I received 2 bouquets on Mothers Day which I know is busy and hectic. I don't know how much each paid but I know buying flowers from a florist on a holiday is always expensive and one of the bouquets was so sparse and bare that I can't believe a florist would want anyone to know they made it.Adding some more greenery or a couple of the cheaper flowers would have made a huge difference. I've seen better at the grocery flower sections! The other one was better but the next day the flowers are already wilting and look a week old. Very disappointing! I will make sure to let my family and friends know to go with another florist in the future. Things are expensive, money is tight for all and we like to support local businesses but this experience was disappointing. Cannot recommend Cinnamon's Florist. read more

I wish I could write a better review. I ordered the PREMIUM Polka Dots and Posies for my daughter's birthday. She sent me a picture of the flowers (while they were still in the delivery protection package so you can not see the vase) but it is what is missing above the vase that I feel taken advantage of for the $82.00 I spent for the PREMIUM arrangement. Pictures attached. What I thought I ordered and what I received. There are 3 package choices: Standard - Deluxe - Premium. I think I received less than the Standard. I generally prefer to leave positive reviews. I do not enjoy posting this negative one but I believe the pictures speak louder than words. I call them up and talked with I think was the owner and told her that I wanted something real big and special for my sisters Birthday that I want delivered. She was really helpful and excited to make something very special for her and she did! I was really impressed with the service I received here. I was looking for a local shop for same day delivery. I called at 10am and confirmed that they could do a delivery by 2pm. After I hung up, I had some trouble with their website (wouldn't allow me to schedule same day delivery), so I gave up and decided not to go through with the order. I received a call 30 minutes later from the shop, following up to see if I had any issues. I did nothing to prompt this call - the owner was genuinely interested in my business. We worked it out over the phone and my flowers were put together in a lovely bouquet and delivered by 1pm. Impressive! This is the kind of service that makes me favor local shops over online companies like 1800flowersdotcom or FTD. Bravo! read more

My co-worker tried to order roses for his wife (who also works at the company) last Tuesday and asked specifically for Valentine's Day delivery, but the florist delivered them that day, the 7th. My co-worker called to try to remedy the situation and was able to set up a new delivery for Valentine's Day (but not before they asked him to return the flowers!). Well, Valentine's Day rolls around, and guess what doesn't show up... I found out that night that my wonderful boyfriend tried to order roses to be sent to me at work through this same florist. Again, guess what did not show up before I left for the day. I arrived Wednesday morning, and my flowers were there on the porch (better late than never I guess, but not when my bf paid extra to guarantee delivery on Valentine's Day before closing). However, despite a confirmation email for my co-worker claiming that his order had arrived, his arrangement was still a no-show. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy day for florists, but they should learn to not accept orders beyond what they can fill in a timely manner. I am completely unimpressed with this company! Needless to say, they just lost a lot of customers in my office. read more

I just received a Birthday bouquet from this shop. While the lady that delivered them was very kind...I was a little bummber out by the envelope missing a card. I had to call to see who they were from. I found out that they were from my father (who I have not seen in 20 yrs...that's a whole other story) and step-mother. Kinda important, don't you think. I called to ask them to deliver the card and instead the lady on the phone said that the driver was busy, but she could read me the card. Wow. After that sunk in, I called back. I demanded that it be dropped off as it is very imporant to me. Her response was "it's just a generic card"....Maybe she doesn't understand that it will be kept as a memry from a very important person in my life. Anywho, supposedly it will be dropped of tomorrow. read more

I am giving 5 stars for great customer service. My husband and I were notified of a funeral service for a friend on a Friday and most florist were unable to deliver flowers to the service that was being held on Monday. So, we decided to pick up the flowers and hand deliver them. So my husband went to this florist Saturday to order the flowers and we needed them early Monday morning. The store doesn't open until later but the owner was gracious enough to meet us at the store at 830am so that we could have the flowers. She didn't have a little card for us because the delivery hasn't been made yet, so instead she gave us a full size sympathy card for the inconvenience. I thought she was very kind in how she handled the situation. The arrangement was beautiful with white roses and lilies in basket so that it was easy for us to carry to the service. The appearance of the store could have been more tidy and displays could have been more visually appealing. But I was very impressed by the service we received on such short notice. read more

My Mom called yesterday to see if I had received a bouquet that she had sent for my birthday. Unfortunately at almost 5:00 pm, I had not received any flowers. Mom had apparently ordered this arrangement early in the morning. Keep in mind I live in Issaquah, moments away from Gillman Blvd. She was concerned, so she had me call the floral shop to see if they had made the delivery to the wrong house, or possibly had not made it out yet. So I called. I spoke to a nice lady who assured me the arrangement was out for delivery and she remembered making the order herself. Great! After arriving home from a birthday dinner I found the floral arrangement on my front doorstep. It was totally not what my Mom had ordered and sent. It was a conglomeration of flowers, ribbon (not even pretty ribbon) and vase probably hanging around in the shop and sold as a different arrangement. I don't see anything on their site that even resembles it. I understand sometimes you have to work with what you have on hand any given day (with flowers) but we live in the Pac NW where some of the most amazing flowers are found in the markets etc. This morning, I was looking at how sad and wilting all of the flowers looked. It was THEN that I noticed that there was not a DROP of water in the vase. Really? Come on now. There is no way they drank a vase full of water in less than 12 hours. So I gave the poor flowers a drink and am now hoping they will perk up. Buyer/ Sender beware. Timing, care, and overall experience leave much to be desired. read more

Limited to 3 stars because they missed the basics -I ordered on line...(1) I selected a floral arrangement from their Valentine's selection (2) I selected a card from their Valentine's options (3) I set delivery the date to Feb 14th. The arrangement was delivered the day after I ordered, January 30th. Given this was a valentine's order, getting the date right is important. So much for planning ahead on my part. To be fair the tulips were lovely and the staff were appropriately apologetic and owned the error on their part. The "make up" bouquet was complimentary and delivered on the right day, it was nice just smaller than anticipated. read more

I selected a bouquet from the website to be delivered to a friend for her birthday and was absolutely mortified by what she received. The delivered arrangement looked like it cost $15 (if that!) at the grocery store. The flowers were bedraggled and the vase looked cheap. Nothing like the online picture of the $50 bouquet I ordered. We received a bouquet from this florist today while my daughter was in the hospital and it is absolutely beautiful! There is a puppy dog designed entirely out of flowers in it. I haven't seen the flowers they send (as I live across the country), but my aunt is always thrilled with the displays, and she's a VERY picky critic of everything!
