This is not what I would expect for flowers delivered as a gift or to a special occasion. Additionally, there is nothing elegant or special about the choice of stems or design on the bouquet. It is identical to the mixed stems that are sold at Haggen for $20, and when I buy them there they are fresher. We were thrilled by the arrangements and bouquets that Betty provided to us. They were exactly what we wanted. The brides bouquet was all white flowers of various types. We were a little vague about the size of the bouquet that we wanted so when the flowers arrived - we were very pleasantly surprised to see that they sent 2 bouquets of different sizes so my daughter could choose the one that pleased her the most. Now that's service!! The bridesmaids bouquets were all in sunset colors of fuchsia, orange, deep yellows and purples and were stunning. Betty couldn't have been easier to work with - she is highly professional, focused on meeting all expectations. She is very knowledgeable and offered us many suggestions that enhanced our design choices. Her communication was timely and clear. We were given a referral by a friend who had used Betty and her staff for their wedding, and we also visited the Met Market booth at the 2014 Wedding fair. Their prices are excellent, as is the quality and the service. `

I was able to give some specifics of what i was looking for since both occasions were condolence flower arrangements. The first time was a breeze, clearly the rep on the phone had worked there a long time and was extremely helpful. The second time the rep seemed newer and less sure of herself plus the price was a bit higher even though it was almost the same arrangement as before, just a few weeks difference. That might just be the market price changing for flowers. Either way, they delivered the flowers right on time and without issue. I do wish I could have seen the arrangement before hand, even a picture via text or email to see what I paid for would be nice. Overall a nice friendly local business.
