My computer guy recommended I drop my conventional land lines for my business and switch to a VOIP…read moreservice which really just means that my phone service goes through the internet instead of phone lines. I was hesitant because I've dealt with the poor quality of VOIP calls but that's no longer the case. My phone calls are clean and crisp and the transition from Spectrum to VOIP was made so easy by Nick and Valerie at B Communications. I received a quote immediately (much lower than my Spectrum charges), selected the type of phone I wanted and was pleased to find that my current phone numbers could be transferred to my new phone even though I was no longer in the same area code. Nick was always reachable to explain how to accomplish tasks and acquaint me with the phone features. As a bonus if I take my phone with me when I travel I can plug into the internet and make and receive calls as if I was in my office. I'm an old school guy but with the help of B Communications I've been escorted into the painless new world of telephony!

There were also benches (soft padded seats) for customers to wait more comfortably than standing. Well, back to my personal experience ... Karl was timely, knowledgeable, and just made the walk-in experience the best it could be. He did all I asked and gave me clear answers while not long winded, yet not too brief. The answers were succinct and with clarity. So so so much appreciated. Thank , again. We will definitely be back.
