Extremely Disappointed with the Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit I came in expecting help with a simple issue, picking up a new phone and happy instead left feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied. the wait time was ridiculous -- I stood around for nearly 15 minutes while employees chatted among themselves, barely acknowledging the customers in the store. When I was finally helped, the representative seemed uninterested and rushed, offering vague answers and acting like my questions were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect information about my account When I tried to get clarification, I was met with more confusion and zero accountability. No one took the time to actually listen or resolve the issue properly. I've been a Verizon customer for years, but this experience seriously made me question that loyalty. I hope this was an isolated incident, but based on the attitude in that store, I'm not confident it is. Do better, Verizon. read more

While the customer service was not bad the hidden fees and added items to your bill before you even get to agree is insane . Came in to get brand new service and already the pricing was not adding up . They claim to be charging "taxes " but in reality is a service fee . They are not upfront with their prices . If you get a new phone they will make you in anyway get screen protectors "which is non refundable " as they put it on for you before you leave . Tatiana was working with another customer I could hear her interaction and how helpful she was. She kept ensuring me that she would be with me as soon as she was done. When she was completing her transaction another staff member came out and there was another person waiting to be helped and I asked her if I could let the other person waiting be helped by the other staff member. I just liked her and she seemed knowledgeable and patient. We for sure closed the store down . It's just a process that's out of our control inputing everything , going over options and getting the best for your money!! Putting the tempered glass on the phones going over cases and plans. This location gives bad service. I came into the store together my phone fixed and was told to call the 800 tech support. I explained that I was told to come in by tech support and then told it would taken20 minutes. However another lady walked in and the sales person helped her while I was waiting for him. So, advice is to Not go to this location. They will just refer you to tech support. I think it's time to switch carriers. I am very disappointed with the service at this location. We called the call center the number given to this store to see if they would accept a passport because my husband lost his wallet with his driver license, when he purchased the product online they asked for I.D and wouldn't accept the passport but they said they could do it in person when pick up order and the call center contacted the store and they approved it said to to go in and when we went in there was one employee (Bernardo) helping a family so we waited and didn't mind. 25 mins later he finally acknowledged us and asked if we had a "question" not "how can I help you guys" and we told him we were there to pick up a online order and told him about passport and he said " it's my rules to not use a passport" so we explained we called and they told us to come in. Bernardo said that we were lying that we didn't call, that he was there all day and we were lying. So we told him we called the call center with the number of the store given online and the call center called the store and got it approved to go in.... At this time he clearly didn't want to help us and was rude about it. We left very upset for the fact that he could of handle the situation a different way and more that we called before showing up. And before we went to this location we got it mixed up with the Stockdale and Calloway store and the guy was willing to help and take passport but he looked online and since we picked this location and our order was there he sent us to the right location and got this unprofessional person. We are paying customers. Thanks to us customers he has a job! Verizon was quick to take our money but aren't quick to help us with our paid products! I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded the phones on my line and have ended up with a bill that is much higher than I expected (and than I was told it would be). I have attempted to handle this issue online, but decided it would be easier to discuss the situation with a Verizon customer service rep in person. I called the Verizon store closest to me and was told I could make an appointment for 5:00 on a Saturday evening. I was prompt for my appointment, however, noted there were several other customers in the store, awaiting their turn. There was only one Verizon employee behind the counter, and he was assisting another customer. I stood in line behind the customer he was helping and he asked how he could help. I told him I had a 5:00 appointment to discuss my plan. He looked at me quizzically, stating they did not make appointments and he was the only employee in the store at that time. He stated he would help me later. I then waited for my turn. About five minutes later I heard the voice of the person I had initially spoke with on the phone. She was apparently in the office/storage area, having a personal discussion with a Verizon customer service rep on the phone regarding an issue she was having with her iPhone watch. Customers continued to walk into the store, with the young man behind the counter telling them he would be with them in a few minutes. I then asked him (the Verizon rep) if anyone would be meeting with me and told him I recognized the voice of the person in the back room as the one who made the appointment with me. He stated that the person was the store manager and she was on her lunch break. He told me it would be at least another 10 minutes. It was now 5:20. I then told him I was done and will be ending my relationship with Verizon. This was a humiliating experience. I felt very disregarded. The manager obviously made an appointment with me at a time where she wouldn't have to deal with me and put her employee in a position where he would be dealing with an increasingly frustrated customer. As stated previously, I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years, but as of this moment, I am planning on paying off all three phones and going with an alternative cell phone provider. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Sales rep : AYLSSA SHERMAN Manager: AUSTIN LESTER Treated my mom to a belated bday gift and added her to my plan. We were unaware there was a difference from a corporate store and an authorized retailer and boy did we learn today! 1. Took 3 hours ( longest I have ever had to endure for a plan change and setting up a new phone) some crap about something being wrong with my account. They had to call customer service and sort it all out. Come to find out it was not me or my account but the sales girl trying to incorrectly push through a plan change and an upgrade at the same time, which wouldn't process on the account. I started with a single line, the plan change had to be processed first before adding the new phone + line. 2. We're told we were eligible for a "bundle" since we were adding a brand new iPhone. I originally walked in thinking I would just pay the taxes and that's it. Soon we find ourselves getting told that the bundle is the only way they do it because the phone l needs to be completely ready walking out of the store ( case, screen protecter etc.) she tells me with the phone taxes + the bundle it would be 141 walking out. So I figured ok that's great I get everything for the phone. I should have questioned this but she legitimately sold it to me as it was the only possible way to add this new phone, my "only" option. Then we get an iPad deal shoved in our faces. With the 300 rebate for my mom turning in her old iPhone plus the 100 promotion for the iPad they have going it would be 400 off a 470 iPad bring the total down to a great price of 70 bucks. So we said why not! It broke down to 2.90 payments a month! Great deal. Then we get told I have to put the protection plans on both the phone and the iPad mandatory for the first 30 days..... there goes another 30 bucks. THEN for some reason she only got the rebate to apply 100 instead of 300, so she said oh no worries they will fix it and call me when it gets sorted out on their end..... Tomorrow we will be going to an ACTUAL Verizon to sort it out thank goodness. All in all it came out to 287 walking out. Finally I got home and looked at the bill. I started to realize I was charged for every single item in the bundle. 50 DOLLAR SCREEN PROTECTOR, 45 phone case, 35 POWER BANK ( which we didn't want but she said "oh well it's included on the bundle" then a 30 membership fee for a Redux water damage service.(which we also didn't want) And finally two 19.99 fees for in store set up for the tablet and the phone. Mind you the sales girl didn't even open the box for the iPad for me? Why would I pay for a set up that didn't even happen! All in all 187 worth of crap!!!! I went back to the store. Argued with them about not being upfront about what we were being charged and got all my money back. I ended up only paying the taxes for the phone and iPad, which is what I should have done on the first place. The manager was so terrible and was like "FYI we don't help set up your phone, we just port photos and it's 19.99" I asked his why I got charged a set up fee for the iPad that was never even opened by then and he just shrugged. And the original sales rep was actually nice or so it seemed but definitely improperly trained. Whoever is responsible for them needs to do a major checkup on this store. *** corporate Verizon had excellent service and also took of the "mandatory" 30 day protection for the devices. Turns out it is not mandatory for me to have that on there for 30 days. That is completely up to the customer to decide if they want that in the first place. Beware of this store or other authorized retailers. They are owned by other companies and have different hidden fees that Verizon does not control. Not only did they not notify me when I called they said it had not been shipped out yet it was on back order and they would call me. A week later I received no notification and I called the store again seeing if they had any shipment info because I haven't heard back from them they told me not only did they receive the phone they sold it to someone else and told me I'd have to wait another week and half for a new shipment! If you want a new phone, go to an ACTUAL corporate location. This place is NOT a corporate store, as per the " A Wireless Premium Retailer." I got quoted for a phone here and then went to the corporate location after to see the difference. To get an iphone 7 started at THIS location: $40 activation + $99 transfer fee + tax on the cost of the iphone (0.08*750) = $200 (and then you pay the $31/month for the phone) Iphone 7 I got at a corporate store: $40 activation = $40 out the door. (and then the $31/month for the phone). All my data was transferred from my old phone at the corporate location. Other red flags: they only carried 3 of the iphone 7 colors (not including silver, really odd), none of the display phones are operational demos (you can't actually try any of them, it's just a frozen screen), and the people that work there are just salesman working for commission. Sorry to the employees but really, as a customer, go to a corporate store (i.e. on california ave). read more

Rip off! I tried out a product and decided it wasn't for my needs. I literally returned it the next day since they said it had a 14 day return policy. After the return was complete, they said there was a restocking fee of $35. I paid $40 for the device, but the guy also said I owed more before I could leave?! Went ahead and paid it because I didn't have any time at all today and better things to do than argue with a store clerk. Basically I paid more money to return the device???!!!!!!! They told me after they returned the device that there was a restocking fee. Had I known I would get no money back I would have kept it and sold it. So basically, they 1. And here comes a salesman... telling me my phone is not at the store. Still on its way. But the 2 customers in front of me got their phones today because they have GS7 in stock at the store for walk ins, but not for ore order?! What?! I even waited in line for an hour!!! So... I preordered my GS7 a few days before the release but I cannot take it home today because it is still shipping to their store (maybe tomorrow he said)? But the customers who walked in bought and took the phones home same day. So wtf is the point of "pre-order"? Can someone explain it to me? Anyway, I went to the kiosk (an actual verizon company) at the mall and found out that no new line was ever added to my account. Customer service is one of the worst!! Changed 5 phones over from AT&T, they reviewed my plan and told me how good they were and the money they could save me. They gave me a 16g iPhone 5s in place of my 32g iPhone 5. Got home to restore phone and of course out of memory! Returned to the store next day, they don't have one, can get one in 4 days?? I can't cancel my plan , go to another store, nothing!! Manager Sean says give him a chance, right?? Not!! Return in a week to give them plenty of time! The people in the store say Sean is not here, the phone is but they don't know how to do it??? So your running the store, but you don't know how to do anything??? So why are they open then!! Basically screwed again until Sean decides to answers someone's phone call or someone teaches theses employees something other than to just stand there!!! When we went in to get new phone they told us to go the Apple store and get one and they would not horror the $10.99 a month protection plan they sold us . Also non corporate store charge more and have less options. I talk with the manager to he would do nothing to help me. Just talk circles and wasted more of my time. read more
