They have become family and have been monumental to my wife and I's relationship. The most beautiful and creative bouquet I've ever seen! Katie deserves top scores after I called with an unusual request. I was shook up after finding out that a 12-year-old student of mine was in the hospital. The child of one of my employees unexpectedly passed away, and we called the Seattle Flower Truck to arrange a delivery. Upon receiving the order, they reached out to explain they had taken the liberty of upgrading our bouquet after learning the circumstance of our order, and even included photos of the beautiful arrangement. The owner, Katie, then called to let us know her driver attempted to make the delivery, only to learn that our employee had traveled out of town for the memorial service. She said she would happily deliver again after Christmas at no charge. Katie also said she wanted to add some brighter colors and to have it delivered already in a vase so that he didn't have to worry about transferring the arrangement himself. These small details and level of service really stood out to me. Its evident that Katie understands the power of customer service and cares about her business and customers.
