If you want to be scammed go to this location. Samantha made it seem as if she was being helpful by putting screen protectors on my phone and camera never once communicating that the screen protectors cost anything let alone $67 a piece. Also grabbed me a new charger again making it seem as if it was a part of the getting a new phone process but was secretly charged $37 for the charging cord and an additional $37 for the outlet box. After discovering I didn't just pay for my upgrade but was charged on over $200 worth of product I went back in to resolve the issue and return the items but was told there's a return fee and the screen protectors were unrefundable although again it was NEVER told to me I was purchasing these items. I got $27 back in the store. No apologies no nothing. Very hurtful as $200 is a lot to me and I would have never made the choice to spend $67 on screen protectors or that much on a phone charger. read more

Terrible people with no compassion whatsoever. We went there to get my dieing Mother in Laws phone turned back on so we could speak to her before she passed. We had a financial and legal power of attorney with us so we could pay her bill but Verizon Silverdale refused to help us. We went next door to the T-mobile store and they were able to get her a phone within hours and we were able to get in touch with her. Thanks T-mobile and shame on you Verizon Silverdale. read more

Such a great Verizon store and experience! I went in here to get my own phone plan the other weekend. The store is sort of out of the way, so its a good place to go into for any problems/help you may need that could take a while. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and helped my parents as well as I out on upgrading our plans and getting new phones. They explained everything to us very clearly and got us on our way fairly quickly. All in all, if I am in the area and need some phone plan work done, I'll definitely stop in here again. One of the top phone store experiences I have had! read more

I had to come in and get a new phone upgrade and I dealt with Nae. Let me tell you she was incredible from start to finish. She helped me in every aspect and was thorough and helped walk me thru everything. Any time I need anything electronic for now on she's the one I'll go to. My husband and I wanted to trade in our phones, now I'm very prickly when I come to choosing a Verizon store because of previous experience but Vonne helped us and we had a great experience. She explained to us everything in detailed and gave us an estimate on how much we were going to spend. We had to order the phones so once they arrived she let us know. We spend almost half of the estimate she gave us and got everything we needed to keep our phones protected (definitely needed that). She even kept my old phone in the store until my iCloud updated, called me when it was done and I got to walk out my new phone in hand the same day. We were very happy with her customer service! I was nervous about buying a new phone through Verizon as I typically do it through Apple but Nae was incredible! I had been in a few times this week and ended up with her to do the whole setup. I was there for around an hour and a half and felt like I had gained a friend! Never an awkward moment and felt like she genuinely cared about my experience! I am updating my review based on subsequent experience. After posting this review, I found online a customer service contact that the store manager on duty was unwilling to give me. My email to customer service received an immediate response from the district manager, Sean. Sean made arrangements with store staff for me to return the unwanted items for a refund. He also made arrangements with Verizon to refund contract termination fees. He was very helpful. I hope the store staff will get some training about this, too. It took a while for the contract termination fees to be removed from the Verizon bill, but Sean confirmed to me that they have been. I am still unhappy that this situation happened in the first place, but it was resolved once I was able elevate it to right person. I recommend reading all contracts with this company very carefully. You might want to bring a friend with you to help avoid being pressured into something you don't want or need. Take time to review all the charges and fees. Resist being rushed to sign a contract until you have read it and had all your questions answered. Understand what is going to show up on your bill and how long you are committing to pay. Once you get your new bill, it will probably be too late to change your mind. Or you may have to pay hundreds of dollars in contract termination fees, restocking fees, etc. The sales staff will be nice and friendly and helpful. That's their job. But it's also their job to sell you as many add-ons and upgrades as they can. It's up to you to know what you really need and want so you don't get talked into extras that are not a benefit to you. On March 13, 2017, my father went to this business to get help with his cell phone. He is a senior citizen with dementia. Instead of getting help, he was sold $1179 worth of new phones, accessories, a tablet, and service contracts that he did not want, does not understand, and is not able to make use of. The service on his two existing phones, which were working, was canceled and the numbers transferred to the new phones. He was charged $199 to pay off his existing phone contract. My father has no memory of being sold these products. He is not sure why he went to the store, but he knows he did not want new phones. He does not know what a tablet is. My brother and I are providing care and helping manage his affairs. We did not learn about this situation until April 6, 2017. I immediately returned to the store to explain the situation, return the unwanted items, and cancel the contract. The manager on duty, Ryan, would not discuss the situation. He claimed that nothing could be done because the 15-day return period had expired. He did not provide any information about how to resolve this problem or who I could contact. He did provide a clue that this business may have experience preying on senior citizens. I told Ryan I did not believe a contract was valid if one of the parties did not have the capacity to understand it or was deceived into signing it. The manager threatened to go after my father's Social Security payments if the contracts were not paid off in full. This is the second time my father has been sold unwanted items at this store. Last year he was sold a tablet that he did not understand or want. We caught it and returned the tablet within the 15-day period. At that time the store was put on notice that my father was a vulnerable senior citizen who did not understand the products they were trying to sell him or the contracts they wanted him to sign. Ryan acknowledged they had a record of the previous tablet incident. Instead of using that information to protect my father, the salesperson, Michael Nelson, took advantage of my father's vulnerability. My father is a Korean War-era veteran. He has lived in Bremerton for over 50 years and is a long-time community volunteer. He does not deserve the treatment he got at this store. read more

Excellent customer service. After a very BAD experience at the Verizon in Silverdale (Trails) my wife and I went to the Bremerton Store to upgrade our plan/new phones. Jimmy was awesome, took his time, explained everything, and showed true interest in assisting us through the process. We will be using this store for now on for all of our Verizon transactions. read more

Absolutely horrible! I wish I could vent all my frustrations properly but between here and calling corporate to vent, no one cares but I'm here to warn you. I went in there to check out a new plan to get off my parents. A young black guy helped me out. I wish I knew his name and remembered it now to put him on blast!! He said overages would be $5 a month...lies!! It's $15 for data overages. I found this out a month later. He then said I could trade in my current iPhone from my parents carrier to theirs and get a rebate. He failed to tell me that the rebate only comes in the form of a Verizon gift card. I was going to use that money to pay off my old phone for my parents. I found out this after as well. Then the guy tries selling me cases for my new phone but says we only have this one and that in stock. They were out of so much and he said he'd call me when they got more in but he never did. I'm so mad I'm now in contract with a lying, cheating company!! Do not go to the Bremerton store, they take advantage of Navy guys. I'm not pleased with Verizon!
