I hate to give a bad review because the techs here are extremely polite and thorough when explaining, but I personally had a bad experience. Firstly I wasted about 4 hours of my time waiting around when originally I was told only 30 mins all for my phone to be returned to its original messed up condition. The girls that work there have poor peoples skills, and I noticed it was only towards me. People are constantly in and out and they were handled way better than me. I was polite but also, professionally expressed my frustration as to how my phone was messed up after it being left there. I will never return here and will never recommend there service. Was quick and the price was right. But after the repair my phone didn't work the same. I was told the damage was from the initial impact of the drop from my broken screen. But my broken screen worked better without delays like this cheap material they replaced it with. The colors are off on my screen, and it's super sensitive, or a huge delay in response. Dropped it off and when I came to pick it up they informed me that the phone did not need a full replacement just a part, therefore making it much cheaper. They could have easily said they replaced everything and charged me what I was already ready to pay and I would not have known the difference. I came here to get the back of my camera fixed my lenses was cracked, so after they fixed my camera I had a whole ass black spot in my camera. I mean, I was better off with a crack camera then having a black dot all in my pictures. I'll never come to them again that explains why it was so cheap they do not care if they mess up your phone . Service is terrible. Cost of a screen repair is about the same as going to the Apple Store. Left my phone and was told it would be repaired in about an hour. Came back three hours later and was told the repair person had gone home for the day. Next day went to the Apple Store and phone was repaired in 1 1/2 hours as promised. Had a broken phone lense. One store in Rosedale quoted me 49.99 with a 2 week wait (I needed the fix same day) I called another one in the plaza and was told that lense couldn't be fixed so it would cost 230.00. I called a third and told me they don't fix those (but it's a cell phone replace store) finally my wife found JJ and called. They said it would be 25 bucks. I jammed all the way over there and ended up costing me 20.00 and was done in less then 10 minutes. Great customer service. As soon as I walked in there was many people and I still got seen rather quickly. I had a 5 star experience cause if that present situation. Was a busy place and they were not pulling people in with phones or phone service or deals with BOGOS. They were simply fixing people broken phones, as quick as people brought them in just as quick they turned them back out. It took about 30 minute to replace my iPhone 6+ screen and it looks like new. $139, Way cheaper than my damn insurance wanted charge me at $250 and I had to send the phone to Asurion and wait for my new phone not here wham bam and it's done looks good done quick nice place. read more
