Instead, Joey took the time to troubleshoot the problem and discovered it wasn't the screen at all--it was a screen protector I didn't even realize had been installed when my son gave me the phone about six months earlier. His honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail saved me from an unnecessary repair. He made sure the new screen protector was installed perfectly before handing the phone back, and the price was worth every penny. What impressed me even more was that the next time I walked through the mall, Joey recognized me immediately, greeted me with a handshake, and remembered me. Had an awful experience with this place and will never go back. We had an iphone with a bad battery, and brought it in for the battery to be replaced. Joei had told us that to replace the battery, he would have to remove the screen and it would potentially break. He ended up charging $270 for this battery swap because he needed to change the screen too being it broke. His repairs to the screen, which never had an issue initially, broke on the first day we got it back. Went back to adress this issue and was just told how it was our fault that it broke and how it has nothing to do with the quality of his work. He proceeded to walk away from his booth with the phone without communicating what he was doing. Told security and they said "ohh he should be back" and walked away. He finally came back with a new screen to put on the phone. Once he had the phone repaired, he held onto it for awhile rather than giving our phone back to me, so he could ask me personal questions about my relationship and intimate life. The whole situation felt very creepy and left me never wanting to enter the mall again. read more

I feel completely ripped off by this place. Do not take your phone here for repair. I brought my phone in waited an hour and a half and it was not fixed. They charged me $128 for nothing. Yuvi told me he ordered the part that was needed, but never did and was unresponsive via text and just handed me back my phone completely unfixed and told me to go to Best Buy. If you want a cover, this may be a good place to go. it looks like there is a good selection, but as far as phone repair, don't waste your time. It's really hard to understand and communicate with them. They talk really fast with a heavy accent. I don't imagine they'll be in business long. read more

Got the back of my phone fixed here and first the girl tried to charge me $230 so I said nvm and miraculously she could do it for $170. I said okay and got it fixed. Within a couple days of me having it fixed I noticed the back was like raised so I pushed on it and it cracked the back of my glass again. I brought it back up there and both the girls just laughed and said the warranty doesn't cover back glass and that it's "just a piece of glass". The warranty clearly states it covers wireless device repair within the last 60 days. I'm pretty sure that means it covers the back. read more

I thought my iPhone screen had cracked so obtained some quotes. I received a good quote from them and arranged a meeting to fix which I was told would take 20 min. I arrived at the home (store closed due to corona) and gave the owner my phone. About 5 min later he came out to my car and handed me my phone and said the screen wasn't cracked but just the protective cover. He had replaced it and only charged me a nominal amount which was barely more than I had originally purchased the protective screen. He told me that next time I should make sure the screen was actually cracked and not the protective cover as many people would have replaced the cover and charged me for the screen. I told him if I have any needs next time I would be bringing to him. I really appreciate his honesty, and would highly recommend him to anyone. It is hard to find a reputable company like them. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE TO FIX YOUR PHONE! All they care about is money and not the customers satisfaction. I fixed my iPhone 11 on 1/10/20 and then on 1/21/20 the screen went blank and I came 1/22/20 and they wouldn't fix it even though on the receipt it states that's there's a 60 day warranty. The manager and employees just argued with me making me believe it was my fault. So take it from me that this company is a rip off!!! read more

The customer service girl first offers the best pitch ever. Great so confident that I was sure i was talking to a pro @ fixing these I phones. A few hrs later and $$$.00 down i come to pick up the phone. I realized immediately that some corners were raised and others were not, and their was a lot of glue residue. So i go back ask if she can clean it, & y are certain corners raised and not the others. She then says "oh i could have possibly put to much glue on those but that is fine." no that is not fine! But service is paid for already. She then proceeded to telling me -she is just a human trying- Well that is not what you sold me a few hrs ago. As i am walking away cleaning my phone from the glue gunk i realized that my camera is not focusing at all!!!! I see gunk on my lenses! Their is no focus. I go back and she precedes to get argumentative and walked out of the booth and told me to call the owner!!! I SHOULD HAVE TOKEN THE TIME TO GO THREW MY WARRANTY!!
