We ordered flowers for our daughter's birthday to be delivered on her birthday. I was happy to hear that they had great communication skills and called her to let her know that they delivered her flowers, but had to deliver it to her other building since the lobby in her building was closed for renovations. Although the flowers were not what we ordered, they were beautiful! (They do have a disclaimer that they'll do their best to create an arrangement as similar as possible to those pictured on their site, but it's based on seasonability, availability and color.) I'm really not much of a flowers guy. If I brought flowers home my wife would immediately think - "what did he do?!?" We suffered some pretty rough emotional losses recently and some very thoughtful friends sent this arrangement from Fena to us. We ordered sympathy florals for a friend's sister's memorial service, and they were able to create a beautiful and elegant floral arrangement that was representative of the person we described. Although the first design draft of the floral arrangements were not what we wanted, the owner herself then got to work to put a revised arrangement together that was absolutely beautiful. The memorial service was on a Sunday and even though Fena Flowers doesn't do deliveries on weekends, they packaged the florals so well that the flowers still looked fresh even 2 days later despite being delivered early on Friday. I don't know what happened to this florist. They used to make bouquets I thought were beautiful and above par. However, I recently ordered two bouquets, one a very special and important house-warming bouquet and another birthday bouquet. The house warming bouquet was supposed to be presented in an elegant, Japanese black container. Instead, it was sent in a horrifying and tacky bright green container! I was beside myself that such a tacky change would be made without checking with me! When I spoke with the florist about it I was told that they were in a hurry and I shared that I had told them to deliver a day later if they needed to so that they did not have to rush the order. I am so disappointed that they made such a cavalier decision about something that was supposed to be special and meant to match the aesthetics of the recipients home. The second order I placed was for a birthday bouquet. I did request changes to container for but, all greenery (or at least comparable placement greenery) were not included in the final product. The online photo looked elegant and well arranged. The final product looked uninspired and thrown together! This is NOT what I expect from a florist. I expect quality and accuracy. If either cannot be obtained, i expect a phone call to agree to changes or a refund. read more

God bless my Mother. She resides in Florida and wanted to send me flowers for my milestone birthday. She Googled locally in the Kirkland area for a top notch florist and found Fena. My Mother called and stated exactly what she wanted. Beautiful long stem red roses in an elegant, yet simple arrangement. Like Martha Stewart - less is more. My mother placed her order 3000 miles away not knowing really what to expect but counted on Fena to make her wishes known. Saturday morning, I got a knock on the door that made me smile wide like a Cheshire cat. A gorgeous, perfectly arranged display of deep red long stem roses were being handed to me in a tall clear glass vase. Elegant greens and eucalyptus leaves with NO typical tacky baby's breath filler. I am really sorry to write such a negative review after using Fena flowers for several years to decorate house for Christmas holidays, but unfortunately, this year was a disaster. They delivered 5 small and 2 large poinsettias for $200 and $225 for delivery. They charged twice what the tree was worth to rewire lights, and then did not finish the decorations, could have bought a new tree for much less than what was paid to repair. I was disappointed when I ordered two Christmas arrangements. One recipient sent me a photo of hers, which came with a bit of red and green but also pink and purple flowers and a BLUE ball ornament. Because of the religious significance, color matters even more in traditional holiday arrangements (traditionally blue and silver for Hanukkah, red and green for Christmas.) UPDATE: To their credit, Fena Flowers contacted me immediately to make things right and I appreciated that. On the day of the wedding they: 1. forgot to make the boutonnière, and we had to wait for them to do it on the spot 2. although Katie stressed that the purple hydrangeas will be purple not blue, they were blue 3. they forgot one of the centerpieces and had to deliver it separately to the venue; although they made it in time, it was an added stress that no one needed 4. the flowers could've looked a bit fresher Everything worked out alright and ended up looking alright. I used Fena Flowers for my wedding since I have seen them open for years (that must mean they're reliable). I'm so glad I did! They were very easy to work with, professional, delivered the flowers and set them up at the wedding site so quickly that I didn't even notice the florists, and everyone commented on how beautiful the arrangements looked! The prices were extremely reasonable for the high quality and care that was given. The only weirdness working with them was that Lan (spelling?), our consultant, was expecting that I'd know exactly what I want for my flowers and arrangements. I didn't--I was hoping he would provide me with some professional floral direction. He did a great job helping me select the flowers, but he seemed awkward and confused that I didn't know what I wanted yet. (Maybe most brides come in being a little more forthright and demanding than I was, and he wasn't used to that!) In the end, everything turned out beautiful without a hitch. I decided to go to Fena Flowers due to the great review on YELP & the reviews did not steer me wrong. Upon entering the store to order a corsage for my son's Prom date I was greeted pleasantly by the employees. After explaining to them I wanted to order a corsage to be picked up in 3 days they were very happy & explained to me throughly what they had. Not only did they ask what color my son's date was wearing the employee Mary Kay who was great, wheeled out their large cart of ribbon so I can select the perfect color & ribbon design. She also explained to me how they can do it and that all their corsages are original because all of the designers will make make the corsage as we ask and no 2 will be the same. I explained to Mary Kay how my son would like the corsage & she keyed in several notes in the computer & took my phone number just in case they had questions for me. She also recommended that go into the store early to beat the rush. When I went to the shop on Saturday to pick it up it was already & waiting in their cooler to be picked up. The employee was also very courteous. The corsage was beautiful! And was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a beautiful corsage & for the GREAT customer service!! Can't say enough about how great they are - the reviews don't lie! :) I had to get wedding flowers and had a very small budget (compared to what I read is supposed to be my budget) - I wasn't so picky - like I didn't have specific types of flowers in mind, etc so I got quotes from this place and one other. This place was slightly cheaper and delivery fee was less (maybe cos it was also pretty close to my venue) - also felt like they were nice so I decided to go with them.
