THE REASON FOR THE 5 stars today with Eagle Cellular is because the owner reached out to me and offered to rectify the issue and invite me to come back and they wanted to fix. The customer service with the follow up to rectify this is all I can ask for. Thank you sir. I would give them another chance if I lived here. The phone definitely had more issues than just the battery. Place in Vegas had to extract all the software and firmware and reinstalled new software. Was not an easy task and a lot of YouTube videos were involved to diagnose. Keep in mind I paid the $35 activation fee online when I bought the phone, then she was like it'll be 20 dollars, I was like for what? That's when she said to put a sim in the phone and I was like it's supposed to come with one I bought it from Verizon, that's when she was like you didn't buy it from us, if you had bought it here then there is no charge. They are just a reseller so they will nickel and dime you for anything and everything that you could otherwise get as just part of your service at an actual Verizon store. It's not even a lot of money it's the fact that she didn't say that she would charge me to do it, I would've said no problem but to just be charged without even disclosing how much it was going to be beforehand is not good business. There's an actual Verizon store not 10 minutes away. Avoid this place and their shady mall kiosk sales practices.

Came to the conclusion that this store does not want new customers and it's obviously an inconvenience for their employees to assist with information on products (lazy) so they just refer to the bad copy of mask signage on the front door to get them out of assisting clients or my case potential client.
