service all around. read more

I went to this store to get some help with my daughter's new phone. We had some trouble with the sim card (could not take t it out.. was stuck). Their customer care was great and Ian did a wonderful job removing the sim card. Her phone could now be activated and she could finally use it. Gabriel took care of this and did a great job also. My husband and I went to purchase a new smart phone for him, and an upgrade for me in April of 2012, I wanted to get the new Razor MAXX. the salesclerk talked us in the LG VX whatever, it was a special, buy one get one free.....withing three days I had to take mine back, it would not read the sim card. and last week , six months to the date, my husbands got really hot, and fryed itself and the battery. they fed exed him another one next day, and sold him a new battery. Heidey the sales clerk took the phone to the back to see if it would charge, and she could not get it to take a charge, so she told us when the new battery comes in, to bring the old battery back and we will be refunded the cost of $43.48. I said, why not just keep this battery now, since we know its no good, and credit us now, or not even charge us, since she has the old battery. she said she could not do that, they had to charge us, and then when the new battery came in , bring back the old one for credit. so i go back at the end of that week, and they said I needed an appt. so i made an appt. went back today, and they now say the battery has water damage and i cannot get credit. I told them, this is exactly the condition the battery was in when we came in last monday, they said no it wasnt. I said well how do I know if when you took it to the back room, YOU didnt do something to the battery, whic h would explain why you didnt just keep the damn thing then. I think this is a way for Verizon to try to make extra money, like they dont already. The customer service there is horrible if you have Heidey as your rep. She has no customer interaction personality, she acts like she would like to be anywhere else but where she is, or we all bore her. Also NEVER EVER fall for the "Buy one, get one FREE" bullcrap. thats Verizon trying to move bad product.....Will Verizon step up and do the right thing and give me credit for this battery? or will this fall on deaf ears and blind eyes??? read more

If I can give this place negative stars I honestly would. I was greeted by a man and he turned me over to a young woman I didn't get her name but she was tall about 5'8 athletic build light hair and winged eyeliner. She was not nice to work with at all, I did my research so I wouldn't be out of the loop when I came to buying the phone, I asked her questions and she didn't seem she wanted to help me she would didn't even give me options. When I asked her to activate my old phone on the account she refused. She kept making excuses. This is something that I've done before and she was just rude about the whole situation. And as far as the device payments I know that I only have to pay taxes but she said $100 plus taxes? Umm no I don't think so it doesn't make any sense, I decided not to buy the phone she was awful, attitude check. Funny thing is I work for Verizon. So I know the scam she was trying to pull. I know she works off commission, but honesty and a better attitude will help her customers return. read more

I went to this place because I work very close. I usually have an ok service, but this last time I went I had the worst service. They have a person name Jorge that usually works in the back, I have no idea why the would even consider putting him in the front , even when they are busy. He is rude and does not have any customer skills. He should be kept in the back. My sister also had a horrible experience with him. read more

If I could have this store closed down I would. AWFUL customer service. My first time at this store and I went for my usual phone upgrade which is usually smooth and fast. I had an employee named Judith help me at this store. The entire process took 3 hours to get my phone. She acted like she knew everything and repeatedly said she knew because she worked there for a year and a half. Judith didn't know the details she was explaining and input the wrong phone in the system so I had to go back for another hour to wait for them to fix THEIR ERROR. At one point 3 different people were trying to fix this. All of them were no help and rude. I would stay away from this store. I am never going back and will make a formal complaint against them. Went into the store, the staff was very helpful, and helped me with all my needs. Not only did they give me water for my wait, they were giving out candy for the customers.
