I just had some scratches on the screen so All I wanted was a new screen. I stopped in the store on a whim to see if someone could advise me. Wyatt, the manager, and John were both so helpful! They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!! John had the new screen put on in Only 15 minutes!!! I am beyond impressed. The helpful service I received! They gave me my phone back knowing the screen wasn't placed properly, when I took notice I told him right then and there...he took my phone...back came back 5 minutes later said that they had to run it under the press again. When I got my phone back for the second time the bottom of the screen still wasn't set...he knew that and said it will sit over time. I'm like how does the quote go from one price to another? he stated taxes, I told him I understand taxes but that should've been quoted into the price otherwise why would I go with a higher quote when I couldve went elsewhere for cheaper. upon examining my iPad more, there is still glue and a mess all over it. I did not feel like the technician was being dishonest. My mom's phone was not connecting well to the lightning cable and the speaker when holding it up to her ear did not sound good. The tech cleaned out the charger port and the speaker and fixed the issues. The big plus was that he did not charge for the cleaning!!! If you have phone issues, give this shop a try. Picked up a great condition iPhone 14 for $300! Dominic was helpful and was knowledgeable! I was able to look at a few phones & decide on the best looking ones. Keep in mind, not all phones here are compatible with your carrier. Dominic had to manually check each one I selected. An advice for CellNow, you should pre-check all phones & write down which carriers it works with, definitely would save time for the customers. Even though Dominic was helpful, it took some time to find the phone that worked with my carrier. There were 2 iPhones in great condition I picked & they did not work. Thankfully the 3rd one was also in great condition & it worked! Since my old phone couldn't turn on, I had to stop into T-Mobile to connect the new phone (took employee there 5 mins).
