They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Additionally, owner of device cannot remember iCloud pw so Find My iPhone feature cannot be turned on so the fix can be applied. Nonetheless, Kevin gets an A for effort as he did his best to provide some solutions. To no avail, the device was damaged to the point of no return. Even though it was a bit of a drive and a super hot day, I made the trip--and I'm really glad I did. I dropped off my phone, went down the street to wash my car and get a haircut, and by the time I got back--less than an hour later--it was done!
