Rude - Condescending... For over 20 years I have dealt with the Post Net in 91765, CA and have had nothing but 5 star treatment and service. Today I stopped by the Coffee Post Net in Bakersfield to mail off a few small items... Well... it seems like the gal staffing the place didn't want to be at work, was kinda rude, and not very polite.... Maybe she needs a jolt of coffee to wake up or something. Based on her attitude I marched out, never coming back here, and am headed to the actual Post Office to probably be treated nicer. This place should see how the enthusiasm at the 91765 Post Net is and how great they make their customers feel! read more

Postnet was incredible. I took in lots of packages to Postnet so I could avoid the post office at this time of the year. There was only one person ahead of me so the wait time was short. They are friendly and helpful and have supplies that you need. I highly recommend this as a alternative to the post office. They do charge a small convenience fee but it is so worth it. read more

I went to Post Net on Coffee and Hageman today at 1130am, I was trying to ship a package with UPS scanner labels. I was told to go to a real Post Office, the young lady didn't seem to want to help me. It wasn't busy inside, I was the only one inside the store besides a gal mailing a letter. This is not really a shot at Postnet, but at DHL. I had something shipped abroad with insurance hoping that I would have support and DHL fail as shipping experts. They completely dropped the ball and don't help customers. Avoid DHL, although I am financially ok, you will be making an expensive mistake by using them. Post Net is conveniently located and offers a variety of services to suit the needs of the average Joe. I visit this location whenever I need to make personal copies. It's closer to home and faster than using Office Depot, particularly if I'm only making a couple of copies. I have been here many times when I need to send packages. It's nice to have one location where I can purchase packing supplies and have the clerk check the prices for the various services. Want to send a package? They'll tell you how much it will cost to ship by US Postal Service, UPS, or Fed Ex. They always get me the best deal. Could I drive directly to any one of those places and possibly get it sent slightly cheaper? Probably, but they won't do the cost comparison between the services for me. To do my own comparison shopping would mean I would have to drive to all three services, get their best quote, then drive back to the cheapest one. It's worth a little extra to save the gas and time on the road. If you're looking for copying, packing, or shipping services this place could be just what you're looking for. Bonus: they have a adorable little white dog here that will let you pet him/her. Now THAT's a customer service perk I can live with! read more

This was my first time going here to ship something and ive never been more impressed then i was with Barbara Moore. She is filled with professionalism and compassion. I was short $7 and she covered it for me so i could ship out a present to my gf. She didnt mind at all that a stranger to here business didnt have the correct amount and she went above and beyond to cover for me. Its not a labor grueling thing she did but just as important to me. You can ship USPS, UPS or Fedex from here. I needed to send a package with express shipping. I waited in a long line for 10 minutes at the post office which gave me enough time to locate this place on yelp. I hopped out of that line drove to PostNet, got my package shipped and was out the door in less than 5. Super friendly service too! I definitely will come here over the post office. read more

Great do it all place, very nice n knowledgeable personal, much better then UPS stores that I use to frequent for years, I left due to the fact, as in the last straw UPS stores very rude girl said there are other places you can go, and over a fax option they refuse to use, some BS about liability!! Do not get a post office box here turned our keys in two months early for we could start receiving our mail at home they took our keys then would not forward our mail. Said they would hold on to it for us to pick up tell we had got things straight with the post office. they just sent it back to sender . the post office says that they are responsible for the change of address form but in there fine print they are not. Which they do not tell you when you turn your keys in.Never offered us the opportunity to pay for postage forwarding . Still not getting our mail. read more
