I filed a claim online to schedule service through Asurion. Online scheduling was easy enough to manage and I was able to come in same day, hoping for a quick fix. Unfortunately, phone screen was too damaged that Face ID cannot be activated any longer. Additionally, owner of device cannot remember iCloud pw so Find My iPhone feature cannot be turned on so the fix can be applied. Nonetheless, Kevin gets an A for effort as he did his best to provide some solutions. To no avail, the device was damaged to the point of no return. Best that could be done was apply tape on screen to hold it in place as it makes its way to Asurion. read more

About two months ago I took my HP laptop in for repairs. They told me they could not fix it and sent me on my way. Today I had a cell phone mishap and they could not or would not fix it either. Not sure what it is that they do fix but they sent me on my way twice. I've been dealing with this place about replacing my PS5 for almost a year now. they first incorrectly entered my console serial number into the system when they should've and because of that I was unable to get my asurion claim done . it got rejected a manager said to resolve the mistake on their end he would charge me $250 to fix it. month later still have not fixed it when I call they give me the run around save yourself some time and look elsewhere. tony sr. read more

I had not been here before or needed such a service, thankfully. I needed a cracked screen fix. $219.99 plus tax. Sigh. And there goes my expensive liquid glass screen protector too that I will soon need to replace elsewhere. My phone is fairly new too, life happens. So, I did not love the price BUT, they use Samsung products that I like (for my phone) and they are very friendly here. Calling by phone... you sometimes never know if Fresno is getting the call or Bakersfield so there was a bit of run around there. I don't like the congested, far away (from me) location but it is what it is. It's next the Firehouse sub place if you are picturing where on California they are in the plaza at 3700. I did LOVE Erica, she does intakes. No appointments needed or maybe they don't even take them. But, she is so friendly and loves her customers. She was happily complaining that her computer was slow... they need a new one for a high tech place. I waited awhile a few times here now as I stopped in to inquire on Sat, a Mon drop off and Mon pick up. They need another intake person and another register. It can take awhile even if only 1 person is ahead of you. The manager, Kimmy that I did not really get to talk to, did an amazing job on my phone and after 4 hours, it looks like new. Sometimes it takes 2 hours or overnight. All depends on the day and when you bring your phone in time wise. Hopefully, like me, you have a laptop or another phone number as they are especially great at communication when your phone is being worked on to start and then when it's ready for pick up. 4 stars. I would use them again and recommend them 100% as a small business but there is room for improvement. Thanks for everything! read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! I have been to this place (on California Avenue) four times in last two weeks. They charged me and didn't fix my broken iPhone camera. I went back, there was an hour wait; They said if I came back Sunday, they could fix it. Sunday, got there 20 minutes before they were scheduled to open at noon. They opened the doors at 12:10, but said the technician was on his way. He showed up 30 minutes later and told me my phone could not be fixed there that day -- after the other guy specifically told me to come that day. AND, they said my $35 deposit could not be refunded that day. This place is the worst. read more

I needed to fix an issue with a Flip Z3, a foldable phone which came pre-installed with a screen protector from the factory. I didn't know if it was the protector or the display that had an issue, but I brought it in, and was informed that it was just the protector. She was able to cut up another screen protector and she installed it in 10 minutes. The application was pretty spot on. No air bubbles or anything like that. I liked the honesty in assessing the problem and the speed of fixing stuff. This is why people have to jump on board with right to repair. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this store. I was told that they may not be able to fix my phone. I appreciated that they were honest with me from the beginning. The problem with my phone was that my power button was broken, and I couldn't turn on my phone. I had the phone for less than a year, and it had a warranty through Samsung. They were able to fix it with zero cost to me. I was definitely grateful and happy that they saved me a big hassle. read more

Terrible customer service and work ethic. They were supposed to fixe my cell phone, but ended up damaging it and losing my memory card. I took the phone in the same day the employee did the negligent work and they refused to fix it or replace my memory card. read more
