Mary (the asst. manager/manager) would not provide her one. She then accused me of threatening her with legal action. I did not. I then had Verizon customer service call and have a joint call with "Mary". Mary again started lying about how I threatened her. I said I will come and and we can chat with her manager. She then said I was threatening her again and hung up (again). Luckily I had verizon customer service on the line and they sent me a confirming email saying in part Mr. Richard just only stating they will just go to the store to speak with a manager to clear up the situation about his mother in law who waited almost an hour just to get a physical sim card but the store did not provide."Mr. Richard did not threat [sic] Mary and Mary was the one who was so rude and dropped the call." They (not sure if Mary or not) also told this 80 yr old women that she needed to cancel her order (that she already made online) and order the phone through their story. I think the actual manager needs to contact me. I will be seeing this through (not a threat Mary just a statement of intent). Verizon's behavior at this store is beyond unacceptable.

Do not trust what they tell you and certainly don't agree to a contract. #issatrap Best advice is to not take no for an answer when requesting a cancellation because this service will NOT work consistently nor without having their technicians repair it remotely. I had service for 32 days and majority of those days my service didn't work properly; the speed was horrible, the phone service dropped called and the internet would drop and disconnect regularly (not poor weather to even blame it on).

And SHOCK they couldn't make it and had to keep us chained to our door another day. They didn't show up again. The tech was in Los Angeles 30 minutes AFTER the window I was given, said he was 2 to 3 hours away, had 6 people ahead of us, did not know we needed a new dish or a repositioning and said he would have to get back to us. He did not. Okay, Basic rules of business people: You Are Only As Good As The People Who Represent You! Money Comes From Customers Bad Service = Angry Customer Angry customer = No customer Angry customer = Customer on social media because sharing is caring Angry customer = No referrals Angry customer = your subcontractors reported to the BBB.. Bree reviewed my phone plan, helped me to remove a service ordered by mistake, and found a better plan for me. She also found a great value deal on home internet and TV. I was very impressed with Bree's product knowledge and customer service skills. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. The time spent at the store passed quickly and most enjoyably. We had Kimberly and she was super helpful and we appreciated her assistance, but the whole process in itself should not have taken as long as it did. From faulty equipment to the too lazy to go ask a question ( not Kimberly), we were not impressed at all and agreed the change over was not worth the value of the hassle. Not to mention, I see dropped pants on guys regularly, on the streets. I shouldn't have to see a representative of AT&T wearing them like that in the store, but hey, at least your underwear matched the AT&T colors, Al. Maybe that's what gets business in nowadays, but it's also a sure fire way to lose business too. Live and learn.
