The chocolate truffles are so smooth and creamy. They have lots of unique flavor combinations. My favorites were the passion fruit and raspberry ones. The fruit jellies are also good and found out they're vegetarian for those who don't eat gelatin. The store is conveniently located close to the Redmond shopping center and lots of parking although it can fill up and be busy. read more

A+ chocolates. A+ service. Whilst visting my bestie, I made a Yelp list of highly rated places that sounded yummy. So thanks to Yelp, we found ourselves here. And it did not disappoint! Brandon was so nice! We were greeted with a smile and a sample. And as we chatted, we got even more samples. Choosing just a few was so difficult! And, of course, later, whilst devouring our chocolates, we were all "wait, didn't we get X?" (spoiler, there were others we wanted to try and failed to get) and "let's go back tomorrow and get some more." Absolutely delicious! I love me some "crazy" flavors that mix sweet and savory. And this spot with these chocolates did not disappoint! Raspberry and balsamic? Absolutely. Mango and chile? Sign me up. Basil in chocolate? I'm in love with you. Just so completely delicious! Lots to choose from. Super cute for gifting. But saying "we'll save some for later"... That didn't work out super well. They were just all too yummy. Absolutely will be returning and having my bestie ship me some of these chocolates. Fabulous taste and just a great experience stopping in here! read more

We've seen this little shop nestled in amongst businesses and had never stopped in, what a mistake on our part! Once you're inside you're taking in the beautiful murals as well as the absolutely stunning displays! The samples were just a perk. The owner and staff were an absolute delight and recommended so many amazing treats. We purchased a few treats and will be back for more. Thank you for the amazing service. read more

they've been here for 16 years and I haven't set foot in here until today! Lovely service from the cashier who was helpful and explained the Dubai chocolate tiktok trend and promptly offered a sample along with their daily sample piece, which sold me on getting a small set for myself. The chocolates are pricey but they earn you bragging rights as the amazing gift-giver. Immaculately decorated shop. I'll be back to try their other chocolates through the seasons! read more

I made a terrible mistake. I tried the handmade chocolates from this place... and now all other chocolate is basically waxy sadness in comparison. You know how you think you've had "good chocolate" before? Like you buy the fancy bar, maybe something imported, maybe something wrapped in gold foil so you feel sophisticated? Cute. Adorable. That was practice chocolate. This chocolate is the real thing. The second it melts in your mouth you realize two things: 1. Someone here actually cares about chocolate at an obsessive, borderline unhinged level. 2. You are now ruined for life. The texture is impossibly smooth, the flavors are rich without being heavy, and every bite tastes like it was made by someone who considers chocolate a sacred craft rather than a snack. I tried to go back to regular chocolate afterward and honestly... it tasted like disappointment. So yes, the chocolates are incredible. But fair warning: once you try them, every grocery store chocolate bar will feel like a personal insult. 10/10. Life-changing. Slightly inconvenient for my future chocolate standards. read more

Yummy artisanal chocolate truffles with great flavors! Tried the cheesy ones like brie -- so surprising. Nice service as I made selections for my custom boxes. And they wrap nicely with a ribbon of your choice (and they have so many to choose from) as a delish gift for yourself or others! My favorite chocolatier only has East Coast locations and are crazy expensive to ship. So it's great to have a local shop I can pop into for a few pieces or a splurge! read more

Amazing chocolates and wonderful owners so many different flavors. Beautiful art in Chocolate.

So this little gem is in Redmond right across the parking lot from Trader Joe's It is absolutely my place to go for button chocolates that I used for my super special cookies and I love this place so much The inside of the shop is so beautifully decorated and the shop keepers are always so helpful and knowledgeable One of kids got me a birthday gift from here with my favorite chocolates and it was such a treat! I always have to grab a few treats for my family or friends so don't miss out of this place Ok fav flavors (truffles) Praline Feuillete Tiramisu Mocha Fleur de Sel Caramel read more

This is hands down the best chocolate shop in the world! From the moment you arrive until the second you leave, the service is truly first-class. I was searching for a local, family-owned chocolate shop to support and provide treats for our customers at Leo's Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be happier that I found Brugge. Brandon, the owner, made the entire experience unforgettable--he welcomed me like an old friend I'd known forever. He took the time to walk me through all their options, and the chocolates were so incredible that we ended up buying out all of their available boxes! The quality, hospitality, and genuine care are unmatched. We'll definitely be working with Brandon and Brugge Chocolate for as long as possible. Thank you so much, Brandon! read more

If you are looking for a real European chocolatier experience without any attitude or snobbery whatsoever despite the prices, this is it. Yes, it is expensive, just know that going in. But the truffle flavors are out of this world. A tiny quarter-bite of one delivers more flavor than the usual over-ganached truffles that are popular because they're huge and not too expensive. Flavors like strawberry balsamic, maple waffle, and passion fruit goat cheese are fresh with flavor and full of texture. The person who helped us was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I did taste the Dubai bar, which is interesting but I prefer the truffles. Not a place I'd return to frequently, but definitely a place I'll return to. read more

This isn't just an outstanding purveyor of the best chocolate I've ever had... it's an experience! Brandon, one of the business partners, took time to give me some insight into the founding of the chocolateria and the exclusivity of the recipes and process they use to make these exquisite delicacies. You will find a wide variety of beautifully packaged chocolates as well as a full show case of "select your own" favorites. I love this shop. IT'S FABULOUS! read more

Super friendly folks and delicious chocolates! My wife and I felt like we had a mini-date today. I can understand why the Dubai chocolate is a thing right now. We brought home a bunch of truffles which we shared with the kids. Cut the different truffles in small pieces and had a fun time savoring everything together. Their flavors are fun and wonderful. Such attention to detail in both the chocolates and presentation. A terrific spot if you need to find a high end gift, particularly for someone who has it all. It is expensive but the entire experience was worth it. As for the older comments, there are new owners as of 2 years ago or so. read more

What a great place, it seems like the people take pride in the work they do. Last time I tasted chocolate that great was in France.

The elegant gold lettering from the outside of the store stands out from the other stores. I would describe this place as a chocolate lovers haven of dreams. Chocolate here are shaped into works of art decorated throughout the store. The smells of sweet confection permeates throughout the interior. You can spend an inordinate amount of time ogling all of the delicate pieces shaped into fruits, objects, and small animals. It's interesting to see the chocolates also painted iridescent colors to create an almost life like appearance. The price for art does come with a price however the taste of these delectable pieces melted in your mouth. No waxy taste. The milk chocolates are pure richness and cream. Also, woman in the store was extremely friendly. She clearly loves her job! I will definitely return to pick up my holiday gifts. read more

Brugge Chocolates is tugged away in suburbia Redmond in a strip mall, a hidden gem though decidedly expensive. If you are familiar with true European high end chocolates, these come very close to them, if not possibly spot-on. Dainty in size, the flavors seem almost foreign. Go straight to the case and ask questions. They are very different. In the Puget Sound area, this is easily the top three, possibly top two, chocolatiers. Much of their ingredients are sourced from France. Amongst the individual truffles, the best is called Praline Feuillete. It's fantastic! See attached photo. FYI: The parking in this lot is very crowded. There are a couple of dedicated spots for this store, but they expect you to not park there after you're done shopping. read more

What a delightful find via Yelp, imagine that. I had a craving for some great Port and dark chocolate for dessert. I had never heard of this place but I am glad that I stopped in for a sample. Parking stalls are a bit tight and there were a couple of people outside arguing about that issue but has nothing to do with delicious treats in this shop. As I walked in I was offered some chocolate that was freshly made and still a bit warm. Hooked, yes indeed. I am normally not a sweets person but this was different. After wandering around the shop I settled in a dozen dark and a dozen of the fresh milk chocolate. It is a nice option that they offer to have them boxed up or they will put it in a plastic sleeve and you get to save a couple dollars in the process. If you are in the Redmond area stop in and try a sample... or two read more

I'm a California girl visiting Seattle for the first time. The hotel I stayed at in Redmond was nearby this cute, small chocolate shop. I walked in to find something to give to my Aunt back home and picked out an assorted box of six chocolates. The lady that greeted and helped me out was friendly. My box of six chocolates were $14 which is slightly pricey but my Aunt said she loved it so I'd say it was worth it. read more

A great experience both in quality of product and service. I picked up a large sampler for my wife and she loved it

The chocolate is still good, but the new pricing is over the top! I've been coming here a couple times per year for several years. My last visit this week I was shocked to see the prices are crazy high now. Unfortunately, this business has become out of touch in terms of pricing, for what you get. $50+ for a tiny box with a few pieces!! There are so many other newer and affordable organic and unique chocolate options out there these days... It's a shame to watch this shop price itself right out of business. read more

I was not greeted when I walked in, and the staff was not very friendly when I asked questions (based off other reviews, I likely interacted with the owner). The chocolate was decent, but terribly overpriced. Perhaps they have some better products, but I won't be back to try them. read more

Fabulous little chocolate shop hidden away in Redmond. After a few visits now and definitely worth the 5 stars for consistency and range of chocolates. My favorite is the salted caramel, wonderfully smooth and the chocolate doesn't overpower. The apricot maryse is also lovely, along with the rum dark chocolate. So many choices! A little on the pricey side (for example, you can get 4 pieces for under $8), but really great quality. There's also tons of other options available too, and any of their chocolates will pair well with some nice red wines. read more

Very pricey, but worth it. Amazing quality chocolates. Innovative and unique and very gourmet. If you want to impress somebody with fine truffles, this would be the place. I bought several flavors. The standouts were the strawberry balsamic and the cardamom. The strawberry balsamic included a gelee layer. Really unique and amazing. It loses out on one star because some of the flavors were a bit too subtle for me. read more

This is a small but cute chocolate shop in Redmond. We tried the candied ginger. I thought the chocolate portion was pretty good. I got a fleur de sal caramel.
