I didn't even know Fleur Studio existed until I found them through Eventbrite, and I'm so glad I did! The florals are insanely beautiful and the contrast of the building being dark and the vibrant flowers is very nice on the eyes. Everyone was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. I loved how open everyone was to sharing their businesses and creating such a warm, supportive atmosphere. It was such a lovely experience, and I'm grateful I got the chance to discover this space. This coffee shop is near totem lake but hidden behind the building. There is a designated parking lot. They have seating indoors (couches, soft chairs, and a long table with chairs) and outdoor patio tables (I think two of them). They have three garage doors, and on this day, one was open and it created a wonder breeze inside. The owner/barista/florist was amazing and so tentative. Their menu is in a cute binder with illustrations. They have items and flowers for sale. Also, they have a Polaroid camera that you can take photos during your visit. I ordered the lavender latte. No fancy latte art, but really good latte. Lots of decorations but still felt minimalistic; I am obsessed with this location. read more

Such a fun concept and experience. Before you go in they get your flower preferences (type, color, etc.) and some inspo pictures. When you arrive there are a bunch of vases in the back corner with the options they sourced for you and some other bouquets for purchase and inso front and center. You have the option to order drinks while you put together your bouquets and that would probably be the only down side to the experience. The matcha was pretty watery and not made very well but it was cute and aesthetic.. Overall my gals and I had a fun time arranging our bouquets and chatting while we did so. I wish they had turn tables for each person and we did not have to share. We only have 4 people in our group so to me it would make sense to have more than 2. I love everything about Fleur studio. You can tell the space is carefully curated, and that a core is beautiful and showcases the flowers. During the summertime I love when they open up the garage door to let more the airflow in. I appreciate that. They always have local businesses popping up in their location. I've been here for events as well as food pop-ups and it's always a delight. If you are looking to meet up with a friend or catch up with work they have two larger tables with plenty of room. as for coffee, I think it's fantastic. I opted to get the reasonable jar that I can bring in every time I grab a drink. It's the perfect size that way I don't overdo it on the caffeine. Every time I've come by the space parking has been plentiful. I imagine during the summertime and might get a little crowded. read more

I hosted my sisters baby shower at Fleur's event space in Kirkland. They forgot to leave us a key (via lockbox) to enter the event space, and didn't respond to our multiple calls/texts/emails for 35 minutes (we truly tried every mode of communication - even instagram comments and dms). Their check in instructions explicitly state to call/text if any concerns or questions arise, so not being able to reach them was really frustrating. I had to run to all the local businesses nearby and ask if they happened to have the owners personal number for us to reach. We had arrived at 10 AM to set up for our guests to arrive at 11 AM, so we were in full panic mode brainstorming alternative spaces and moving our event back an hour to buy time. Once we reached them around 10:40, their reason for the mistake was "the previous event took the key with them". I understand that mistakes happen, but this excuse didn't sit right with us because it meant the owner wasn't looking after the space between events to ensure the key is available, and the space is clear, cleaned, and ready for the next renter, especially given the price we're paying. My sister and I, along with some of our guests, had flown in from out of town and spent months planning this event; prepping decor, renting + retrieving furniture, etc. For very personal reasons, this baby shower was extremely important to our family, so as you can imagine, it was absolutely devastating to not only have this happen, but not be able to reach the business itself. Once we were able to enter the space (about 1 hour after our original reservation), we had a beautiful baby shower. The owner was quick to take action in refunding us and stuck around to help set up a bit, which was appreciated. Hopefully they take this as a major lesson to more diligently prepare the space between rentals so no one else has to go through what we did that morning. This caused so much unnecessary stress for our family, and most importantly, my very pregnant sister who had flown in and been excitedly anticipating this day for months. I'm keeping 2 stars because the space itself is beautiful with good lighting (although FYI it's tucked behind/shares the building with a Mexican restaurant and driving school.) read more

I have bought the wonderful flowers for years here. Unfortunately had a bad experience recently. I am registered with an account there and recently ordered two sets of flowers through their website as requested by them instead of a walk in order. For some reason, my delivery order did not have a date according to their records. Although they tried to contact me by email (which all went to junk mail) so I never saw their concerns. When I called to cancel the now late birthday flowers, I was told that I would have to pay for them. They never called me even though a phone number is required for placing an order. Also, although the delivery date was missing on their order sheet, it is not possible to order flowers for delivery on their website without notating a delivery date. It's a hard stop. It literally does not let you complete the order without a date. I pointed out that there must be an issue with how their Website is working and that they should try to place an order on their website without a delivery date to see for themselves. it was frustrating to receive no customer service and it appear that they really didn't care or were willing to listen. Anyways, I guess I'm going to eat $500+ worth of flowers. read more

The space is absolutely amazing for an event. It has cute garage door walls that open, decorations and wide open space made it perfect for the baby shower I was hosting in Kirkland, Unfortunately the management is difficult to work with and extremely inflexible. Here are the main concerns I had with my experience and why I would not book this space again: -The booking process was frustrating, they had multiple different options for booking and kept telling me I was booking the wrong one, but was not helpful in guiding me to the correct booking. She sent me a link that didn't work and then told me to copy & paste which wasn't working either (and I'm decently tech savvy) - I asked if I could come 30 minutes before and they charged me $75 for it when no one was using the space before or after me, I wasn't trying to get time for free, but every single other venue I used is cheaper priced and lets me come a little before to set up (happy to provide recommendations and examples) I felt robbed, Im already paying $150/hour for a garage and there is no flexibility? She said they have "operating costs to cover" which is crazy because no one was there before or after me you are just trying to get more money and take advantage of me having a need - the price is way too high and they make you clean everything including mopping and vacuum or they charge $250 - you can't use anything in the venue, the ice machine you are not allowed to turn on or off but you can "use" and there was no ice when we arrived - this most frustrating part was while we were setting up for the party the host messaged me to stop standing on the chairs when hanging decorations (fair enough we missed that in the instructions since the instructions were so long and repetitive) but that made me feel really uncomfortable that she was watching us on camera during our event..... Even though the space is great I will never book here again or with anything managed by this company. Ive been in customer service 15 years and it's frustrating companies don't realize that you don't win customers by slapping the rules book at them and squeezing every nickel and dime, I run so many events for my company and I would have spent so much more money with them including booking the flower events for my women's leadership group if they had just been a little flexible. read more

Whoever is lucky to receive flowers from Fleur (your friend, family member or yourself) will feel very special. They shared tips for how to care for my fresh flowers to make them last longer. I have also taken my daughter to a master class here and she absolutely loved it. Angelina (the owner) was very helpful and encouraging to her, giving advice throughout the process.
