I ordered a very nice unicorn flower arrangement with balloons and a stuffed animal to be delivered to my 6 year old granddaughter to congratulate her as a new big sister. Mom and dad were at the hospital having delivered her sister 4 weeks prematurely the night prior. I explained how important this was to the woman who helped me put the order together, she even checked with "Mike" in Silverdale to check on inventory and to reassure me they would deliver by 2pm. I was so disappointed and angry to learn later that night they had called my daughter in law ( I left my and their number, theirs ONLY for a delivery issue, mine primary) to tell her they had the arrangement but couldn't deliver. Could someone pick it up!! My son did. He left the hospital, took it home, made the best of it and then went back to the nicu and hospital. So I rarely write a really poor review on Yelp. But Mike, your service here was completely unacceptable!! And you still billed me as we agreed. Any discount would not have mattered anyway. Ordered flowers for my mothers 90th birthday 5 days before the day as I live out of state. Day of I called my mother to see how her day was going and if she had received anything special - no flowers - this was 5:30pm her time. I called williams and got the call center, who then said they would call the driver who would call me back. She assured me they were still "out for delivery" and when asked how far out - she said 1 HOUR! She did eventually deliver them after 7pm and she had promised me a pic of the delivery. Never got the picture and guess what my mother wasn't home, she was out celebrating her birthday so thanks to Williams the moment was lost. I purchased flowers in 2021 in good faith on line using my debit card. In 2023 I received an invoice for the purchase with no explanation. I called and was told there was a computer glitch and I was never charged. As I have changed banks I cannot prove that I paid. Kristy at the shop called me back several times I told her I didn't want to spend more time on it, she was interrupting me at work. Her final call was to say "My turn" and hung up. I reported this aggressive behavior on Yelp and the owner replied with a condescending note that his employee was just being nice. There is no way hanging up purposely on someone who has repeatedly asked you to stop is being nice. I have sent a check in and I do hope it is taken care of appropriately and I never have to hear from this horrible business again! read more

Living in Southern California I had no idea who to go to in Washington for flowers for someone who was in the hospital. I took a chance and went with Williams Flower. To bad I can only give them 5 stars because they are definitely worth more. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the arrangement, they do one better. I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for my mom for Christmas off their website. What showed up the next day was completely appalling and instantly made me burst into tears, it looked like a child put it together from broken leaves outside. I immediately called the store which I thought was in gig harbor where I received them from, the woman said she could help me even though she was the Silverdale store. I explained to her my horror and she said she would get it fixe immediately and have it sent right out. She even apologized even though it was not her stores fault! I ordered birthday flowers online the day before one of my best friends birthday. The online ordering process was fast and seamless. I was pleasantly surprised that I was NOT charged a last minute delivery fee. In fact, if my memory serves me correctly, the delivery was $10.99. In Atlanta delivery fees are $25 for most florist. I ordered the 'Artistic Designer's Choice' because I love what the local designer selects given what they have available at the moment. Plus it gives them creative freedom. This was a great call on my part-see picture evidence below. I must admit, I was hesitant to order through this company, given all of the bad yelp reviews. However, I went for it because it is a family-owned business. I think we can all agree, now more than ever it is important to show our support to these businesses. I received an email notification when the flowers were delivered which was mid-morning. The flowers are perfect and made the birthday girls day. EDIT: The owner(s) were very responsive, any issues I had, they personally contacted me and made up the previous occurrence. Dear Business Owner, I sent an email with this experience, but am not sure who it went to (is Erin the business owner?) or if it was even received so I will leave this here since the reviews are clearly moderated. I was mainly unhappy with this service due to both the difficulty to reach someone and difficulty to get what I asked for. The sales level of your employees is very poor, this is worse considering that it seems they are stationed here and are not hindered by language barriers as well as being paid competitively. To start, I had ordered from the Lacey listed address, so I assumed it was in or coming from Lacey... later found out it comes from Sheldon which proposed some issues with the delivery later since it seems the drivers leave at 9 or 10 AM. I had relayed that I wanted the silver chalice type vase depicted in the Silver Christmas and Wondrous Holiday designs to the first lady I spoke with. The lady stated this was fine and even put it on the order so I saw it on the confirmation email receipt later. I also wanted the Christmas house and tree piece on the Kinkade. I even asked to find just anything similar or Christmas themed objects to put on the flowers. It was like she had no clue of the products. I was willing to pay much more extra, she still couldn't figure out how to do this which was fine I suppose but also the start of much more frustrations later. Keep in mind, if she has any type of moderate sales experience she probably could have even sold me the kinkade at a discount. I said I would call back later to confirm and make sure the order was set for the day after. I called early the next morning, I spoke to a lady who took me through all the steps just to tell me she literally cannot do anything, no matter what I asked she said she had to wait for the office to open at 9 am. She was however able to tell me that despite the previous lady confirming, that there was no chalice vase put on my order which I also saw in the confirmation picture text which you can't even reach anyone to respond to or edit (despite the picture telling you to call if you have issues). And nothing regarding the Christmas house. She told me the deliveries are end of day so my wife could literally get this at night when I'd already be home.. Haha. I was pretty upset by that as the other lady did not mention this and I assumed it would reasonably be morning or afternoon delivery like the other 40-45 flower companies I have used in my experience. Luckily the one thing she had power to do was request an AM delivery. Anyways, so why is there a call center for a call center..? Just have it go to voicemail and state the hours are closed until 9 am... This was a whole waste of time and inconvenience. The first lady should confirm the actual delivery times before taking payment. Anyways, I said that was fine and I called back at 9:06 AM, I got yet another different lady and guess what she told me? She says that all the reps are busy and to call back later, hahaha. So the call center directed me to yet ANOTHER call center lady. Seriously, just use an automated system--even Google voice will save you thousands per year. I finally called back after 10am, I gave the lady the gist of the aforementioned story, she apologized that the silver vase wasn't put there properly and that she cannot change it since the delivery just departed. In total, I spoke with three or four different reps for a small local based company now. The quality of the flowers itself was okay, they looked much better online but this is fairly normal. There was nothing that made me think your company went above and beyond on them. This is a small quirk, but I also assumed they might text the number I gave them to let them know there's a delivery outside or something, the guy rang the doorbell once and just put them there so she never saw them until I told her to go outside. In truth, it is mainly about the customer service and experience, we all know the flowers die in a couple of weeks. It is the level of care in the service that actually lasts and maybe the last lady I talked to kind of sounded like she cared but at that point it was too late. read more

I called since this was late on Friday night for a Saturday delivery. The gal I spoke to was kind, helpful and patient. I asked for an emailed receipt and received it immediately (not often the case with other florists where I have to call back in a few days a request again). I live in Colorado and was trying to get a cheerful bouquet sent to my sister who lives in Washington State. I contacted a florist that was listed on the internet as being in Tacoma what I discovered after 2 miserable arrangements were sent out, the second to replace a mostly dead initial arrangement, was that they ship all of their flowers in a box which takes 2-3 days! The flowers are not in water or some sort of cooling. You can use your imagination as to what they look like when they arrive. I am thrilled that I found Williams and will use them again. I received flowers yesterday they looked OK but not great. They were all wet and the arrangement was messy. Looked like it was last minute thrown together. I woke up this morning and the roses were wilted and they just look sad. The greenery was crunchy.
