When we order something from Amazon that we have to return this is the most convienent place to drop it off at. Plenty of parking around the front door. Staff is always quick and efficient and earlier when I went the staff were so sweet. And if you want something to drink, The Coffee Bean Tea & Leaf is in the same shopping center! read more

What a hidden gym! I've been to a couple other UPS stores, and it seems like going into a DMV. Employees are dry and morose. But this particular location was a change of pace. The employees make sure to take care of you! I had several Amazon returns, and not once did they seem annoyed. One of them actually scanned and packed each of the returns for me! And she was so patient and kind. Now this is what you call customer service! read more

I needed to return a small package that's been in my truck for a few days I keep forgetting about sending it back. I was way out on Buena Vista road when I noticed a UPS Store in a new shopping center. I pulled right in, easy parking. I was greeted by Brynn as I entered, this store really stands out in this new center, a great location. My business was simple send back a small parcel up to Northern California. Brynn was efficient she promptly looked up the destination weighed my parcel and gave me my cost using UPS , $35 WOW I about fell down. Brynn calmed me as I regained my composure and she suggested USPS for $8.50 much better. I was done in a flash after that. This store had a steady stream of customers the staff was busy doing copying, packing parcels it was a busy place, they also do printing. I paid around $70 for a package to be delivered overnight, guaranteed... The package was delivered a day later than it was supposed to be. I called the store the next day after it had finally been delivered and told them they owed me a refund which is their policy, for the late delivery. About a week later I checked on it again and they said it was in process. A week later I checked on it again and they said that it had been denied by UPS corporate. Here's the kicker! The refund claim was denied because this store did not process it in time. Not my fault! I have been asking the manager to honor their refund policy for the last five months. I went into the store today and was told once again that she's denying the claim! The store obviously does not honor the UPS refund policy on guaranteed deliveries that are not delivered when they were guaranteed to be delivered! The store itself is responsible for processing the refund, not me. I did my part and reported it the following day. This manager is never in the store. I will say she has a very good team lead/assistant manager, Alyssa is great! This manager apparently owns and manages three UPS stores in the area and spends most of her time in the other locations. BEWARE! If your package is not delivered when it is guaranteed to be delivered, don't count on a refund from the store! Not at all happy! read more

I love this UPS Store! I appreciate how the clerks always provides a receipt, even if you are only dropping off and have already packaged your items up. Instead of having you just leave it at the counter. The staff always says hello and is so friendly. The store is tidy and well taken care of. This is not the closest UPS Store to my home, but I go out of my way a couple of miles or so to go to this one because I like it so much better than the one that's closer to my home. read more

I had some stuff to do today and frankly i just enjoyed getting out driving and being by myself without the kid for a bit Lol...i had some amazon stuff to return and i hadn't been in this shopping center before so i figured why not right? Also i've been thinking about buying a house in Belcorte so why not take a spin to see what the area is like. First quiet, clean, calm, nice area!! Big streets as well..I pulled up and first thought they were closed lol it was so clean and empty looking. Walked in super nice girl scanned my phone took the returns and gave me my receipt and i was out of there. Oh parking is great a huge plus in my book. I'll definitely visit this local again to do my business. No negatives at all... read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the worst UPS store I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I had a shipment forwarded to this store, unbeknownst to me. The first time I went to pick up the package I was told they couldn't find it and to come back tomorrow. The second time I go in they find the package, but they can't release it to me because I don't have the tracking number. Of course I do have the door slip, but apparently this is insufficient. Since I didn't ship the item, I don't have the tracking number. Instead of being helpful, the young (inexperienced) staff tell me to call UPS's 800 number for help. After spending 30 mins on the phone, they can't find the tracking number. The store staff is unwilling to provide any further assistance. Terrible customer service. read more

Easiest & quickest drop off I've ever experienced!! Extremely clean store too. I also love that there are plenty of parking spaces. Horrible horrible experience. I decided to make this store my main store because it's literally around the corner from my house and perfect for all of my small business needs. Alissa is VERY RUDE. I've come in over 4 times for copies and every single time she has RUINED my expensive pages which I bring in to have my copies printed onto. The first few times I thought it was her lack of use on the machines but when I went in Another time Annie helped me had absolutely no issues making the same exact copies. So, I went in again when she was there and I told her what the other associate did and guess what?! She messed them up again. 3 pages. Then proceeded to say, "I'm really not messing them up on purpose!" I didn't think that until she said that she wasn't. The first time I came in and she was frustrated with not knowing how to properly use the machines was when COVID was first running rampart. She proceeded to grab a pen out of the "not sanitized" cup and use to to write on my copies etc. touching all of my pages with not not sanitized hands because she used a dirty pen. I tried to tell her, thinking she was just moving fast and didn't see it, I said, "oh that ones not sanitized" she then said, "I don't even really care" wow! People are dying every day and you're just okay with spreading germs around at a place of business. Needless to say, even after she made and ruined those copies I had to toss those out as well because who knows what germs she spread all over them. Do not recommend. Drive the extra 2.5 miles to the one on Gosford. read more

Stopped by this gem this morning...the building is brand new and it smells fantastic. It was completely empty inside which is good for me and anyone wanting to slide in and slide out quickly. If you haven't used a UPS store for an amazon return you aren't living life to the fullest. Amazon makes returns so simple and this store just became my go to for amazon returns because it's so close to me and very nice inside. read more
