My wife and I have been using the Seattle Flower Truck since our very first weeks together as a couple. Never did I think a flower company would become such a staple in our relationship much less, did I think think the owners would become part of our family. This past weekend we used Seattle Flower Truck for our elopement. Katie, one of the owners fessed up that she had been awake and working since 4am that morning to make our day so magical. She went above and beyond. All we asked for was bouquet, a flower crown and a boutonniere... but she delivered such magical scenery. Our minds were completely blown. Not only has Seattle flower truck delivered us flowers, they truly have delivered us happiness. They put their customers first, make them feel like royalty, and make every experience personal. To top it all off, never in my life have I see more beautiful and detailed flower arrangements than I have from the Seattle flower truck. read more

By far the best florist I have used in the Seattle area. They used to do a bi-monthly bouquet for a few years for my home's entryway and they were all MAGNIFICENT. I referred them out to every company I ever worked for, and they were all pleased as well. Don't know what kind of arrangement you want? Just let them work their magic. Great value for any budget. I moved out of the area and dearly miss my fresh arrangements from them. read more

Katie always goes out of her way to create something outstanding and unique. She's also friendly, communicative, and consistent. It's rare to find someone who is as wonderfully talented in customer service as she is in her art. There is no chance I would use anyone else. read more

Since we live out of state, when we wanted to send flowers to our daughter last week, we did not know of a florist so we searched Yelp and found a highly rated one (not Seattle Flower Truck) and used them. We are now here in Seattle visiting our DD and SIL seeing the arrangement we sent in person. (The pic on the left). The arrangement on the right came from someone else and arrived one day earlier than ours and - wow - they look AMAZING!!! I had to know what florist these flowers came from for next time:Seattle Flower Truck. From their website, this is probably the Pave and even if this the most expensive Pave, it is 1/3 the cost of the arrangement we sent. At any price, these flowers from Seattle Flower Truck are spectacular. Next time, Seattle Flower Truck. read more

I have purchased flowers from them 20+ times and have subscribed to monthly delivers twice. Quick Emergency flowers or planned purchase all have been fantastic. Large overly colorful displays to our favorite the small table center pieces have been fresh, creative and masterfully dome. The one time we had a disconnect on the delivery location on a hot day we settled it with care and consideration. read more

Like seriously the absolute best. The BEST. Katie is a brilliant florist who makes stunning arrangements with the freshest flowers and always delivers on time even on short notice. She has gotten to know me as a customer and will frequently save my bacon by reminding me about a birthday or to beat the V-day rush. She asks about each arrangement afterwards and has learned what types of flowers and arrangements make my wife happiest. Net result? I am consistently scoring huge husband points. #husbandwin. Seattle Flower Truck totally rocks. Thank you Katie! read more

KT is so wonderful! Ordering flowers out of state is always hard. How do you find the right florist for you? I heard such great things about KT and her crew and decided to leap in with it. She totally shocked me at how easy it was to order, her recommendations based on the flower seasons there versus at my home, and her honesty on what would be the best price for my buck. Holy WOW! I got much more than I had envisioned for myself, and she sent me a picture to make sure I was 100% pleased before sending out the product. Being a previous florist myself, I never expected a picture nor her amazing attitude considering all the crazy holidays coming up! I would highly recommend KT and her flower truck. The customer service is a 15/10 and the product was out of this world!!! I'm SO, SO, SO VERY pleased with everything! She even added a little cactus in my arrangement since I'm from Texas sending to someone there in Seattle. How adorable!? read more

The customer service that I experienced with this florist was great. The recipient wasn't answering the door at the time of delivery and instead of just leaving, they were persistent about figuring out a way to complete the order. If I could give 10 stars I would! Owner, Katie, is personable, creates gorgeous flower arrangements and solves problems when necessary. In my case, I was ordering from Charlotte NC based off reviews and photos from Yelp. I wanted to send flowers to my niece for her birthday. I was nervous to say the least ordering from across the country, but Katie's company even texts with a photo of the arrangement when flowers are delivered and they were gorgeous. Yet, things didn't go as they should and my niece never received the flowers. Katie, worked with me to resolve the issue and ensure my niece got her beautiful bouquet. I was so incredibly impressed! Thank you so much Katie and Seattle Flower Truck for making my niece's birthday truly special. read more

I started this review around a year ago when I met Katie and the Seattle Flower Truck and I am so glad I didn't upload until now. Just when I think my love of SFT couldn't grow anymore, they continue to impress and bring their artwork to life with flowers. They have become family and have been monumental to my wife and I's relationship. From the first flowers I sent to my wife (who was my girlfriend at the time) up until our wedding day, their art has brought us to tears. Their service is always on point, their designs are always top-notch, and the way they treat customers is beyond exceptional. This truly is the epitome of an excellent local business. We are moving to LA next month and one of the saddest parts is leaving our florist behind. If you are expecting cheap quality, grocery store level flowers, thrown together in a garbage display, please don't waste your time with SFT. What they do is truly art and it brings nature to a medium that improves any space it's in. This is a business that I whole-heartedly support and wish it's upmost success. read more

I can't say enough good things about Katie and the Seattle Flower Truck!! I live in Chicago and contacted Katie about the possibility of setting up a monthly flower subscription for my sister, who lives in Seattle. At the time, SFT did not have the service that I desired, but Katie was excited about the idea and went above and beyond to make it happen - creating a custom monthly flower order for my sister! Further, when my sister decided to move to Portland before her subscription had expired, Katie took the remaining balance I had paid and made her some amazing plant arrangements to take with her to her new home. The customer arrive here is phenomenal, and the quality of the bouquets and plants is amazing!! read more

Seattle Flower Truck has changed the way I gift flowers. There is a personal tough of exquisite elegance in every arrangement. Katie is prompt to address any questions or concerns and always goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service. I will not go back to the "big guys". The first arrangement from Katie was to make a big statement while I was on an overseas business trip. The arrangement had to include lilacs. Not an easy feat mid-winter and yet Katie pulled it off! The flowers were breathtaking and every minor detail was considered and planned for. It was a big hit, to say the least. The second arrangement I ordered from Katie was just as good as the first. Exceptional customer service. Beautiful flowers every time! read more

The most beautiful and creative bouquet I've ever seen! Katie deserves top scores after I called with an unusual request. I was shook up after finding out that a 12-year-old student of mine was in the hospital. I wasn't sure that flowers were a great idea for a boy his age, but it was all I could do until he was allowed visitors. I asked for something funky and unusual that would meet his creativity and curiosity. Katie said she could do that, and boy, did she. When I was able to visit him in person today, we spent a long time talking about each unusual flower and plant. I am so impressed with Katie's work and will definitely be using her expertise again. read more

My mom has been texting all day about how beautiful her flowers are! I didn't request a specific arrangement but asked Seattle Flower Truck to make whatever creative arrangement they could at my price point. They rocked it! They used some super fresh orchids, grasses, roses and a "rattlesnake ginger" that looked amazing together. I felt like a hero when my mom called. :) read more

So on a whim for Christmas, I decided that I needed one more special present for my Husband. I was intrigued by a service that SFT had whereby they deliver a bouquet per month for 6 months. I ordered it because it was exceptionally well priced and I hopeful that the quality was on par. Boy was I blown away. When it arrived the quality was well beyond expectations. The arrangement was beautiful AND masculine which my husband LOVED! There is another one arriving tomorrow and I can't to see what beauty the truck will deliver to our home. Since Christmas, I have used SFT one other time at the last minute and the arrangement was PERFECTION!!! I wish that they had Seattle Flower Truck EVERYWHERE in Washington because I have a lot of flowers to send! What I do know is that for all of my "in city" needs I will ONLY use this service! Thank you for Exceptional Quality, Exceptional Service and Exceptional Value. This is the trifecta rarely seen in today's service industries. I wish Denver had a Flower Truck like this! KT knows her flowers.

The child of one of my employees unexpectedly passed away, and we called the Seattle Flower Truck to arrange a delivery. Upon receiving the order, they reached out to explain they had taken the liberty of upgrading our bouquet after learning the circumstance of our order, and even included photos of the beautiful arrangement. The owner, Katie, then called to let us know her driver attempted to make the delivery, only to learn that our employee had traveled out of town for the memorial service. She said she would happily deliver again after Christmas at no charge. Katie also said she wanted to add some brighter colors and to have it delivered already in a vase so that he didn't have to worry about transferring the arrangement himself. These small details and level of service really stood out to me. Its evident that Katie understands the power of customer service and cares about her business and customers. I will be calling the Seattle Flower Truck for future needs. read more
