Ordered flowers for delivery by using their website. Everything was easy, they called to confirm and clarify delivery details, which was awesome, and best of all, the girlfriend loved the bouquet. I think this will be my go-to spot as long as my experiences are like my first. read more

By far the most beautiful holiday arrangement I have seen and received! Often times the arrangements are full of ferns and "fillers". Each component complemented the other in shape and color. Very fresh, lovely! read more

Absolutely 5-star quality and service. I live in CA and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Kirkland. I often get tired of the "me too" type of arrangement by the florist chain store, and sometimes with flowers that are not so fresh. With some effort searching on the Internet, I found Brittany. Dan picked up the phone. I explained to him what I waslooking for and my budget. He was so patient and explained the kind of flowers he could do for me. He gave me all the details and I felt 100% comfortable that this is THE SHOP I want to patronize. Patty even called me to double check the recipient's name because when she left a voice mail at the recipient's home, the answering machine gave a different name. This is a good customer service. I will not think twice to order from them again. I will not hesitate to recommend Brittany to anyone. read more

Not only did Patty do an amazing job at my wedding 9 years ago, but I was happy to stumble across her website when looking to order flowers for my dad whose brother had just passed. Not only was she so kind on the phone but she was so helpful in personalizing this bouquet. I will definitely continue to order from her. The bouquet we got was even more beautiful than the picture. She also sent a photo of the finished bouquet after it was delivered. read more

Who leaves an arrangement outside when they cannot deliver it? I guess Brittany Flowers of Kirkland does. We were out of town and came home to vase of dead flowers. How disappointing. read more

Everything was perfect! I found Brittany's Flowers online and relied on Yelp reviews as I am from out of state but wanted beautiful flowers delivered for my sisters 50th birthday. I even called the day of delivery to confirm the delivery time and they were right on top of the order and timing. About 30 minutes after I called I got an email with a picture of the arrangement I had picked online. At first I didn't quite understand but then.....it clicked. She sent me a picture the arrangement she had just made for my sister and yes, it looked exactly liked what I had chosen online. If you've ordered from 1-800 Flowers and had the experience of ordering from a beautiful image and getting a garbage bouquet delivered, you know what I am talking about. Worst feeling ever. Not here people! Not here. My sister absolutely loves the flowers and they made her special day even more special. Thank you Brittany Flowers! read more

Great customer service; I ordered a large white arrangement for a memorial service one day in advance and Patty was tremendously accommodating. I've also received flowers from them, and it was the most unique arrangement -- a column of purple orchids floating underwater in a clear cylindrical glass vase. Everyone who came by had to have a look. Very impressive! read more

Major props to Brittany flowers. They were super friendly, listened to what I wanted and delivered it exactly. My wife is thrilled and I can see why, amazing arrangement. And they got it to her at work in 3 hours from my call to them (which is what they said they would do). Thanks Patty! read more

What can I say. Patty rocked. My grandfather passed away and I live in California, he was in Bellevue. We had the ceremony in Kirkland by the water. I quickly yelped to find a florist for the memorial ceremony and thank you Yelp as always you didn't let me down! I called and Patty helped me. She asked me to email her pictures so that she could see what I wanted, priced it and delivered. My family got the address wrong but Patty quickly emailed and asked me to double check, she was right. I flew out and was so happy the day of the memorial to see that they delivered the three arrangements on time and the flowers were even better than I expected. Reasonable prices too! Stayed in my budget, my family was thankful, I was thankful and most of all my grandfather would have loved the arrangements. Thank you SO much Patty and Brittany's flowers! You're life savers! I highly recommend them. read more

I've used Brittany Flowers for almost 7 years now. Ever since I got married, Patty did my flowers and everything looked amazing! She was willing to work with my budget and even gave me helpful suggestions on how to cut costs yet still have the look I wanted. I even recommend them to my brother & sister-in-law for their wedding! Every time I've gotten flowers from Brittany, the arrangements are always gorgeous and I completely trust her judgement. From Easter to a fancy birthday dinner to Thanksgiving and Christmas to Mother's Day, I can give Patty a brief description and budget of what I'm looking for and she always manages to meet and often times exceeds my expectations. Brittany always has the most beautiful and freshest flowers available, and wonderful customer service. They are family & locally owned, wonderful people, and a fantastic floral shop. read more

I was referred to Patty of Brittany Flowers by my wedding coordinator. I had already met with a few florists at this point and had a clear vision in place. Sitting down with Patty was amazing. She took the time to grab some flowers to show me what I was looking at, how it could be executed and worked with me to come up with some ideas to better what I thought was already pretty great. She understood the theme and the feeling that I was trying to convey and took it to the next level. After our initial consultation, she got back to me (in a very timely manner!) with a quote. I had further questions and she took the time to meet with me again to go over more details, and search with me to find the "perfect shade" of pink roses. She made the time to reassure me, and make sure that I was happy with how my vision was to be executed. At no point did I feel like I was bothering her with questions, or just a number to her. She made me feel important, and that she was personally vested in the outcome. I was amazed that her pricing, while competitive, was considerably less than other florists in the area. This is not to say that quality was sacrificed. Patty has a true passion for what she does and it shows in every arrangement that she creates. She is an artist, and has an eye for what she does. I felt completely at ease to say "do what you feel is best." When I said I wanted minimal greenery, she knew exactly what I meant, pulled some greenery from the back and showed me exactly how she would do this, and explained to me reasoning as well. On the day of my wedding, the flowers were absolutely perfect. The shades were what we had talked about, the arrangements were prettier than I could have imagined. Everything was executed as we had talked about. Patty is a master of her craft and I would recommend her to anyone for any occasion. Patty, thank you for helping to make my day perfect! read more

I have to say I was so pleased with this flower company. Boy...if you ever wonder, 'Should I go to the added expense of "flower shop" flowers"...I would have you check out Brittany Flowers. I first learned of Brittany, when I received the most extraordinary, vibrant long-stemmed roses, with blossoms almost the size of a kid's fist for my birthday. They outlasted all my other birthday arrangements...and then, they lasted another week! The arrangement was artistic, in a square crystal vase with a large leaf wrapped around all the stems. The extra expense was not lost on me. I could not have been more pleased! Patty keeps the bar extraordinarily high on her standard on flower quality. read more

Our wedding flower order was small, which didn't deter Patty, the floral designer, from taking meticulous care with it. She listened to my ideas and made up exactly the flowers and colors I wanted for the wedding party (bridal and matron of honor bouquets and coordinated boutonnieres for the men). When a potential problem arose with one of the flowers about 10 days before the wedding, Patty let me know up front and proposed an alternate bloom. As things turned out, the original lilies were just fine and tied together our other color accents perfectly. We picked the finished flowers up on the way to get ready, and they stayed fresh and cool in the packaging provided until the 4 o'clock ceremony. It was a hot day too. When you don't have alot going on, any missed details become much more obvious. Brittany Flowers missed nothing. Our flowers were perfect and absolutely the finishing touch that completed our micro-wedding's special look. I only wish I could post a pic here! read more

Patty did the flowers for my wedding/reception. She was amazing. I know nothing about flowers, but when we met, we just talked about my colors and she took it from there. She asked GREAT questions to get a feel for what I wanted and didn't want. She was very responsive to calls and emails prior to the day. She is super bubbly and obviously loves what she does. She did an incredible job and I stayed within my budget. You can't ask for more than that! read more

Brittany Flowers of Kirkland is fantastic! Over the past six years, I have sent and received flowers from this local florist, and I ALWAYS receive compliments on the arrangements. Would not go here again. I contacted her about flowers two weeks before my wedding (short notice - my fault), but only asked her to do two bouquets and some boutonnieres, so it was a relatively small order. I did my wedding flowers here and I had to give Patty my order with details at least 3 times, every time I contacted her, and I also had to give her my email each time I called. Is it really that hard to write it down and not lose it the first time??? I ordered a pretty expensive bouquet of specific flowers, but the whole batch arrived ruined, so she replaced them with much cheaper flowers but did not return my money; she just added some more flowers to my head table bouquet. When I came to pick my bouquet up on my wedding day, I saw a bouquet from the flowers I'd originally ordered for my bridal bouquet, but they were fresh and perfect and in the perfect color (which she told me was unavailable when I ordered them)...so I'm not sure why the batch I order arrived ruined though... Plus, the head table bouquet was much smaller and different from what she described it would be. Not really professional service either, totally not worth the price. I came during business hours and had to wait over 20 minutes outside because she and Dan had left to go to the store, even though it was supposed to be open and I'd told her earlier that I would be dropping by that morning. read more
