I love this shop! So elegant with such beautiful and unique items. Absolutely love it and the employees are so friendly and kind. I would buy out half the store if I could! read more

It's a scam! What you order is not what you get. They sub hydrangeas for roses and peonies. Save your money and go QFC.

The flowers here are wonderful, always fresh and beautiful. They will make you a bouquet that suits your needs and budget. The prices are also very reasonable. read more

I just love it in here! The people who not only own but run this establishment are absolutely delightful! They have the cutest items that are perfect for any occasion. It's very refreshing atmosphere with a convenient location next door to a delicious coffee shop called Fonte! I highly recommend! 5 STARS! read more

CITY FLOWERS - 4 paws up from Moneypenny as well! - Florists Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

First time I've been in this shop and they do have a lovely holiday display and beautiful items for sale (albeit very pricey.) what really turned me off, though was that there were several Donald Trump ornaments ( NOT gag gifts) for sale displayed throughout the store and I personally think that store owners should keep politics out of their shops if they don't want to risk offending potential customers. I wouldn't support a place of business that supports someone that I believe is morally corrupt. read more

City Flowers came up on Google search when I needed a last minute bouquet of flowers walking distance from Bellevue Square. Located inside the Hyatt Regency, I walked around City Flowers, a beautiful and rather decadent gift shop, and asked where I could find flowers. The store manager took me across the hallway to the florist, and I was greeted by Jessica who asked what kind of flowers I wanted. I had no clue, so with a few prompts, I vaguely provided a color preference and a budget, and voila! Within 10 minutes, she put together a stunning pink bouquet with fall underrtones that surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much!! read more

I have been a customer here for i've 18 years. As a flower / Gift shop they exceed pretty much anyone's expectations. The creativity in both the arrangements they offer and the gifts they present are unchallenged in the area. A must visit in September and November when their holiday displays are in full force. You will be hard pressed to walk out without a purchase. read more

Very nice service very nice people working there beautiful inside just spectacular I would give it a five star rating

I tried them again for a few standard floral arrangements. They did an impeccable job and I could not be happier!! I think they shine when it comes to their lush, opulent cut flower arrangements. read more

Would you fly to Seattle for Halloween decorations? After visiting City Flowers the past 3 years and watching the exhibits grow, definitely yes! Oh, and their flower arrangements are exquisite and amazingly priced. City Flowers staff is amazing and every trip to Bellevue, I stop here as their merchandising is amazing. Thank you, City Flowers for many happy purchases including adding to the 2018 Halloween decor. read more

We had the best experience with City Flowers! Jonathan and his staff were incredibly accommodating, communicative and an all-around pleasure to work with. In addition to the exceptional customer-service provided the floral arrangements were breathtaking! We ordered 15 arrangements in a variety of sizes for a celebration of life and reception to follow. The magnificent display of flowers, especially the entry piece, immediately put a smile on guests faces and brightened the heavy hearts. I only wish I had gotten photos at the church before we moved them to private residence. My photos do not do the arrangements justice but hopefully you can get an idea of their grandeur! It was an all around positive experience! Thank you City Flowers! read more

City Flowers is hands down the most beautiful store I have ever walked into. The music, the smell of fresh flowers, and the smell of those delicious candles they always have lit. Puts a smile on my face instantly. I've never seen flowers and arrangements so perfectly put together in my life. Their product is always on point and they last longer than any flowers or plants I've bought other places. This is why I will only shop there. The owners and their staff are always so accommodating and know exactly what you want if you're not quite sure. Don't even get me started on their Halloween and Christmas decorations....TO DIE FOR! Thank you City Flowers for never disappointing. read more

I cannot recommend City Flowers enough. I have been using them for personal floral as well as events for years and they just keep raising the bar and exceeding my expectations and that of my guests and recipients. I cannot tell you how good they have made me look! John & Jonathan are incomparable talents and genuinely wonderful human beings. One step into their gift shop tells you all you need to know about their unrivaled creativity and sophisticated taste. My only complaint is that I cannot resist purchasing! As for floral design, they are utterly unrivaled. I spent $350 from another local florist for a 40th birthday arrangement only to be so embarrassed of the arrangement when the receiver sent me photos I wish I had done nothing. Take it from me, it's City Flowers or skip it. I'm so grateful for the beauty they have added to my home and my events and have hundreds of pictures to prove it. Arrangements last so much longer than any others, up to two weeks in gorgeous condition. From some of the emotional reviews I've read (not even about the quality of work) I felt compelled to write mine. I feel so lucky to work with CF knowing how deep their client list is. They truly are the best both the product and the people. read more

My mother-in-law can be a bit hard to please sometimes ... but she was over the moon with the gorgeous arrangement I ordered from City Flowers! You really can't go wrong for gifts or flowers. I look forward to seasonal changes in the store - everything is so perfectly presented! Christmas is my favorite, but even Halloween is beautiful at City Flowers! I highly recommend paying a visit to the store. You won't be disappointed! read more

25+ years of not only (happy EVERY time) receiving but giving, gifting and sending the most BEAUTIFUL, creative....absolutely MAGICAL (every arrangement/gift!!) flower creation to clients and those I love! John, Jonathan + their team put SO much heart + soul into everything they create! I love the way they listen and always allow me chime in and "co-create" each arrangement KNOWING that each person I am sending a gift to is different and each occasion is personal! The end result is ALWAYS something that feels personal...not FTD like w/cheap fillers and silly ornaments. I absolutely LOVE City flowers and the JOY their arrangements bring to everyone I love to send them to! TY City Flowers for always spreading and helping me to spread....beauty and...love! Seattle is blessed to have the gift of you! read more

OVERPRICED, Condescending, lacks accountability. I can go on and on. @City Florist and its staff not only embarrassed me by being rude to my sister after she tried to get her planter they delivered fixed. I sent my sister a beautiful sedum tray for her birthday, paid upwards to $275.00 for it to be delivered. It arrived with no instructions (seriously for that kind of money you can afford to print instructions to accompany the delivery). SO wanting to take care of the gift, I walked INTO their store (at the time a temp location on Aug 3rd asked for care instructions. The person behind the counter didn't know so asked someone else in the back and they said water it every two weeks. Fast forward 1/2 the plants died. My sister takes the HUGE glass sedum tray back to them and they were SOOOOO RUDE and CONDESENDING. Said it was her fault and no one there would ever give those instructions. SERIOUSLY? It happened that's exactly what I was told and passed along. The older gentleman suggested she should have called, his words "doesn't everyone call to get instructions?" mumbled under his breath. No people should not have to call. But I took it a step further and WENT TO YOUR STORE so I could be sure my sister knew how to take care of the gift I sent her. In the end, they did nothing. "Not our fault" ..."We can charge you more to replant it if you'd like?" Well, then that would be making things right for their pocketbooks and NOT my sister's gift. City Flowers you should have done the right thing. This will be a recurring post on every possible social media feed I can find... Oh and you can expect a call from me on Monday ..... I trusted your prices represented good customer service. Good? I paid WAY to much money for my sister to be treated the way she was. Folks I recommend Lawrence the Florist down the street. https://www.lawrencetheflorist.com/ They didn't offer what I needed but I have done business with them several times in the past. They are so responsible and lovely to work with. Don't waste your time with these people that feel they are above their customers. $275.00 for what? read more

This is my absolute must-see favorite florist. Stunning arrangements, and a great place to get the perfect host/hostess gift. City Flowers (downtown Bellevue) is an excellent florist!! My mother calls them from the Midwest and orders flowers - for special occasions. The arrangements are always stunningly gorgeous! I had a HORRIBLE experience with another florist in the Bellevue area and I was so mad I didn't just use City Flowers. Lesson learned, I will only use City Flowers from now and on. Never again will I switch to a different store! I have now ordered three custom arrangements from them ($75-150 price range) and I LOVED every since one of them! One of the was for Mother's Day and the other two for my mom's birthday. The flowers weren't wilted and all looked fresh (the other florist I used I spent $200 and the flowers were falling out of the bouquet and leaves were browned!). They don't use carnations and baby breaths so they don't skimp out on filling out the bouquet with real legit flowers. I love custom flower arrangements and I highly recommend City Flowers if you're looking for some high quality arrangements! read more

Ordered a Corsage for my 90-year-old aunt. The girl behind the counter was amazing she explained exactly what it should be like, I felt. 4 days later picked up corsage, It was a red carnation with a couple of tiny red roses and greenery $60. I had specifically talked to the designer and said I didn't want a huge one but roses and some white flowers. I was very disappointed and talked to a man there and he said they were completely out of white flowers. So they were going to give me a refund they got the owner and he was throwing a hissy fit, slamming the keys on the register and very disrespectful to his girl helper. I felt she did nothing wrong but he was really rude to her.(He needs to apologize to her.) The other man was trying and did get some white orchids in there and I was satisfied. But I will never go back there and I will tell whoever I can owner is awful, and acted like a spoiled brat. read more

Last week I was sent 2 amazing floral bouquets to my business both from friends. I set them up in my salon and had no less than a dozen people inquire about where the flowers came from. Cannot say enough about the quality and beauty of the arrangements! Love, Love, Love! read more

City Flowers has long been a "backbone business" in Bellevue, trusted by all the locals and those in the know for the absolute best quality and customized service. They are passionate about their craft, and it shows in everything. They say there are no traffic jams along the extra mile, and that is honestly what I think about City Flowers. Its energizing to see a business striving to be excellent, consistently. And their store is a destination that must be seen during the holidays, incredible. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my Dads memorial. I ordered a total of 8 arrangements for the event. They delivered one. Some kind of mix up with the designer. I had nothing for the tables. They issued a credit but the damage was done. I have ordered from them in the past but I doubt I will again. The last thing I needed to do was make phone calls right before the memorial as I was welcoming guests to figure out what has happened. Ruined an already stressful event. Thanks for the memory. read more

We were sent a balloon bouquet from City Flowers in Bellevue WA. The latex balloons were filled and looked great. The myler ones not so much. By the next morning, 15 hours later, the latex balloons were of course no longer floating but the mylar balloons also looked terrible which should last days or weeks according to the internet. When we called City Flowers and let them know they said they would check in to it and call us back. They left a message a few hours later saying it was normal for the latex balloons to not be floating. They never addressed the mylar balloons. Guess City Flowers will be on my radar to NEVER use. read more

What the fuck you hang up on my call Kelly!!! And you put me of voice mail?!! Very rude and unprofessional when a customer complained!!!

Absolutely LOVE their artistry and their customer service is AMAZING. I called John at City Flowers and explained to him my friend was having an outpatient surgical procedure, that she was nervous and I wanted an arrangement delivered to make her smile when she arrived home from the hospital. My friend texted me that she was so uplifted to have something so beautiful waiting for her when she got home. She sent a pic of herself next to the arrangement & it was STUNNING. City not only did a GORGEOUS job, John called me the day after the delivery to see how the flowers turned out. I am a big fan. read more

Extremely disappointed after spending $150 and my wife received flowers that were not fresh. It was for our wedding anniversary and I even took time to bring them photos from her bridal bouquet to use as inspiration. Beautiful arrangement, but the roses all had brown edges on the petals and looked 5 days old. Have had better roses from the supermarket. Would not recommend them for a special occasion. read more

Terrible experience for my Husband and I. Me husband had ordered an arrangement for our anniversary based off of these exact yelp reviews.. They were supposed to be delivered in the morning at 3:30 pm after my husband called me at work and I hadn't mentioned them as it was a surprise he had to call them. The woman whom answered acted as if she had forgotten. She asked what place were they being delivered to again? Wow we could not believe they don't even know where they were going!? What if wouldn't have called? I would have never received them! They sure did take his credit card and payment and got that information correct but not the order. She explained they basically forgot!! To finish no one has filled up with him to see if they are happy!!! No money back for there mistake or anything?? TERRIBLE what you call service . We are so disappointed !! read more
