Work at the largest Auto Group in town do alot of local business and what I witnessed yesterday was very rude and un warranted. As your delivery driver enterd the building of the our store she was geated by one of the nicest people who work here.... She was very un pleasant and had a attitude like she was delivering a sapina not flowers.... Little sweet lady that should not be delivering flower's with the terrible attitude and hateful tone, that I personally will not buy flowers there or recommend anyone I know to. After researching various florist reviews and bouquet selections on Yelp and online I put my trust into Paul's Flowers to bring surprise cheer to my sister-in-law on her birthday. I explained to the lady on the phone who took my order that I wanted a mainly pink rose bouquet, not a standard cookie cutter selection. It was approximately 10:30am when I placed the order and was told the delivery would occur by 1:30 pm that day which happened to also be a federal holiday (Columbus Day). The price was reasonable, and the staff friendly, helpful and professional. My third time using this florist, so I felt like I could write a fair review. Pros: Extremely friendly staff, so accommodating to your schedule, the shop is local, and well decorated. Cons: Bouquets rely heavily on cheap filler (daisies, baby's breath, a lot of greenery.) Wrappings and vases have been consistently tacky (yellow smiley print cellophane, hot pink plastic dish, huge gaudy bows.) The people are so nice, but their bouquets are underwhelming and cheap looking. We probably won't be giving them a fourth try. read more

I called these fine folks to have a wine tasting invitation delivered to a friend in Bremerton. I live in Snohomish, so hand delivery was not an option given such short notice. After a couple exchanged emails and phone calls to get the details ironed out, these exceptionally courteous people delivered the simple arrangement of 2 red Gerber daisies in a glass vase that I picked out with the invitation I'd made. They even made an effort to deliver it as late in the day possible so it wouldn't get destroyed on her porch in the weather. She found it and called me right away, thrilled. I never really expected that I would find anyone who would help me out in such a way, but Paul's did and I highly recommend them to everyone in the area who is looking for thoughtful service and beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. read more

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Mother's Day back in March, thinks by I would be underway until after the holiday. The online ordering system was easy to use, and the price was fair considering the holiday, roses, etc. what really sold me their business for life was the fantastic customer service, and commitment to delivering a quality product. I received a call yesterday from one of their florists (didn't get a name) who reported that the red roses they received were not up to standard and they didn't want to send out a substandard product, and asked me if I would be okay with a different color of roses. Instead of sending out something that I possibly wouldn't be happy with, they took the time to call, and ended up delivering something more perfect than I could have expected. I live in Phoenix and my parents are in Bremerton. My mom LOVES to get flowers. Several years ago I found Paul's flowers online and his website makes it so easy to order. I originally picked his store because it was local and and you can talk to the people in the store, not a call center. I keep going back because it's always a beautiful bouquet. Yesterday was my mom's birthday, which she ended up spending in the emergency room. You can imagine how nice it was to come home and find a bouquet waiting for her. I was displeased with the quality and choice of flowers. Many of the flowers were rather wilted and dried out around the edges and most of these flowers are flowers I might see along the roadside here locally. I saw the high ratings for this flower shop so I took a chance and paid a premium. The arrangement was colorful and varied but could not make up for the poor quality and choice of flowers. I hired this vendor for my wedding. I had a very bad experience with this vendor. I asked for a light pink rose and I got a pepto-bismol pink exactly what I did not want. My wedding bouquet wasn't anything like what I wanted and I did in fact show them a picture of what I wanted. They flowers they did provide for my cake will falling off my cake and I requested greenery and baby's breath and they never provided them. Paul's Flowers never reimbursed me for something they did not provide. I hate to say this but I did talk to the owner because about 3/4 of what I wanted was so disappointing and the owner would only give me 20% discount. I tried to reason with him and he kept saying,"You had a beautiful wedding." But unfortunately the flowers were terrible and they did not make me have a beautiful wedding. I walked out of Paul's Flowers in tears because the owner would not reason with me and was not a very nice person. Also the staff that set up my flowers and tulle did a terrible job. We had to fix the tulle because they did such a sloppy job. And my husband did ask if they needed any help. And their response, "No we are fine. We are going to get out of here and go camping really soon." My wedding Coordinator later expressed to me that the staff stated," Okay we have worked well over our timeframe here and are are leaving." My Coordinator told me she could not believe how unprofessional their work ethic was. In my opinion a business should never say comments like these. I am so sorry this review is so long but I wanted to make sure people will never have to experience what I went through. I know they have been in business for over 80 years but they have way different management now. Poor quality of flowers and poor work ethic. Trust me DO NOT hire Paul's Flowers for your wedding. read more
