Since then my phone is draining my battery whiting 1 hr without using it. Over heats my phone the screen doesn't work when you tap it. And takes 12hrs for a complete charge. They won't tell you all this before repairing it. They just take your money and ruin your electronics. You better go to Apple Store and get original parts, for $150. Additional. Got the back of my phone fixed here and first the girl tried to charge me $230 so I said nvm and miraculously she could do it for $170. I said okay and got it fixed. Within a couple days of me having it fixed I noticed the back was like raised so I pushed on it and it cracked the back of my glass again. I brought it back up there and both the girls just laughed and said the warranty doesn't cover back glass and that it's "just a piece of glass". The warranty clearly states it covers wireless device repair within the last 60 days. I'm pretty sure that means it covers the back. read more

I thought my iPhone screen had cracked so obtained some quotes. I received a good quote from them and arranged a meeting to fix which I was told would take 20 min. I arrived at the home (store closed due to corona) and gave the owner my phone. About 5 min later he came out to my car and handed me my phone and said the screen wasn't cracked but just the protective cover. He had replaced it and only charged me a nominal amount which was barely more than I had originally purchased the protective screen. He told me that next time I should make sure the screen was actually cracked and not the protective cover as many people would have replaced the cover and charged me for the screen. I told him if I have any needs next time I would be bringing to him. I really appreciate his honesty, and would highly recommend him to anyone. It is hard to find a reputable company like them. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE TO FIX YOUR PHONE! All they care about is money and not the customers satisfaction. I fixed my iPhone 11 on 1/10/20 and then on 1/21/20 the screen went blank and I came 1/22/20 and they wouldn't fix it even though on the receipt it states that's there's a 60 day warranty. The manager and employees just argued with me making me believe it was my fault. So take it from me that this company is a rip off!!! read more

They originally changed it on Thursday and then it started acting funny and couldn't open apps & now they say they can't fix. I will never recommend to anyone. The customer service girl first offers the best pitch ever. Great so confident that I was sure i was talking to a pro @ fixing these I phones. A few hrs later and $$$.00 down i come to pick up the phone. I realized immediately that some corners were raised and others were not, and their was a lot of glue residue. So i go back ask if she can clean it, & y are certain corners raised and not the others. She then says "oh i could have possibly put to much glue on those but that is fine." no that is not fine! But service is paid for already. She then proceeded to telling me -she is just a human trying- Well that is not what you sold me a few hrs ago. As i am walking away cleaning my phone from the glue gunk i realized that my camera is not focusing at all!!!! I see gunk on my lenses! Their is no focus. I go back and she precedes to get argumentative and walked out of the booth and told me to call the owner!!! I SHOULD HAVE TOKEN THE TIME TO GO THREW MY WARRANTY!!
