The crust was hard to cut into with a fork and we couldn't find any cherries. They need to make a better cherry pie. The service was great.

Yes- I am referring to the proprietor of Blue Streak Chocolates as an artist. I've purchased from her multiple times but forgot to take pics. Almost did the same today. In a nutshell these are hand crafted artisan chocolates! Everything I have tasted has been amazing. This is grown up deliciousness. My current favorite is the Trifecta perfection. Why a pic of the wrapper? I had sliced a piece off to enjoy before writing this review. Four pieces to be precise. Turned around and my husband had grabbed some and left one piece so I grabbed it! The trifecta is a beautiful balance of layers of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, salted caramel, marshmallow and peanut butter milk chocolate dipped in dark chocolate. I could taste and savor every layer. What makes these chocolates so good is they are not overly sweet. You can taste the flavors without being overwhelmed or so sugared out.
