1 Star for Convenience. -4 Stars for atmosphere I don't understand, I don't know if it's hostility or just lack of want to be at work for a couple of the counter people at this store. I don't usually care about people's attitudes I usually go about my business but a few of the people who work here at the counter don't want to be here it's as simple as that they are by far some of the rudest people I experience doing my day to day errands nd I'm a pretty happy dude. I think it's a blessing t I my spirit that this is a drop off and you don't really have to engage with them however even the smallest engagement seems as if once again they don't want to be there. There's one gentleman dark hair who stands in the back who's usually packing boxes in plain sigh,t is probably the most cordial,nicest easy to speak to person in the entire store. I will definitely get his name next time cuz he deserves recognition for not being miserable every time I walk in. Enough said I really don't like coming here I would rather go to another location however they are too far for me to care to drive with gas prices this high anyway I really don't know what to say about this location but I do understand why it has such a low rating on Yelp read more

Shout out to Wendy!! I love the service here. The employees at this location are very helpful and friendly. It was my first time delivering a package to family in Hawaii, so I had no idea what to expect. USPS was closed this day and I needed to send it soon, so shoutout to the employees working on New Year's Day for helping me out with this and being patient with me. I learned SO much from the employees about pricing and sizing for packages. It costed me so much because it's sent by boat! Anyway, I sent two medium sized boxes, except one got sent back a week later because of a hazardous sticker label on it that I wasn't aware of. It was a box I just reused. Well, I get a call from Wendy telling me I also needed to pay for a new shipping label. It was over $130 for ONE! I almost gave up on it at this point, but she called me back and said they can help me out with it as long as they were allowed to open the box and put it into a smaller box and I wouldn't have to repay the shipping costs and to confirm there indeed was no hazardous material in there. There was only snacks and goodies for them. I was SO grateful as these were late Christmas gifts!!! Thank you to the manager and Wendy for going above and beyond for me. read more

I often visit this UPS Store for notary services, Amazon returns, and making copies. The staff is always helpful, though they can come across a bit serious at times. Service is consistently quick. I'm usually in and out within five minutes, which I really appreciate. The copy fees are on the pricey side. I paid close to $5 to print two pages from an email, which felt a bit expensive. That said, I was in a bind and needed the copies quickly, and the process was very fast and convenient. read more

I have to imagine there's some serious management/ownership issues when every single employee is so openly irritated when I just need to drop something off. What is management/ownership doing? Emily was nice and polite as I entered, the store was clean and bright. The price for my return, a 3 lb small package was 49.53 almost the cost of the item. Shipping costs are inflated like everything else. I'm going to give USPS a try, sorry UPS not this time. read more

This location is terrible. Twice the price of any other locations, staff is always new and under trained except the manager , but she's always busy. Save yourself the hassle and some money, just drive to the hageman location. They're great. read more

We have had a box at this UPS location for 2 years and have never had anything but great service. It's so nice to walk in and be recognized and greeted with a "Hello, Good Morning" or "Have a great day" as I leave. Service is always quick and friendly. Haylee, Wendy and Cass are always extremely helpful when I have big packages or several boxes to load into the car. I love that they can laugh and tease back with me when I playfully joke with them. The store is kept clean and organized and the staff seems to work really well together as a team. Highly recommend this store! read more

Beware package dropped off 2 weeks ago it shows never picked up by UPS. This has been happening a lot with these UPS Stores. Staff could care less States go to UPS hub passing the buck when it's their problem. I have a business that I own and FedEx store will be getting a lot more of my business because I've never had one problem there. When he inquired about flat rate shipping, the employee responded rudely with" not here". despite this, he still chose to send a package through your service, but the employee then questioned him, saying, "are you sure"? In a dismissive manner. We understand that Work can be stressful, but customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. You can improve personnel. I was not greeted, I even said hello and she just stared at me. I wasnt sure what was the most economical way to ship items for the holidays. Wendy just said" we can't ship it that way", because I had placed it in a box. When I said I wasn't sure and asked if she could tell me what would work best, she rudely said "we can use one of our boxes, do you want us to do it for you? Laura an additional employee, didn't say a word to me although I directed my questions to both of them. I could have easily sat at one of the counters to rebox it but because I didnt care at that point that I would have to pay for it, I said you can do it. I purposely said thank you for the help, no response, no bye, no welcome. Handed me my receipt and walked away. I had to pick up my UPS package and ship a book. The lady at the front counter was rude. She talked over me. She was concerned that my package takes 24 hours to be rerouted. Not my first rodeo - I tried to tell her that received the message that the box was ready for pick up. Guess what, my box was two feet from where she was standing. The book I need to ship - took my chances with the post office. I was going to have future packages rerouted to the UPS store. Changed my mind. read more

wendy the notary literally swindled me. came in to get a signature and when discussing how the added page would be scanned, i said i would just scan them separately on my own. She then offers to scan my documents for me, as a friendly gesture,i assumed (it was not), she then scans my documents which took like 10 seconds then proceeds to charge me 2 dollars per page of my entire document that were scanned. actually crazy read more

June 10th 2023 was my third time going into this store to pick up a package due to UPS leaving a note on my front door. I dreaded having to go in because every person I have dealt with has been rude and condescending. On June 10th, I got more of the same treatment. I hand the young man at the counter my notice that had been left at my door by UPS, he immediately asked for my identification which I handed over. He asked me on what day the notice was left and I told him the day before. He questioned me again, and asked 'it wasn't left today?' I said no. With a nasty tone, he explained that UPS is supposed to make three attempts before I am to retrieve my package at their store however, UPS had written on the note left on the door 'Pick up your package at the UPS Store on Allen Road'. I couldn't understand why his nasty attitude was directed towards me when he should have been complaining to the UPS driver! After waiting for him to locate my package, he scanned it over and over again and called over another employee to complain that that package was NOT in the system! Finally, he hands my identification back, pulls out a big binder and says 'you still gotta sign for it'. I sign, he hands over the package and my I.D. When I got home, I told my husband what happened and he said 'yeah, I hate going in that UPS Store, their always so rude!" read more

She couldn't get through my sales (that could have happened in less than 60 seconds if she could have refrained from rolling her eyes to my questions, giving condescending answers and her overall crappy attitude) without constantly checking her watch and phone. I have been going to this UPS since it opened and it's fairly new and the past times I been so far the service has been great! All I did was drop off a package but this time I came here to get a box,I bought a box here two weeks before so I know how much it cost and she told me oh we do not have a box for $20 that is USPS! What a rude way to respond, didn't ask what size or what is it for! why will customers lie for a box when we know it's all priced according to their sizes?! There was no one in the store and she seemed to be in a hurry! She said can you give me a dimension so I showed her 3'x 3' and she told me is that feet or inches and that was it it for me! I am not good at math or anything but I know the difference between inches and feet! I don't think a 3" box is $20 soooo that's the last time I visit the store! Rude and not helpful! read more

In February of 2022 we were fed up with break-ins at our neighborhood mailbox. We decided to try The UPS Store located at Allen/Stockdale and get a P.O. Box there. What a great decision we made! ALL of the employees there are well-trained, very friendly and pleasant, and make the visit fun and worthwhile. We should have done this a long time ago! Honestly i'm not one to write reviews but i was so pissed off when i left this place. I went to get some finger prints done for work & when i got there, someone named Cassie or cassidy? helped me and she was so nice and tried. she was new and was trying to ask people for help since my QR was not working. Another worker named Hailey just ignored her and walked away. rude. finally the assistant manager came and helped. the manager ended up coming over and told her idk she has to cancel her appointment and make a new one and hopefully get a new QR code. I told them, if i were to cancel this appointment i made for 3 pm could i still be seen right now since im here and they told me yes. by this time its 3:15. I made the appointment and as i did , a man walked in and basically all the girls who were working (there was like 6 of them all around 25 years old?) were like hiiiii!! oh my gosh hi! basically flirting with a returning customer. me and three other people stood in line while they all were flirting and talking with this customer. finally someone called me over and i explained the situation to her since she was not one of the ones to help me previously. she said "honestly im going to have to put you on a list because we don't have enough employees to do live scans right now"... but 6 of u can just stand there and talk to ONE customer about his life. nothing UPS related? i told her that i had an appointment for 3 pm and was told that i could still be helped since im here.. and then asked how long the wait would be. she said honestly around 4 pm maybe? i then explained again but i had an appointment for three and i couldn't wait till 4 (maybe since she wasn't even sure) to be helped since i had to pick up my son. and she just shrugged at me. so annoying. i would understand if they were actually busy, but 6 employees had enough time to stand around and talk to a customer and again it was nothing UPS related. if you want professionalism, go somewhere else. it was like a bunch of girls from a sorority house were working there. read more

Went into this UPS store today to get a live scan. Went to the counter to talk to clerk named Ashley. Right away this girl has a very bad attitude and very rude. Just asked if I can get live scan done. She says no we can't do it right now you have to come back later for an appointment. The store is absolutely empty. I ask if there is any way they can do it now since No one is there. Once again just get dirty looks and bad attitude. I decide to just go down the street to the other UPS store on Stockdale. They were much nicer and actually did it for cheaper which stuck out in my mind. I recommend going to that store instead. read more

I have used this location for 8 years now. They are always friendly and very helpful. If I'm not sure how to package it up or whatever I need they always come to my rescue. Even if someone is new they're always helpful and kind . I haven't had one problem at all. This location only has a 2 because the customers that use this Loca with no problems haven't left a review. read more

I typically visit the UPS store on Hageman but stopped at this one because my sister had a great experience with the owner. I run a small business and always use UPS for my shipments and I decided to give this store a try and deeply regret it. First, the girl working (her name started with the an E, Ericka I think) greeted me just fine until she saw I had 8 packages to send out. After that her attitude changed because God forbid I make her do her job. Then she asked me for my phone number and asked if I was still living on my street. I said yes then she asked me for my number again and told me I wasn't in their system, after she had literally just asked me to confirm my street name. From that point on the experience was awful. She was extremely rude and ended up being unable to help me. I picked up all of my packages feeling extremely stupid while she and her coworker looked at each other. I've always been able to process my shipments without an issue but won't be coming back here and will warn others as well. read more
